This was mine and my pup's very first experience with a dog daycare and needless to say, it is everything you can imagine in conveniency, hospitality, and dedication from the employees. They offer a free week trial to get your dog acclimated to a new environment which is essential to their well being. Although my pup is really friendly with everyone and anyone, he was nervously barking a lot in the beginning and didn't take potty breaks. It didn't take him until the end of his trial to start realizing that dogdrop was a place he can feel comfortable in and I really appreciate that the employees were attentive to his habits to update me on his progress. Because of this, I feel very comfortable with dogdrop taking care of him. They're also very consistent on sending picture updates of your pup throughout the day and respond very quickly to any questions you might have. Their hours are super lenient and they offer multiple memberships that fit your needs. The only thing I wish is that they had live webcams like other dog daycares so you can tune in and watch your pup whenever you feel like. Other than that, I can't recommend this place enough.

Super professional team! All crew members are professional and friendly! First time I spoke to Jennifer about something I need to address about my dog. I explained the situation and she told me she will be back with an answer no later than 24 hours! Just a half day and she get back to me with a solution and make me and my dog extremely happy and excited. Since that day we are using this facility and satisfied every single day! After I dropped my dog they sending pictures of her and updated me about her activities frequently! Super trustable place. Make my day easy and smooth knowing my doggie happy and safe! 6-star service! Highly recommend and price vise are absolutely down to earth! Affordable and realistic all the way! Me and SoFy we love this place! Keep up the great work team.

I can't recommend Dogdrop enough! We have 3 dogs and live in the neighborhood and they l love coming to hang with their dog friends and warm staff. The facilities are new, clean and spacious and the staff is super responsive provides cute updates (with pics!) throughout the day on how they are doing. Would recommend this place to any family, friend or stranger that has a dog looking for a welcoming place to make some pals. Here are some pics of our Poppy, Rocko and Oliver enjoying there time there.

Sonny loves Dogdrop, so I love Dogdrop! ‍ "Daycare" is a magic word to get his tail wagging right away. I love this location for its convenient hours and adoring team. The photo updates throughout the day always make me smile, and they always send me home with a tired dog. :) This place is an essential part of Sonny's care community. Thanks team!

My dog Ayla absolutely LOVES going to Dogdrop. She is always worn out for at least 24 hours after her playtime. I love it because I can drop her off for an hour or all day and the price adjusts for shorter days. We live in the neighborhood so anytime we walk near Dogdrop, she always tries to pull me in :)

Churro has been a member of dogdrop since almost the very beginning (1+ years!), and I don't think I would've been able to raise him in this part of the city without them. The staff texts me photos of him all day, gives me updates on his favorite pals/any concerns they have, and he comes home ready to have dinner, take a light walk, and go to bed. Their hours are better than so many other places I've checked out, and I'm so happy he's found a routine. I feel so much better knowing he's getting the engagement he needs!

HIGHLY Recommend dogdrop for your dog sitting needs! They are great with sending updates and pictures multiple times during the day and all the staff members are super friendly! What I really love is that their hours work out for my husband and I as we are healthcare workers and work 12 hr shifts. Thank you Dogdrop for making us feel at ease when we are away from Wally! I am reassured he is in good hands! I love the report card they send out as well too. :)

10/10 Highly recommend Dog Drop! I was so nervous to take my new pup to daycare but the second we picked him up on his first day, I knew I made the right choice. Throughout his first week, he couldn't get inside the front door fast enough when we dropped him off. The staff are incredible and the text updates are an absolute joy to receive! It's very obvious that the Droperators love what they do. Love that they are open until 9pm! Just wish they were open on Sundays.

Such a sweet report card, I love this!

I'm overwhelmed with love and appreciation for this incredible doggy day care! The staff here is INCREDIBLE, they have such genuine care and kindness for the dogs. They create activities to engage the dogs like paw painting (they cellophane wrap the paws so no mess comes home with the fur babies) or yoga - and their communication is so personalized and immediate. Our experience with this day care is better than I could have ever imagined, and Marley RUNS inside, so excited to see her new friends. Dogs can't lie -- it's truly a doggy paradise here. So thankful for this spot.

Webster just completed his first free week at dogdrop and I am pleasantly surprised and impressed by their professionalism and the dedication to the dogs. My pup has had his regular daycare since he was months old but had to find a new daycare after moving. Dogdrop was recommended by someone who lives in our building and I can tell my dog loves it! he comes home exhausted from playing! His old daycare had limited space to run so I'm glad this place has different rooms that cater to your dogs needs! I really appreciate the text check in's!

I don't even know…read morewhere to begin in describing how much I credit Anna Marie and Matt for supporting and caring for my girl Moxie (and honestly, me too). I adopted Moxie at about 6 months old after she was found wandering the streets, and she came to me with a lot of anxiety, reactivity, and gaps in early socialization. We needed real support, structure, and patience. On top of that, I work 12-hour hospital shifts, so finding a place I could trust--somewhere that would care for her with the level of love, safety, and consistency I wanted--felt impossible. Then we found Anna. Anna is extraordinarily knowledgeable about dogs with trauma histories, reactivity, and anxiety. She balances structure and boundaries with genuine warmth so Moxie feels safe and gets to live her best dog life. She helped me understand my own dog better, taught Moxie how to regulate and interact in healthier ways, and created a routine that transformed our day-to-day. Matt is equally wonderful--gentle, attentive, and always in tune with what each dog needs. She is also incredibly flexible with drop-offs and pick-ups, which is absolutely essential when you live and work in Los Angeles. Her reliability and understanding have made it possible for me to manage long hospital shifts without worrying for even a second. Moxie has a forever Auntie in Anna Marie, and Anna will always have my deepest gratitude and love. If you're looking for someone who will love your pup, keep them safe, understand their quirks, and support you as an owner--Happy Heart Pet Care is truly the best there is.

Wolly is a 12 lb, 10 year old Maltipoo who is very social but definitely set in his ways, so we do not say this lightly: we truly cannot say enough good things about the care he received here. From a logistics standpoint, the entire experience was incredibly easy. The flexibility of drop off before noon without needing daily sign ups was a huge win for us while traveling and juggling plans. Pick up as late as 7 PM was equally helpful, and the pricing felt very reasonable for the level of service. What really stood out was the thoughtfulness around safety and care. The facility is secure and gated at drop off, and we watched staff carefully manage dog flow right at the entrance. At one point, a team member even positioned themselves between our children and a larger dog out of an abundance of caution. That level of awareness told us everything we needed to know. We also appreciated the small but meaningful details. There is a live camera so we could check in whenever we missed him. They feed dogs separately and sanitize the area afterward, which gave us real peace of mind. But the true highlight was the caregivers. The way they greeted Wolly each day, how gently they handled him, and how clearly they knew the dogs in their care made this place special. Every afternoon we received the most adorable photo of him, and by midweek he was literally running inside, tail wagging, completely comfortable and happy. As dog parents, there is no better feeling than knowing your pup loves where he is and is being looked after by professionals who genuinely care. Wag Hotels Hollywood made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Wolly. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in LA.

My dog is my lifeline and the most important being in my life, but I booked a nearly 3 week long Europe trip before I got him, and since the moment I brought him home I was stressed about finding someone I trusted enough to leave him with. The thought of him spending most of his day in a kennel at a traditional boarding facility honestly made it hard for me to enjoy the trip before it even started, especially because he doesn't tolerate well with being left alone and thrives on dog & human contact. I was sooo anxious to leave him! Finding Duke's was the biggest relief. From the very beginning, Alex was incredible. Before Tank's stay (and before I even committed to having him stay there while I was gone!), he had us do a complimentary daycare trial day so he could see how Tank interacted with the other dogs. Looking back, I think that trial was probably more for me than it was for Tank because Tank has always loved other dogs, but it gave me so much peace of mind and showed me how much Alex genuinely cares about making sure every dog is a good fit and feels comfortable. After that trial day, I knew duke's was the right choice! Alex treated him like one of his own the entire time. He knew it was Tank's first time away from me and went above and beyond to make both of us comfortable. Instead of wondering if Tank was okay, I got photos and videos throughout the day of him making friends, playing outside, cuddling with other dogs, and completely thriving. Every update made me smile What stood out most was how much Alex genuinely cares. Nothing felt transactional. You can tell he loves every dog in his care as if they're his own. As a dachshund owner, I especially appreciated the little things, like carrying Tank up and down stairs because he knows how important it is to protect his backs. That level of thoughtfulness is rare!! Seeing Tank in a cage-free environment, running around with friends and snuggling up for naps completely changed my perspective on leaving him while I travel. It honestly felt like he was away at puppy summer camp. At one point I realized I was probably missing him more than he was missing me For the first time, I was actually able to relax and enjoy my trip because I knew Tank was happy, safe, loved, and having the time of his life. I say this with my whole chest: I have never and will never trust a daycare more than Duke's. If you're an anxious dog parent looking for someone who will care for your dog the way you do, this is the place. Thank you Alex for taking such incredible care of my baby. In…read more2023/2024 I found the dog resort extremely helpful as a day time dog sitter for 4-6 hrs at a time. My dog didn't seem to mind it and always came back calmer so I decided to leave him here for 9 days while I went away for a trip. I don't recall the exact costs. Probably between 900-1100 dollars for daily walks and his home provided food. I asked the employees to put on his sweater at night. It wasn't a question it was a very important task they agreed to. He was a very small 8 pound yorkie and was always cold. When I came back my dog was not his normal self. That already made me highly suspicious about getting his walks. He was coughing a lot, not sleeping but also lethargic. I took him to the vet and he had pneumonia. Meaning, he was cold from day 1 and got worse for the remainder of his stay and I never got a call from here. From there he got sicker and sicker and I had to put him down. I was devastated and desperate to get him back to normal for months! I recommend people never leave their dogs in places like this. Sure you save money and they may or may not have company (depending on their personality) but you're better off vetting a dog sitter to check in or stay with your dog at home. In the end you may save yourself an onslaught of vet bills from trying to figure what is making your dog so ill when back from a trip. At least with an in home dog sitter they're more like to stay alive and healthy. If you have a small dog with specific needs get someone who can cater to your dog with love and care. I highly suggest NEVER leaving your dog for overnight or extended stays. I hate that it took me so long to post this but my grief was too strong to do it before. I wanted to sue, I wanted my money back, but I was so sad and I couldn't bring myself to do much other than focus on him and move on with my life. I'll never get another dog after this experience.

We went on vacation thinking we were leaving our babies (our dogs) in good hands, but…read moreunfortunately, leaving them at this dog resort was one of the worst decisions we made. We paid for a suite, believing our dogs would be taken out periodically for walks and bathroom breaks and that their area would be monitored and kept clean. The facility provides cameras so you can check on your pets, which initially gave me peace of mind. However, once I started checking the camera, I became extremely concerned. I noticed that my dogs were repeatedly sitting in urine and feces in their suite. At first, I thought maybe I was overreacting, so I started checking the camera about every hour. Unfortunately, I continued to see the same thing -- my dogs were sitting in the same area with urine and feces for extended periods of time. What was even more frustrating was that when I would call the facility and ask them to please check on my dogs and clean their area, I would then see staff on the camera taking my dogs out and cleaning the suite. This happened repeatedly during our stay. Being on vacation and having to constantly check a camera every hour to make sure my dogs weren't sitting in their own waste was extremely stressful. I should have been able to enjoy my vacation knowing that my dogs were being properly cared for. When we returned, I intentionally waited a little longer before picking them up because I noticed again on the camera that they were sitting in urine and feces. Just before arriving, I checked the camera and saw the same situation. When I arrived, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager came out with a young staff member, and I explained what I had been seeing. I told them that as recently as 9 AM, I had seen my dogs sitting in urine and feces, and that I had checked again shortly before arriving and saw the same thing. The manager then asked the staff member if there was any urine or feces in the suite. The staff member said no. At that point, I was extremely upset. I pulled out my phone, showed them the live camera feed, and asked, "You mean to tell me this isn't feces?" I also showed the manager the screenshots I had taken throughout the stay showing my dogs repeatedly sitting in urine and feces. I was especially disappointed by the staff member denying what I had documented on camera. The manager was apologetic, but at that point, the experience had already destroyed my trust in the facility. As pet parents, we trust these businesses with our babies. We shouldn't have to spend our vacation constantly monitoring cameras and calling staff just to make sure our dogs are clean, comfortable, and being properly cared for. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we will never return to this facility and I cannot recommend it to other pet parents. I am sharing this review because I want other pet owners to be aware of our experience before leaving their pets here. I've attached pic to this review with time stamp
