My dog usually 'puts the brakes' when taken to the PetSmart groomer, but she just seemed to stroll right into Dog Styling and Boutique without the usual grooming-related drama. Even my reaction to this place was positive, in that it seemed very home-like and comfortable. I did not feel as bad for leaving my pooch at this place because I felt a good vibe from the owner and this business in general. When I picked up my dog, she looked great, smelled great, and seemed very happy. This place deserves the great ratings -- as it is probably the best dog grooming business in the area. Today I had one of the best experiences at a dog groomers. My dog hates the groomers and was so scared. The lady who groomed my dog noticed she was scared and informed me that she will not put my dog Daisy in the kennel to wait. I really appreciated that. When I went to go pick up Daisy she was hanging out with the groomer and it totally put my mind at ease. I will be going back for the customer service alone. I've never written a yelp review before but I would recommend Dog Styling and Boutique to anyone looking for a great groomer. I am so glad that I decided to try this salon one day after having a bad experience elsewhere because Lydia is awesome with my 13 year old yorkie, Steve who has become a bit of a nightmare in his old age. She is so patient and gentle with him and he looks absolutely perfect (and happy) after each appointment. My old groomer became unresponsive to text messages for appointments and pretty unprofessional (in the call) since the COVID hit, for whatever reason that I cannot understand, so I decided to move on to a different groomer. I found this place here on yelp, and I decided to give a call for an appointment. Their price is very reasonable. It's a lot better than any other place I've been to, and they do a way better job! My old groomer had a similar price range but was very impatient with brushing the hair, so he always just tell the customers to brush the hair themselves when they have time (terrible service). My dog looks a lot better, and his tear stains (a huge problem) were almost completely gone! The only slight issue we've had was that we were not on the appointment system (twice) for some reason, even though we made the appointment. It's kind of a long drive (25 minutes) to the place, so we were a bit worried, but they were still able to take in our dog and do a great job. I am very grateful for that. I highly recommend this place if you want an awesome looking dog with the most reasonable pricing! read more

Took my two huskies in this past week for the first time. I can say they absolutely loved it! I was taking them to a groomers in West Covina and although they did a really good job, my two dogs seemed to always be terrified when arriving and would get to the point that they would pee or poop from how afraid they were. I never found any bruises or cuts on them which made me think they just didn't like getting a bath, but it really started to bother me as I didn't want my fur babies to feel so terrified. I finally decided to look for another grooming spot and came across this little gem. I had driven past it about a month ago and I even told my husband "I think that place might be too pricey for us". Little did I know I would end up loving this place, and my dogs too! After reading all the Yelp reviews I decided to give it a try, Lidia is so sweet and super patient! Since we were the only ones there she allowed my dogs to roam free and smell the place. They were able to calm down quickly and ended up feeling so comfortable. The prices are super reasonable, I was so shocked as this little place is so cute and they did such an amazing job! My dogs were so happy when I picked them up and weren't in such a hurry to get out of there. Definitely our new grooming place, love that it's so close to home too! Took my teacup chihuahua here for the first time. I called the same day and was able to come in within two hours. The place is very aesthetically pleasing. Very cute pink walls and Chandeliers. They also have dog accessories you can purchase as well as treats. I received the "Tuesday bath special" for $20.Had her ears and teeth brushed and her nails trimmed for an extra $5. They were very gentle and nice while bathing my dog. I think I found my new groomer. Hopefully next time they will have the air on it was a little hot while waiting for my dog. read more

Wow! 1st time here and I am so impressed. I took my really matted dog here and showed her a picture of what I wanted, She delivered exactly that and even better. I had been going to the same groomer for 4 years until they cut my dog and would not call me back when I was asking what happen plus urinated in fear upon bringing them home. When I picked up my dog today he was so happy and actually seemed really comfortable at the shop. I can't say thank you enough to this fabulous groomer for not only a wonderful haircut but truly caring about my dog. I sit in disbelief with the quality of the work and the fact that my dog wasn't shaking and panicking when I picked him up as he was at his last groomer (Covina Pet Grooming & Glendora Pet Spaw, same owners).
