They also always give great resources and education for certain things that are discussed in the appointment. Additionally, they use the pet desk app which is so helpful for making appointments, following up on your pets vaccines, lab results and medications. My late cat Deacon got sick last year and I was able to text the number on the app and they got us in the next day even though they were closed because it was an emergency.
