The prices are very reasonable, my corgi always comes back from there happy and as soon as you walk in, you can see multiple grooming stations where they're actively working, so I enjoy the transparency come here to other places where you may not be able to actually see what's going on while they're working on your dog. read more

We took her in and yea she had some knots but that has happened before and never had her returned to us like she did this time. They honestly didn't even try. My pup is a schnauzer she literally looks like a bald chihuahua now. I will never take her here again. It's unfortunate that they do not care they cut her eyebrows off , lashes and whiskers. We have been taking my dog to this grooming for about two years. We did not have any issues in the beginning or at least we thought or didn't notice there being an issue until now. Few months ago my dog was returned with a cut on his thigh area, when my mom brought to their attention, they started swearing and alleging they did not do anything, so we let go at the time and took it as it happened by accident. On April 8th, 2023 (last week), my dog was groomed by this place again, when he returned home, he couldn't jump on the couch, when we tried to cuddle, he would jump, pull away and make sounds as if he's hurting. My dog is an active dog and jumps on the couch all the time and throughout the day, so being passive and not so jumpy really got us worried, and we decided to take him to his Vet. After an x-ray and some blood work, we were told there is a swelling in his spine. He was given shots to ease the pain, prescribed painkillers and anti inflammatory. It has been a week, my dog is still unable to jump, he is very passive, and distant from us, as he won't cuddle and I can sense why: he is still in pain I have no idea what has happened to him while groomed at this place and I don't want to assume and make false accusations, as at the end of the day, people are running a business and making a living, but what I am able to say and assure you is that his condition began immediately after he was groomed at this place, and that's the end of it. I guess we all pay a price: my dog is hurt, I'm stuck with a $1000 bill, and the groomer is faced with this one star review. read more

Victor has always given us an appointment in a reasonable time. Our Husky is over 50 lb and so is a lot to handle. (Our previous dog was even larger and they took good care of her.) So, the Husky seems to go in and out of the place OK, even though he doesn't seem to like water. .. Well, you asked for self-washing options. This is a full service shop, so you pay for that, but it's worth a try ($75 for my big Husky). My only complaint is the rooms are small and crowded and it's hard to tell what's going on in back-- but my dogs have never come out with injuries or neuroses. .... Finding a good dog groomer is not easy when you have a very "hairy" Shih Tzu that looks like an Ewok from Star Wars. Many groomers don't even want to tackle the knots! I had driven past "Dog Lover's Grooming" for a year until my friend mentioned that she had taken her dogs there and was very happy. With her recommendation I called and scheduled an appointment for my Roscoe. They were very nice and able to take him the same day which impressed me. They called me a few hours later to let me know that he was ready. He looked adorable with his blue bow around his neck.They cut his nails, trimmed his hair the way I requested, shampoo, conditioner and a flea treatment all for $50. They are very reasonably priced and do very good work. We take Roscoe there every 3 - 4 months and are ecstatic that we found a good groomer near by for our baby. read more

I've taken my toy poodle, Camellia, there several times and have always been pleased with their work. I always request the same groomer by name, because he does a great poodle clip. I'm sure the other groomers there do a good job on poodles, but I prefer to have the same person each time so that groomer and Camellia get used to each other. They are by appointment only but got me in the same day I called. But when I took them here they can back with so many cuts especially in their private areas. My dogs have so many cuts there that they can't even sleep well. Please make sure to check the reviews for places you go to. My dogs can back with no lashes they looked like chihuahua when one of them is a bichon frise and the other one is a glen of immal. They cut her exactly how I say, she's very cleaned from head to toe, literally from cutting her nails, cleaning her teeth and ears as well as her anal glands. The owner is very courteous and honest about the time it will take to do all of this and he is a dog lover so the dogs are happy being there. All of this for $35. Second time being my puppy here. I have a Husky she's 7 months old and they take good care of her. The gentlemen that work there are very careful and caring of my puppy. I dropped her off in the morning around 8:45 a.m. and they called me around 10:30 notifying me that my puppy was ready for pick up. When I got there she was nice and clean and smelled good. They charge me a decent price for her since she's a big puppy it was $50 for shampoo, wash, nail trimming etc. I had a happy clean dog when I left there. They are busy I suggest you call ahead of time. The first time I got lucky and was able to drop her off the same day but over all they are pretty busy. Thank you for taking care of Luna! read more

It was actually my first time using this dog grooming next to my house and they were actually friendly groomers. They look like they had many returning clients so that shows they do good. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL the worst dog groomers ever. They care about the money only and when you call and ask for an appointment they will tell you to bring your dog in when you can. Beware they will keep your dog locked in a tiny cage for HOURS with no food or water or anything until a groomer can get to them. I called around 12:30 and they said sure bring your dog in. Took my dog at 1pm and they put her in a cage and said a groomer would be with her soon. I never heard from them...I went in at 5pm to check what happened and my dog was barely being groomed, shaking and crying. I was furious and told them to stop and give me my dog immediately. They demanded payment and didn't even apologize. I said why didn't you just tell me to come at 5? I could've kept my dog at home for four hours instead of subjecting her to their abuse. read more
