    This was a very disappointing experience. Up front, once the Ford survey is no longer available, as a customer you are no longer their concern. I haven't purchased a car in nearly 14 years. I have purchased 9 Fords in my time and this experience was a disappointment. There was a great deal of pressure to rate my salesperson a 5. He didn't deserve a 5. where's the opportunity to improve if everyone is pressured to give the salesperson a five? My experience: I asked my salesperson if I could have a photo with the red bow on my car. HE SAID NO! Here I am, finalizing a purchase on a $65K vehicle, Ishmael said "there's only one bow and it's on a car already." What a disappointment. I drove past two Ford dealers to get to Doggett. The only difference in any business today is customer service. Moments of truth are revealed when a salesperson is face to face with a customer. As a customer, I don't feel as though my business was welcomed or appreciated. I responded Dec. 22nd to an email from Mark Gill suggesting I reach out if I have questions or concerns. It is January 31, and I have yet to get a response. If you've read this far, take my advice. Turn around and don't deal with Doggett on I-45. I do have a beautifully-appointed, high-tech vehicle, but I couldn't be more disappointed in my experience.

    This was going to be my first new car purchase in 20 years. I'd already researched the 2019 Ford Fusion SE I wanted, saw it online, and figured out payments. I filled out an application and then just headed out to the dealership, the day before Thanksgiving. The lot was a little confusing, since the site seems to still be in construction. Temporary buildings were being used for Sales and Financing. A message I got said that Jose would be working on the sale, but I was actually assisted by Ziad, a former Marine, who did a great job with helping me from start to finish. Jose was not on site at the time. The financing was handled by Mr. Jolly, who was very instrumental in getting the price close to where I needed it to be. He even got more money for my trade-in, which was a great! The entire experiencing took less than four hours. ***The Ford Military Discount (which gives you $500 back) is only for veterans who have separated in the last two years. Thumbs down for that! Had I known that, initially, there might not have been a sale!***

    If you have not seen their amazing new dealership you are missing out! I am a OCD researcher that is always looking for the best deals. I have found Doggett's price is better than Planet Ford, Helfman, Legacy, and autonation. I did an apples to apple comparison and realized that the deal I got there was the best. Tony Storie the Sales Manager was amazing. You can see that he is very professional genuine person. He goes above and beyond to ensure excellence service and best deal possible. I have so many friends that want a vehicle but hate the process. So I was able to not only help a friend get a Ford XLT and my Niece a Ford Fusion SE this week with them being so happy with everything. They felt the process was smoother than they imaged. No high pressure sales just caring individuals like Tony and the Finance Manager Imran. When it comes to a large purchase during this time we were in fear because of covid. The staff had masks on and hand sanitiser stations. They had very clean areas from sinks for hand washing to desks that are spotless. The time we spent there we felt welcomed. Our final close out with Imran was easy and very transparent. Finding the perfect warranties and monthly payment was a breeze. We hate wasting time and he made sure it was efficient. Once everything done Terry our sales person was able to show my niece how to use the vehicle. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

    Very trashy business have a few bullies here Haley Hudson (Karen) and definitely cash money wannabe Michael these two literally robbed me of $735 all because i would not allow them to fix other things that came up on my car free inspection that I clearly couldnt afford at that time so therefore since I couldn't afford thousands in other work they temporarily fixed what I did want to pay which was my air (electrical issues) which the fix only lasted 4 days cool and been hot every since although my parts and paperwork say 2 yrs warranty .... I just want to say Way to go billion dollar company good hustlet's!

    At Autozone getting oil. 2qts low. Transmission slipping 1 week after I got it.

So this morning when we got off the ship, the light was still there, so we drove straight to the dealership. We were greeted promptly and our issue was inspected and resolved quickly. The only part of our experience that keeps this review from being 5 stars is that my wife needed a new battery for her key fob. She's the primary driver of our VW. So hers gets alot more use than mine. They charged us $14 to change the battery. My issue isn't the amount. It's the fact that we were even charged at all. I consider Volkswagen a quality car manufacturer. I don't expect to be nickled and dimed for trivial things. Especially when the car is barely 2 years old. I've been a customer of Gulf Coast Nissan for 19 years and they've NEVER charged me to replace a key fob battery. I consider Volkswagen to be of higher class than Nissan. Your customer service perks should reflect that.

I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

Since I've moved back to the Heights downtown area, I decided to give them another shot. So close to five stars! I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.

My insurance took a while to send the supplement over to JJ, but once JJ Auto Body received it, they got started right away, which I really appreciate. I just wanted to keep you all informed on what's going on. JJ Auto Body has continued to impress me throughout this entire process. I've never dealt with a body shop before, so this is my first experience, and I have to say...the consistent communication and updates have been phenomenal. You all know how it is being without your car, especially in Houston...it really feels like you've lost a part of your daily life. So staying updated on the progress has been very comforting. This is my…read morefirst time ever taking my car to a body shop, and after seeing the amazing reviews, I decided to trust them with my repair. For transparency, here's the timeline so far: - April 1: Dropped my car off at the shop - Received a text that my car was in the disassembly stage, and they would let me know if any hidden damage was found - April 9: Received a message that hidden damage was found and that I could reach out for more details - Rich updated me on the damages and let me know he would be sending the supplemental estimate to my insurance So far, my experience has been very good. The shop has been professional, communicative, and easy to work with. I'm hoping they hear back from my insurance soon and that the process doesn't take too long. I'll post my next update next week!
