Rebecca, Odella, and Jeff are amazing, and Blake loves all the staff there. Dogdrop gives me some time to get things done on my own, and I feel good knowing Blake is in a safe, friendly environment. I usually drop Blake off for just a couple of hours, and Blake will sleep like a rock at night on Dogdrop days! So glad Dogdrop Hollywood is nearby, affordable, and provides great care! This was mine and my pup's very first experience with a dog daycare and needless to say, it is everything you can imagine in conveniency, hospitality, and dedication from the employees. They offer a free week trial to get your dog acclimated to a new environment which is essential to their well being. Although my pup is really friendly with everyone and anyone, he was nervously barking a lot in the beginning and didn't take potty breaks. It didn't take him until the end of his trial to start realizing that dogdrop was a place he can feel comfortable in and I really appreciate that the employees were attentive to his habits to update me on his progress. Because of this, I feel very comfortable with dogdrop taking care of him. They're also very consistent on sending picture updates of your pup throughout the day and respond very quickly to any questions you might have. Their hours are super lenient and they offer multiple memberships that fit your needs. The only thing I wish is that they had live webcams like other dog daycares so you can tune in and watch your pup whenever you feel like. Churro has been a member of dogdrop since almost the very beginning (1+ years!), and I don't think I would've been able to raise him in this part of the city without them. The staff texts me photos of him all day, gives me updates on his favorite pals/any concerns they have, and he comes home ready to have dinner, take a light walk, and go to bed. Truly an awful experience today. The guy (dyed hair, man bun, cross tattoo) has a terrible customer service attitude. We had a great staff yesterday when we dropped off our first dog, I connected with them prior about dropping off two dogs. They didn't have issue taking the first one in for about seven hours for the test. When we picked up our first dog, we even let them know about our situation for the next day as our other dog gets anxious. Today, we came in and the man was full of attitude, refused to apologize until I had to tell him that they were aware WEEKS ago that we were coming two separate days and they took in our first dog with no problem. They said they made an "exception for one time but she can only be here for two hours" but the employees didn't even tell us that yesterday or the first time I connected with them. I even offered to pay for the day and he responded with "no, it's not a free day care here. That's not how it works." Unprofessional. Terrible communication. Awful experience. read more

So happy to have found Dogdrop! Our 1 1/2 year old mini Goldendoodle (Otis) loves going here, once he realizes where he is he can't contain his emotions! Brandyn in particular is phenomenal with Otis, he truly cares about him and has built a bond with our little buddy. It's also super convenient, and we love the flexibility of being able to drop Otis off for an hour or 8. We also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, how diligent they are with vaccine requirements and all the great pictures and updates throughout the day. This was my very first experience leaving my dog anywhere. I am super attached to her and I was looking for a way to train her that she can stay with friends and that I will always be back for her. It was actually more of a training for both of us, than just her i was super nervous and I am soooooooo grateful for dogdrop for making it sooo smooth. They are constantly in communication with me giving me updates and pictures of my little girl, ensuring me that she is safe and sound and having the best time! At first she was a bit slow, but after the second day she ran in there with pure excitement! The team at dogdrop takes such good care of her and they are so in-tune with what she needs, and when. Hands down the best doggie daycare we've taken our pups to! The staff is absolutely wonderful and truly cares for your dogs. We LOVE the photo updates and IG stories, and they also offer a ton of additional games and activities to keep them stimulated. My dogs can be a little picky, and sometimes they want to do more than just play with other dogs, so this was a huge bonus for us! Also, it's the only daycare we've found so far that doesn't feel overly crowded and where the dogs are getting the attention they need. Another tiny thing is that they take their collars off! After moving to LA, I noticed that so many daycares here don't do this. The staff are not only professional but also incredibly warm and caring towards Shadow. They remembered his name after just one visit, which made me feel like he wasn't just another dog to them. The facility itself is immaculate and well-maintained, with plenty of space for Shadow to play and interact with other dogs. Okay this place has been tried and proven before at the DTLA location but MY GOODNESS THANK GOD FOR THE HOLLYWOOD ONE! Working in healthcare I have the loooongest hours and even hiring dog walkers is not enough to keep my little baby entertained unfortunately. It breaks my heart seeing him on the Furbo just waiting for us to get home. Dog drop has always been my favorite daycare for my family's dogs but when I finally had one of my own I truly truly appreciated them for all they are. They are open from 7 AM to 9 PM!!!!!! LITERALLY WHO DOES THAT!!! Life savers!!!!!! All the workers are so freaking sweet and knowledgeable and you just know that your baby is in the best care. I get text and photo updates and just dropping him off and picking him up is so seamless. It makes my day and keeps me at peace for 12 WHOLE hours! They really encourage correct play and I know this because our old family dog had trouble with smaller dogs and they really did their best to still accommodate her but keep everyone safe. I can't say enough great things about this place and just hope they expand more to boarding maybe? Cause I'm a heartbeat i'd trust them with my life! Not only that they have the cutest merch and cleanest studio!!! I'm literally rambling but everything they stand for is what I wish every daycare was. We loved that they had an open house where we could tour the facility and see how the staff interact with the dogs and that they communicate with us throughout the day to let us know how she's doing.
