Came here with my boyfriend so he could exchange a wallet he bought online. We originally went to LV in Beverly Center but the associate that helped us told us to go to this location since they didn't carry the wallet he wanted. We arrived around 6:30 pm and they told us they were closed at 7 pm but put us on the waitlist just in case someone didn't show up. There was one other ahead of us on the waitlist and we were told that if she didn't show up, we could be helped. The associate said that customers are given a "5 minute grace period" before they give up that space to someone else on the waitlist. It had been 20 minutes and the customer still didn't show up. We constantly asked them if we could go in to exchange his item and was told that they still had to wait for the customer on the waitlist before me even though it had already been 20 minutes.. I don't understand why I was told that there was a chance we could go into the store if an individual on the waitlist didn't show up. Because this is exactly what happened and we still weren't let in. It was 6:50 pm when they came up to us and apologized that the store was now closed. I asked the employee if they would have let the customer first on the waitlist into the store if they showed up at this time 6:50 pm and she said yes. The employees here were extremely unprofessional and caused us to waste a whole half an hour "waiting" when we could've went in to shop during that time. Disappointed in their horrible customer service especially because they are such a high-end store. Definitely lost some customers for their business. read more

I have had a 5 star experience especially through my SA Trevor Peirce for over a year now. He was referred to me after my mom made an in-store purchase last year. I actually live in Saint Louis and in fact have not ever been in the store nor met my SA personally. However, I choose to work with Trevor for a multitude of reasons. I have been to many brick and mortar LV stores around the country including the local one in my city, and have had subpar experience. With Trevor I feel like I am his only client with the quick replies and helpful suggestions! He treats me as if I am VIP! He is always readily available by text message and has assisted me with a few purchases by now which are mailed out to me within 24 hours!! He has sent me pictures of the merchandise and sends tracking information right away. For example, one time I was debating on the size of a product and he had a colleague model for me and texted me the pictures to help me decide. I will continue to work with this location and SA, and would recommend to anyone looking to make an LV purchase (even if you are not a local!). read more

As a long time guest, I am really upset that your employees have ignored my partner and I as we were kindly waiting for your associates. We came to buy, not return, not to exchange, to buy. I'm baffled at how staff who work at Saks, especially at the LV store, not greet, or communicate that they are helping someone and will be with us soon. I had the best shopping experience here at LV Saks Fifths. There's valet which makes everything easy peasy. The gentlemen working in Valet were kind. The doorman was kind. We went early like 11a and only waited 10 mins. The sales associate Trevor was very nice and informative. Although I knew which bag I was getting before going, he still waited for me to chooses between sizes. We first went to the LV store down the street but with having a small child and finding no parking we came here. I'm so glad we did. For future purchases, we will be coming here. I came to get my speedy and my notebook agenda hot stamped but I was informed their machine did not allow for larger items, only the Rodeo store. I won't lie, I was in sweats and Toms ( don't judge, I was comfy!)and LV Rodeo is notorious for not even looking in your direction if you look like you're not about to make a huge purchase, let alone a complementary service. **STORY ALERT**I was met by SA Charles. He had to warm up to me, but answered all of my questions and was professional. I purchased a fragrance set and an older lady was shopping scarves beside me. She walked out of the store and the SA assisting her left a stunning blue and gold scarf on the register to be folded and returned to the case ( I assume) I inquired and was told she passed on buying it. upon touching it and matching it to my bag, I purchased it. As I was leaving the store, the woman returned frantically searching for the scarf! I went back to her and informed her that I had bought the scarf, thinking she left. She was very upset and I felt like a jerk. So I offered her my already boxed scarf and purchased another. Problem was the scarf was the last in stock! LSS, the SA was nearly in tears and extapologetic for not holding the scarf. She was also very pregnant. They sent another SA to Rodeo while I waited maybe 20-30 mins and once she returned, Charles and the manager gifted me with a vintage card holder for my "kindness in their mistake"!!! First of all my shopping experience at Luis Vuttion and i was so excited . The gentleman was okay at first but once I gave him my payment he said he could not except it , now I have used my American Express card many times and in many locations and of course it is my husbands card and I am an authorize user on the card and have been for many years . He refused to take my card and I had to use my debit card which is his card as well . Then I wanted to Ship the purse home because I did not want to take it on the plane . Plus as I have shopped out of town at many retail outlets and sales tax is not applied but shipping . Had I shipped the item it he would have charged me sales tax for Memphis and shipping as well . So I took the bag with me and had to send home for $25.00 to my home . This experience should have been the best for me but it was not ,because I had long waited for this moment . Why must we always be judged by the color of our skin . The last names were the same and it should have not been a problem . I went straight to the web and purchased a wallet using that same card and there was no problem. Sometime people are genuine and not crooks and thieves .
