Shae followed all my instructions perfectly. Chewy can be leash reactive and hence walking him can be challenging, But Shae was very patient and careful with him. We have a disabled bulldog who has hind end paralysis and who has to have his bladder expressed, and I wasn't sure we would ever find someone who could care for him in a way that would give us confidence to travel abroad for a family gathering. But then I found Dogs on the Run who matched us with Kimmy! She's a retired vet tech, and she is amazing with our dog. She put in the time and effort to learn his needs and to provide excellent care for him, and we were able to take our trip knowing he would be loved and cared for in our absence. What a blessing! Karin has been so helpful, walking our two dogs every day. They love her and really look forward to her visits. One of my dogs has high anxiety around lots of situations. Karin tried a number of techniques to help him get past the anxiety, and when it became apparent that he wasn't improving, she adapted her schedule, her paths, etc to walk the dogs at times that reduced the potential for stress.
