When my husband arrived, he was told our prepaid order had been given to someone else. We were shocked that an order with our name on it could be handed to the wrong customer. The manager was dismissive, blamed it on being busy, and refused to offer a refund or even a small goodwill gesture. Thankfully, DoorDash stepped in and refunded our $64.15 order--otherwise, I'm not convinced we would have received one. Unfortunately, we never even got to try the food. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds matters. Driving 20 minutes only to have our order given away, followed by poor customer service and no accountability, ensured we won't be returning.

I tried both the tacos de lingua and tacos de asada, and both tasted the same, like crispy, unseasoned beef. We will never return here. We don't trust them to do honest business or make a consistently high quality product. The first time we tasted the meat, it was well cooked, seasoned perfectly, and tasted like real beef. After we finished eating, I finally asked about the plushies. They had three different ones available, but unfortunately the one I wanted was out of stock.
