Today, our appointment was canceled with roughly 15 minutes notice -- which of course we didn't even receive because we were already driving to the appointment when they called. This comes after our previous appointment where we sat waiting nearly 25 minutes past our scheduled time just to get our dog checked in. What's especially frustrating is that this business is extremely strict about requiring rabies vaccination records for new clients -- which is completely understandable and responsible -- yet somehow they don't actually keep those records on file afterward. So now that we're going elsewhere, they can't even provide us a copy of the records we already submitted. At this point, it just feels incredibly disorganized from a management/ownership standpoint. Two appointments in a row have either been significantly delayed or outright canceled, and there doesn't seem to be much regard for customers' time or convenience. Thankfully, there are plenty of groomers to choose from, so this really isn't the end of the world. It's just an odd way to run a business if the goal is to attract and retain loyal customers.

I am thankful that Puppy Boutique Las Vegas did not ignore our concerns and helped make sure Chewie received care through the clinic they partnered with. I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us. At the end of the day, I am thankful that Chewie is healthier, happier, and doing well now. My fiancé and I recently just bought a puppy at this location and within 1 week we found out she…read morewas diagnosed giadar and anemic well I guess that's very common from dog breeders so we ended keeping her at the vet (vet recommended) because she couldn't maintain her glucose levels and was very dehydrated so we kept her there for three days and she still couldn't maintain her glucose levels by her self so the doctors gave us all this medication to eliminate the worm and feed her with a syringe multiple times a day because she was so lethargic and couldn't do it herself well my fiancé was ready to handle it all she rearranged her work schedule just so we could take her care of her while at home and we wanted her to stay longer for the IVs and fluids that we couldn't do at home but the bills were already at 2000 and we tried emailing the company many times to help us with the bill we just wanted her to get healthy but they never replied to us and we're still waiting for an answer back and now she's not with us anymore we bought her back home for two days and did everything we needed but her body gave up on her she couldn't walk on her own anymore and then we noticed her left eye went completely cloudy and her breathing was so heavy it sounded like when people are taking their last breath and that certain noise you hear when you know they are in pain so we took her to an emergency vet and they gave her sugar water and ivs but she stopped breathing in my fiancés arms so I would never recommend getting a dog from here this place is actually terrible the way they lied to us on paper about everything she was sick before we got her and we did everything they told us to do like get her shots done and don't take her outside and we still ended up without her and I won't be taking this lightly this company will shut down and close all 4 of their stores here in Vegas I will be going to the news about this and will take this to court My only hope is that people will take this into consideration Rip Delilah 2/27/26 - 5/7/26 U were just a baby

Vet stated he was asymptomatic since we took him home from puppies for less. We were able to have three beautiful months with him and are devastated by the loss of a puppy who became family. I'm writing this review to emphasize the importance of places such as this business maintaining proper care, cleanliness, and health standards for dogs before they go to their forever homes. Running a business is one thing but this experience has become unfortunately traumatic to our family.
