So we were in the area and we had always seen this place so decided to give it a try. There are no shortage of AYCE Kbbq places in Vegas so we figured this was just another similar type joint. Parking is usually pretty abundant as this place is attached to a large parking lot and its the typical booth /table setup for KBBQ. There is always Korean music videos playing on the TV. The service has always been top notch for us. They have the typical set up of a few different option types. We usually go for the top end and get a variety of the cuts. All the meats are good. This is a value please so find a few of your favorite cuts and then order more of it and maximize on it. The strange thing here is that for the Koreans in the house... the jjigae's are amazingly addictive. The kimchi jjigae just feels like it heals the soul and it's absolutely delicious. The other options are plentiful so there should be many things for everyone. This is a good AYCE place but that Jjigae really surprised us. I hadn't gone to doh in a while because the last time just fell a bit flat for me. However my fiance loves this place and his birthday was approaching. He really wanted to get a large group together and give it another try. They were able to accommodate a reservation for a party of 22 people the day prior on a weekday night which then shrank down to 19 people the day of. We were at a couple tables close to each other. Their menu is always very competitively priced so we just went with their highest cost option. After we put our orders in they brought food out but we soon realized that the other tables in our group were getting way more of their orders than us, and at one point a long time had past and we had not gotten much of our food also our grill needed changing. It took a long time to try to track someone down. They were fairly busy that night and didn't have the staffing to handle it. After I finally talked to my someone they got better about checking it and getting us food, but often we still wouldn't get the full order and would remind them. I think they need to invest in a tablet system like some spots have so they just need runners to get the food out and off load the waitresses. The food itself was a lot better this time. The lemon pepper KFC was more tender as it had been over cooked the last few times. It wasn't perfect like the first few visits, but much closer. The potato salad was back to the way I like it and not over sugared like last time, and I really like their rib eye! Most spots I find the ribeye isn't as tender as I would like, but here it was so buttery. One person ordered the spicy chicken. I never normally to get chicken at k BBQ but this was actually super flavorful. I always eat copious amounts of brisket, and there's always makes me happy. The bts roll was the best it has been. The meat tender and not to salty. A great hack if you want some bulgugi, but don't want to cook it as it's messy and hard to not burn sometimes. I love the taro ice cream Popsicles they now offer as your final dessert option as well. Not so sweet. The one food item that was a bit off was their salad. The lettuce was a little limp, not sure if it sat to long in the sauce or they need fresher leaves. Overall the food has improved but they need to get a better system to handle large groups. We had a party of 6. And honestly I really enjoyed the food. Plenty of parking. Not too busy for the weekend. What really turned me off was the staff. Never checked on us and we had to flag them down every time we had to order. Which was quite often because they don't give huge portions on their plate. Smaller portions are good when you are a smaller group and want to try different dishes. However, quite a hassle when we have to flag someone down each time. The restaurant wasn't even full. On top of that, the ladies seemed annoyed if more than one person tries to order with them. Most of the time we had one person saying the whole order and then maybe one more person remembering something missed. But we weren't talking over each other or anything. However, you could tell they were annoyed we kept flagging them down. But I kind of had to when I had to ask for radish paper multiple times. The only saving grace was the third waitress. The two we started with went on break or something and left the third to mostly finish the night on her own? She was amazing. She did the birthday song for another table and ours too. She had a great attitude and checked on us. She smiled the entire time and was super sweet. I know she most likely won't be closing by herself. All the meats were tasty and flavorful. My favorite was the beef belly and the pork belly. The LA galbi had a tasty marinade on it and a big size as well. I really liked all the side dishes including the salad, kimchi, potato salad, and the japchae. The service was really nice but I can tell they were really busy and short staffed. We ordered with the waitress using a notepad but then she would walk away a little too fast while we are still ordering. I wish they had a better system to order the food. Came on a Monday evening and they weren't too busy. Very quickly greeted and seated, and service was fantastic all night long. Our server was extra cheerful, kind, and attentive. They have an option for $25.95 for dinner, including weekends, which is a fantastic price! Other places in Vegas are $30+, especially for the weekends/dinners. Meat quality is also surprisingly good for the price. Pieces were tender, well cut, and very well marbled. Heads up, they don't have the largest variety for the $25.95 price, but they offer a $30 menu that has a couple more items. I'm usually pretty boring when eating at kbbq (brisket, bulgolgi, beef belly, normal sides), so I'm easily satisfied by the $25.95 menu. The marinade tasted similar to me on the beef. Not the best I had, but not bad for $30! The chicken was my favorite. It was very tender and savory. The bonchon were lacking. I think there were 5 or 6 options. Kimchi was water down and fish cake was mushy. The KFC had a weird seasoning and it was boneless but shaped like a real chicken wing! The steamed eggs was good. We were a party of 5 and arrived maybe around 4pm , it wasn't too busy and we were seated promptly. The table we were seated at was a bit crowded and made it hard for 5 all you can eat dinners to be spread out on the table. It's also hard to cook everyone's different foods on the small cook area. I'm not sure if it's just a Vegas thing or the actual size of the location but the tables seemed smaller than the ones we used to go to. The food was fresh and tasted pretty good, the service was ok, we had to wait for things a few times and it wasn't that busy. What was really annoying is the fact that they add your tip for parties of 4 or more. That's just not the norm and they have the audacity to add 20 percent. Came in for their dinner time service around 5pm on a Saturday. Finding parking was easy peasy and this restaurant was pretty easy to find. As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted and seated, it didn't get busy until we were leaving around 7pm. We usually go to the location on S.Rainbow but since we were in the area and both craving KBBQ we decided to try this location. The pricing is very decently priced compared to other AYCE KBBQ restaurants. Our waitress was so pleasant and welcoming. There is also plenty of seating but the only downfall I'd have is that we were seated next to the front door on a cold winter afternoon while there were other warmer/comfortable seating options. Decided to give this place a try as we have seen it before while visiting other Asian restaurants in the parking lot. It's located in the Smith's parking lot and offers plenty of parking. The grill never really heated up and after the first round the only thing the grill did was turn the meat gray, she agreed something was wrong with the grill and moved us to the next table which then cooked the meat perfect. Some of the items never came out and had to ask a 2nd time, which they then came out. Finally, the fried calamari we asked for never came out and I told her never mind, she said oh it's still coming. I wish that I had taken pictures because our table for the 4 of us was hilarious with all the food that was on it. We went for a sibling dinner date on a Thursday night at 5pm. We were seated immediately. My husband and I weren't as familiar with the process but my brother and sister in law were pros and took the lead. We did the #2 meal which was about $30 a person. We definitely got our monies worth too. For apps, we had the edamame, the French fries, all of the KFC, shrimp tempura and veggie tempura. For the meats we had the NY, the brisket, the salted short rib. They also enjoyed the beef tongue and the pork jowl. We ordered multiple of the salted short rib because it was delicious. My sister in law and I each had the Capri Soju drinks and they were delicious. This is a popular spot but no one was ever waiting too long. We know we will back there again in the future! read more
