It was our first time to take Marley here. We were in search of new groomers that were open during the Covid-19 lockdown. I called a few and most of them were closed. However I'm so grateful that we called Doggi Dogi Spa I was able to get an appointment for the following day. It took them about 1.5-2hrs to finish. The place looked clean and they even had a boarding for your dog if you need a place to leave them while going on a trip or vacation. They even have a stamp card for loyal customers. They cut both of my dog's back paws!!! I'm not even being dramatic, it wasn't just razor burn, it was to the point where she was bleeding!!! And they didn't even have the decency to tell me that they hurt her. Definitely check your dog for any cuts before you pay, because I tipped them generously thinking that everything went smoothly because they cared more about getting paid than owning up to their horrible mistake. Calling all dog parents! Highly recommend! I've been coming here since their grand opening & have no complaints. The ladies that work here are so nice and they do the best job when it comes to grooming your baby. Not only do they call me as soon as he's ready, but they really work with me on the pickup time since I work. They're fast, efficient, and affordable. Also, they always make sure to tell me if there are any issues or skin problems with my babies. It's never to sell an upgrade but more out of genuine concern. They've pointed out problems to me that I would've never known about which I'm extremely grateful about. My maltipoo hates going to the groomers, but he really enjoys coming here. Jax hadn't had the best experience at a Petsmart groomers before , so I had been hesitant to take him to any other groomers because I didn't want him to be traumatized again or get an infection like he did before. So glad I found a groomer who does the korean style maltese cut near me. The place looks really nice and clean. They did everything I asked with no problems. She came with a little hair bow and smelling fabulous! The two ladies here were very helpful as to what would be best for my 3 month old puppy. Can't say enough nice things about this place. My baby is happy so I'm happy. The people are extremely nice and welcoming. The place is open and not cramped like others. There's no screaming dogs or 20 waiting to get groomed in tiny cages. I picked up my dog in about 2 hours. She's not scared (which at others she always is), no cuts (which also has happened at other places). I love that they have photos of actual dogs to show the different lengths. Very helpful! The main thing is my dog has had the best haircuts here and is not scared! That's why I'll keep going back :) I've gone to an oasis place/PetSmart/Petco grooming in the area (before I found this place) & my pup was always shaking/terrified. Not here! read more

First timer for Ziggy at Doggi Dogi. Everyone there is friendly and the place is super clean. There's great space for the dogs to play and hangout too. They took their time and didn't hook him up to the table neck leash thing (he's so little and calm he doesn't need it) and allowed him to give them kisses during the grooming too. Judy did a wonderful job and he looked great. They seem to be gentle and nice and listen to/follow the style you want done. They let me send a photo of him previously groomed, and did an even better job! Definitely will be going back. They gifted a super cute and big reusable bag, and gave a card with a sticker so after so many stickers you can get a free gift or service. read more

The lady gave suggestions of what kind of haircut would look good on Lila but I wanted something shorter so she worked with me on that. We've been coming to Doggi Doggi for the past 3 yrs and I'm so happy they relocated to a beautiful new location in Fullerton. I've tried countless Petcos, Petsmarts and dog groomers but they either charged additional fees because my dog was too crazy or they asked us not to come back. Doggi Doggi is the only place who hasn't broken up with us or overcharged us lol. They always give my puppers a beautiful even cut and manage to get all the fur between his toes. I'm so happy this place open nearby me Walking in, it's an open space for the dogs to run around and not in a cage. The place seems very welcoming. I did a walk in and they were finished with my dog less than 2 hours. The cost was $45, which is usually about the same about at other places I went too. I used to take my dog to Petsmart to get groomed but after the last appointment we had I will never take my dog there again! They took 3 hours just to shampoo him and when I finally got him in the car he was crying and whimpering like I've never heard him before.
