Towels are not provided so I recommend bringing one to help speed up the drying process. They clean them in between each use and they are split in two different rooms. There is a likelihood you'll be in a room with another dog so keep that in mind if your pet isn't social or doesn't do well in shared settings that are close proximity. They do ensure the first dog is in the tub before you enter so that's super helpful. Also their store is amazing. It has such a wide variety of food, toys, treats, apparel and more for your fur babies! I like coming to dog supplies for my dogs food and the free baths that are available but besides that I don't find their prices any better then other dog stores or amazon. In early May I did a special order with the store for a new collar for my dog to be in family photos. It's now July 1 and the order has still not been delivered. Now target is offering the same product at $3 cheaper with 4 day shipping. I was hoping to get it from dog supplies because I do appreciate their point system but two months is a bit outrageous. In addition to the shipping problem the last time me and my partner brought our dog in to get dog food their was another dog in the store that bit my dog and then went on to snip at another dog and no employees asked the customer with the aggressive dog to leave. The situation had made me timid to the idea of bringing my dog back. I'd love to continue to support this business but would like to see change. read more

This place is great! My dogs love going. You can find most everything you need there for dogs and some cat supplies too. The place is large and the aisles wide. The staff is friendly and my dogs adore them. I wish they had a better parking situation, but I can usually find a spot. The baths in the back are self serve and free! They provide the tubs and soap, you just need to bring your own towels or use the blow dryers. They also have free nail trimmings several times a month. Yesterday the Grinch was there for pics. I found a pet supply store that it very large but still has a lot of personality. I can't wait to return and bring my dog with me. The name indicates that it's a dog supply store but that also sell cat supplies! I walked the entire store amazed by the quantity of merchandise that they offer for sell. They have a huge selection of edibles. They have refrigerated food, canned food, and bags of dry food. They sell ALL kinds of snacks and treats. They have a large dog toy section including a nice Kong section for pet owners that need extra durable toys. Their pet bed corner was interesting. The employees were friendly and knowledgable. Their walls in the front are decorated with photos of their canine customers. It's a really nice touch! They made sure that checking out and paying wasn't a pain. I can't think of a single negative. Been going here forever. Recommended it to friends. But this is the last straw. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR RUDENESS. Half the time they don't have things. Very often we have made trips and found things unavailable- Gas time and energy wasted. But I've never said anything. Even if I called to check and found things missing I've never pointed it out. Coz they were polite. Wrong but polite. You're a warehouse. Not some brand name you need to have so much attitude. And for what? To be so rude and nasty and curt to a long term customer is not acceptable. It's not acceptable for any customer but one who's been with the store for so long - I mean seriously? What gives you the right to be so curt? WHO the heck do you think you are to rudely dismiss a question? And I'm sorry to tell you it's your JOB. You get paid for it. So it's not like it's intruding on your life to answer the customer POLITELY. You can't help fine so be it. But to act all condescending and throw your weight around - the lack of your manners be it whatever reason - is absolutely NOT something anyone should or will tolerate. I've been going to Dog Supplies the last seven years, and love their selection and prices. Their prices are extremely competitive, and they even have a frequent customer discount program that is fantastic. They take Apple Pay, too! Their hours have expanded as they have grown, and evening and weekend hours--including Sunday--are available. Dogs are welcome, and they offer onsite self-service bathing facilities. While the location is still a warehouse, it's pretty easy to find what you need. And if you can't find something on your own, the staff always offer to assist. Dog Supplies carries a wide variety of dog food, including my current favorite, Wellness. They even have a frozen dog food section. Recently, they started carrying treats made from my favorite local small business, JB Dog Treats. They have a wide variety of healthcare products, toys, and other items (like beds, car covers, leashes, colors, etc.) as well. While specifically a store for dog supplies, they do have some items for cats. Check their website to see if they have what you need if you're a feline lover. I also often check their website first when looking for a specific item, as it's helpful to know the options. I'm lucky they are so close to me, but I'd probably drive 30 miles to visit their store if I lived further away. They are so much better than the national brand pet supply stores, and I'm a huge fan! read more

Our only "issue" is that some of the girls, especially the older blonde, gets annoyed when you ask for a bath bay like it's inconveniencing her or give attitude when we say no to petting our one dog who was training. Wow! This place is awesome! It's like an Amazon warehouse for dogs. The employees are very friendly and helpful and if you can't find it here you don't need it! They carry pretty much everything and their prices are reasonable, of course they also have some very high end dog food. They also have a self serve dog washing facility which they allow their members to use free of charge! Of course you have to sign up and make a purchase within an allotted time, but that's almost automatic when you see all the cool things they carry. Great prices but Horrible customer service. I ordered raw hides and some Kong dog toys. I received a package with raw hides but no Kong toys. I called and the man that sneered the phone said the box that they sent me was not large enough to hold my entire order but he had to talk to his manager. Tom the manager emailed me and said all toys were scanned in the warehouse and would look into it. That was November 27 th and it is now December 18.
