I went here to get a quote, told me a bunch of random things that also need to be fixed such as my headlight, tire, etc. Which nothing is wrong with my headlight and same with my tire. And then he told me my car can be considered totaled because the amount of damage is higher than the value. First off, be for real not him thinking I would fall for it. Second of all, I know he overpriced just because I'm an 18-year-old girl who doesn't really know much about cars. All I'm saying is if you are a younger girl, like me, or just don't know much about cars, DO NOT waste your time coming because you will be fooled. Do not be fooled by all these 5 stars. Since they joined the CARSTAR franchise they are dishonest and don't complete their work properly and in a timely manner. I will never go there again. My last experience was terrible. It took months to complete the work and they added new damage and problems to my car. I had two cars with hail damage at the same time. I took my other car to another local family owned shop and it was done perfectly in two days. I would avoid any franchised body shop. They just care about money and not the customer.

They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.
