She is a very compassionate and caring Doctor Who has supported me and my pets during a difficult time for my miniature poodle, who is now totally blind. Dr. Surat medical assistant is fabulous as well. They both truly care about my dogs and I'm so happy that I found this Clinic. Period. I had such a horrible time with Arlington pet hospital, I truly believe that that was a blessing which led me to find Wolfchase, Animal Hospital. The front desk staff are caring and do a fantastic job even though they are busy at times. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who truly wants the best for the animals. She is totally pooped when I go pick her up. There's an app you can download to see your pup through out the day. Although, we had some issue with staff being lazy and not paying attention to the dogs. My dog was getting beat up by another dog. The staff member was clearly on his phone and paid no attention. But this issue has been resolved. That was the only complaint I had and the manager/boss has addressed the issue. Other than that, this is a great place! Would definitely recommend!!

They are such a blessing for days that the girls wouldn't be able to play outside at home, due to the weather. They go above and beyond and even listen to feedback. I am so grateful that there are people like them that truly care about your pets just as much as you care about them. I highly recommend this place! One of my favorite features is it's so much fun to be able to see them interacting on camera. They clean thoroughly each night and make sure the girls eat. I first tried to make an appointment online for grooming but the first available date was 3 months later. I called and the person that answered was very helpful. I advised her that I worked from home on Mondays and Fridays, let me know what's available then. I was told Monday at 3. I was excited as I called on a Friday afternoon. I arrived Monday for drop off and was told the appointment in the system is for Tuesday at noon. I was puzzled as it was a completely different date and time but ok. I asked how early could I drop off as I have to work across town. I was advised any time after 6:30 and left. This person was still kind and pleasant. Now Tuesday morning I arrive and was notified that the appointment was CANCELED!!! When inquiring of why I wasn't notified when I was JUST there yesterday. I was met with the least helpful employee and nasty attitude. She couldn't answer anything and only offered that she didn't work the previous day so she didn't do it and it is the discretion of the groomer to cancel appointments. I reminded her that I never said that she did and reminded her that I'm only asking for understanding and trying to reach a resolution because my puppy still hasn't been groomed. So just stared. No offer to reschedule, just nothing.

We initially made an appt for…read moreour dogs for a single rabies shot for one and the last set of vaccines for the other and they quoted me over $600 for both dogs. I would also have to pay 2 separate "vet fees" because I was bringing in 2 dogs, however I would be bringing them in SAME TIME so it made no sense to me. We canceled our appointment and were able to find MUCH MUCH MUCH cheaper vets that were just as good and the rabies vaccine was only $25 as opposed to $100+ for just the rabies plus $70-75 for the vet fee. Very unfortunate considering this place is very close by our home. Just wish they were more fair priced like almost every other vet in this city.
