I've been met with eye-rolling, blank stares, or employees loudly repeating my request to coworkers in a way that feels dismissive or mocking. Today's visit was another example, and it finally prompted me to leave a review. I don't believe my request is unreasonable, and I always ask with a smile, remain courteous, and thank the staff when they bring me the corrected order. I understand that many of these employees are young and still gaining experience in customer service. However, treating customers with courtesy and respect is an important part of the job. I hope management will use this feedback as an opportunity to coach the team, because I'd like to continue visiting this location, but the repeated negative interactions have become discouraging.

It's not a full service sit down restaurant so there isn't much of a service. You go up to the counter and you pick up the food yourself. Any napkins or utensils you have to ask them for it. None of that stuff is on the table. You also have to bus your own tray. Overall, it's a bit on the pricey side but it taste good. Their teriyaki sauce is really good and it's not too sweet or salty. The patties just didn't taste as juicy or flavorful as I remembered--some seemed overcooked or lacked seasoning--and the buns occasionally felt stale. On the plus side, the toppings were fresh and the fries were crispy, but overall the burgers didn't quite live up to the hype. My husband and I had the pleasure of stopping here for lunch. The ambiance was delightful, and the cashier, Viridiana, was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. She took our order and ensured its accuracy while simultaneously managing the drive-thru line with remarkable efficiency. Just finished my $5 meal deal #4, the chicken sandwich had dry think chicken which was hard to chew. Next, ate the burger, taste old and stale dry. Fries taste dry and old. Cookie tasted ok. Drink ok. I think the meal was pre-made and sitting a long time, that is why my drive thru order was so quick. Not liking this place anymore, use to come here every time. read more
