Huge shoutout to Chad who is always a delight to deal with and has all the answers! Can't say enough about him! And Amy, well... she is a true dog whisperer. My Yorkie is very particular about his haircut, and once he bonded with her, that was it. He always comes out fluffy, happy, and looking perfect. I've also boarded him here and have always felt completely at ease. The care is consistent, the team is experienced, and you can tell they genuinely love the dogs. If you're a dog parent who wants reliability, trust, and real heart, this place is it. Loyal customer for life!

I'm not gonna lie, she does a great haircut, but Amy is not a people person or a dog person and that's not someone you want to be your groomer! The first time I brought my dog in for her first haircut, Amy was very rude to me and didn't even say hello to my dog-she just took the leash and walked away with her. I thought it was very strange but didn't know since this was my first time bringing a dog to the groomers. I like to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe Amy was having a bad day and that's understandable. Then this most recent second time, I had my husband bring our dog and he had the same experience that Amy was very rude and didn't even greet our dog, give her a pet, or anything. When he was trying to give her instruction on the haircut we wanted, she responded with no expression "put her up there on the table". That was it and he left. After pick up, they recommend (for the second time) that I sedate my 10 month old puppy in order to give her a haircut. I recommend, instead, that Amy put a smile on it and at least pretend to like dogs so that my dog can feel more comfortable. She does not need to be sedated- She's a 20 pound sweet puppy at the groomers for the second time and doesn't know this lady that is not trying to build any sort of relationship of comfort with her. I shared my thoughts with the owner Susie who said they are well aware that Amy is not a friendly person, but that she gives a good haircut and is going to be there for the next 14 years. I said good luck with that and that we will be moving on from them as our groomer. If it's important to you to have your dog comfortable at the groomer, have a nice person grooming your dog who actually likes dogs, etc., do not use this place.

Called at the pick up time only to be told that nothing had been done. No one ever mentioned that it was required to become a member to get the grooming done. I toured this place and felt like it might be a good fit for our dog while we were out of town…read more They gave a great tour and promised an incredible experience. I paid for an upgraded suite and daily "pawgress reports" amongst other upgrades. They forgot the pawgress report days 1 and 2. When I reminded them I got one 5 minutes later that was thrown together and had the saddest picture of my dog ever, and which made me want to return home immediately. They then forgot the last two reports. They called me at 5 am in the time zone I was in one day to say my dog wasn't walking well. I didn't wake up until 6 am and called them back. They didn't know who said that they said, he was fine. They then called at 6 am the last day to tell me their groomer was out and so my dog wasn't going to get his groom. They knew I was upset at pick up. And yet they still sent texts and even called asking for a positive review and feedback. I had been told the Regional Manager was going to call me the day we picked up. He didn't until I called and asked he do so, again, days following. There is major communication issues between the people who work at the front desk and the ones who care for the dogs. And they both blame each other. It's ridiculously unprofessional. The regional manager assured me they would be making improvements and offered me a discount to return but we will never return, too much trust has been broken. I was going to refrain from posting a review but in the month since our visit I continue to receive calls asking when our next visit will be and texts offering discounts. Management and team members really need to get aligned here. There's some major opportunities and only a focus on boosting sales rather than offering a quality service for the pets. Yesterday we visited a new boarding and daycare program. Our experience was exceptional- they kept every promise made, I received a report and 5 pictures within several hours (at no extra cost) and the rate for attending was 40 percent less than Pet Suites. I'd encourage anyone looking for pet care to explore any and all other options.

When we picked her up, she was extremely lethargic and clearly not acting like herself. Within hours, we rushed her to urgent care and were told she had internal bleeding. She was immediately transferred to an emergency animal hospital, where she underwent an emergency splenectomy because cancer was suspected. Thankfully, pathology showed no cancer. We were then told by veterinary professionals that one possible cause of this type of injury is blunt force trauma. I went to this location in person and spoke with the manager to explain what happened and to seek answers--not to accuse anyone, but to understand how our dog could suffer a life-threatening internal injury while in their care. Instead of concern or empathy, I later received a phone call questioning the credibility of what I had said and asking for the name of the hospital and number in order to verify herself. There were no apologies, no expression of concern for Sally's condition, and no willingness to meaningfully engage with us. The focus was entirely on defending themselves and emphasizing how "big of an accusation" this was--despite the fact that we were simply looking for answers, not placing blame. Our dog almost died while under their care, and the lack of compassion, accountability, and basic concern afterward was deeply disturbing. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering leaving their pet here. Stay far away.

The staff had been locked outside since 0530 and was standing there like idiots - only one young woman out of SIX seemed concerned that the dogs were locked inside alone. They reported they had called their manager repeatedly and knocked on her door - no response. At 0800, I finally called the Irving Fire Department to rescue my dogs and all the other animals in the building. They arrived with two trucks, a chief and two police cars. The firemen had to threaten to break down the door of the manager apartment to get her to open the door. There were 11 other customers who were equally as pissed off - several stormed off and I was shocked at the few that stayed and left their dogs knowing the situation. All the dogs had been unattended for more than 12 hours. My dogs were not bathed as scheduled. They reeked of urine and stool and were full of anxiety. The policy of the animals being unattended at night is unsafe and not what I am paying for. The manager not showing up to work amplified an already dangerous situation. I was told by the young woman that checked me out I would be contacted about a refund as she felt I deserved this. I have heard from no one at PP.

The office manager, Aaron Chapman, was aggressive and hostile toward me from the start -- behavior that was completely unprovoked and unacceptable. The veterinarian, Kevin Koser, handled my pet in a manner I found alarming, and then made a comment implying the dog does not like African Americans. I am a person of color, and regardless of my specific background, that statement is racist, offensive, and disqualifying for any medical professional. No pet owner -- of any race or background -- should ever be made to feel that way in a place designed to care for their animals. I have filed a formal report regarding the unethical practices at this location. I had read great things online and came in genuinely hopeful. That quickly changed. When I arrived with my dog, Buddy, and asked for a tour, the receptionist initially told me I couldn't bring him inside because they didn't have his vaccination records. I explained that I had already created a profile and uploaded everything. She paused, said "Oh," and then changed the reason--now stating I couldn't bring him in because it might "wind up the other dogs." At that point, I didn't argue and put him back in the car with the A/C running, but it was disappointing. A tour should absolutely include seeing how your dog reacts to the environment. Inside, the facility felt dark and quiet, with most of the lights off. Aside from the receptionist, I only saw a cleaning staff member. The tour itself was underwhelming at best. There was no effort to engage--no questions about my dog, no interest in my needs, no explanation of their services or daily routines. It felt more like an obligation than a business that wanted my trust. She showed me the "Ultra Suite," which includes a queen bed, webcam, and TV. Unfortunately, the room looked unkempt--the bed was unmade, the blanket was messy, and it appeared it hadn't been cleaned since the last dog. For $155/night, that's unacceptable. She did apologize, but it didn't inspire confidence. Next was the "Deluxe Suite," which was significantly smaller with a basic dog mattress on the floor. It felt more like a kennel than a "suite." There was only one dog there during my visit, yet the odor in the facility was overwhelming. I couldn't wait to leave. After showing me a few rooms, the tour simply ended--no discussion of availability, no overview of care, no attempt to answer questions or build trust. It was awkward and, frankly, disappointing. I'm very glad I chose to visit in person instead of booking based on the website alone. There is no scenario where I would feel comfortable leaving my dog here.
