Visited 12/27/25. Food was good! I'm from NY so my standards for Chinese food are high and this is one of the best I've tasted since living here. Everything came out quick, piping hot and fresh. The portions are huge , look at the pictures. We ate this for lunch AND dinner which is good for your dollar in this economy! I'm a saucy girl so I added chili oil/ siracha, & duck sauce. Took it up a notch! Server was kind and attentive. Music was playing but low enough to still enjoy conversation. Space isn't big so don't expect to seat a lot of ppl. There's two booths so if you're a couple or party of 4 you should be fine. On top of everything it's a very clean restaurant & for that, the flavor, portions & price we will be back!!!

Buyer beware, lo mein noodles lacked taste and slightly over cooked. But the worst part is the crab Rangoon (see picture) barely had anything in it. Let down.

My boyfriend was craving orange chicken and he wanted to go to a Chinese restaurant for dinner that specifically had orange chicken and not just noodles. We ended up finding China AAA through a Chinese food search and placed an order through DoorDash to pick it up when it was ready. This place is tucked away in the Albertsons shopping complex on Silverado Ranch and Maryland. Alongside orange chicken, which also came with a few pieces of broccoli, we also ordered a thing of dumplings, white rice, and fried rice. We had made a pit stop at a boba tea/mochi doughnut place first before picking up the food, so it was ready instantly, just a quick pop in and pop out of there. This is a small restaurant so this is usually meant as more of a takeout place than a dine in place. The orange chicken was fresh, delicious, and satisfying, and I would describe the same thing with the dumplings. While I have not yet tried the fried rice (I took everything back with me as leftovers so I still have a chance to try it), the white rice was also very good and cooked thoroughly. Overall, I was impressed with the quality and the quantity of the food. If we're in the mood for orange chicken again, we'll definitely come back to China AAA!

This neighborhood Chinese spot is delish. Straight forward & fast service! Their bento box special is around 11 bucks and you get a sushi roll, your choice of protein, 2 egg rolls, and a salad. The portions are huge for a lunch special, and the foods honestly yummy! It's a steal for the price. 9/10

Food was made fresh, large portions and great taste. The China AAA roll was FANTASTIC ! Thai Tea was really good too. Overall we all loved the food and would come here again. The dining area had about 3 tables and most people were taking food Togo. It seemed clean and upkept well. Staff was friendly and it was easy to order. Menu had a variety of food options to fit every person in our party.

Awesome balance of flavor, attentive service, and an overall peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. You can sit and enjoy your meal and not feel rushed and all the food was served perfectly hot and well played and presented. We invited a guest to join us on our culinary adventure. He always says 'He will try something once." Whether that means one and done or come back, is up to him. He said he would definitely come back as the food was excellent and we agree. He's going to tell everyone at work about his adventures for dinner this evening. Great food and a great atmosphere ! Thank you !!!

There were several dishes where the ingredients seemed to compete rather than complement each other. The mochi ducklings were adorable and perfect for photos, but the filling wasn't particularly memorable. The lightly sweet-yet-savory flavor combined with the chestnut crunch was actually a little off-putting. For a meat-filled mochi, I expected something more distinctly savory. The rainbow shrimp crepes were another visual standout, but the rice roll itself was too thick and not as soft or flavorful as I would have liked. The colorful bands looked interesting, but whatever vegetable or herb mixture was used had such a strong flavor that it overwhelmed the shrimp and sauce. The shrimp ended up feeling like an afterthought. The coconut pudding was also gorgeous, but the texture was surprisingly firm--closer to agar than a soft, creamy pudding. I've had much better versions elsewhere. The lobster dumplings were good, although I wish they had been served with a plate. They arrived in the bamboo steamer directly on the table, and after pumping the butter into the dumplings, it ended up running all over the table. The fried tofu was probably the safest choice and enjoyable. The fried bass was good as well, except for the peppercorn seasoning. I was expecting more of a classic salt-and-pepper flavor, but the Sichuan-style zing felt out of place to me. One small but important operational suggestion: they should replace the black credit card holders. The card blends into the holder so well that it's incredibly easy to overlook. I actually left my credit card behind because I couldn't see it in the holder. A contrasting color or different design would probably prevent a lot of forgotten cards. Overall, it was an interesting experience with beautiful presentation and some very creative ideas, but for me, the visuals were stronger than the flavors. I'm glad I tried it, but it probably isn't somewhere I'd return to.
