Don't let the small look fool you, the flavors inside are anything but small. I had this on my list for awhile, so was really excited to stop in, grab a latte and a bite to eat. There were a ton of food options listed, but when I arrived, most were not available. I was able to grab a ham and chedse pastry that they had left. I ordered off the seasonal menu and got an iced velvet caramel mocha. The coffee was delicious and they take pride in serving high quality coffee beans, that you can taste the difference. I want to come back and try the Dubai Chocolate one before it goes away! The owner was very nice and it was a beautiful space on the inside.

This was a truly unfortunately experience. I came here to do some work, wifi is so slow that I had to connect to my hot spot on my phone. Ordered a large green tea, they use Lipton tea packets. For a large, which is..I think 16 oz, it was 4.50$. For Lipton tea packets. There is no bathroom available due to some customers throwing random things down the toilet. They've shut it down and not allowed for it. I threw up shortly after finishing my tea, and no--nothing else could have impacted me.

The barista made me something called a "Double Caramel." It wasn't horrible but if I went back I'd try something different. The caramel flavor was definitely there but I couldn't pick up the coffee flavor if that makes sense. I ordered a scone and it was super dry. Wouldn't recommend it.

Truly - a fabulous find!! The best parts about Dolce: - true small family business - a gem in an unassuming location - they're just getting started, and have tons of legit business growth ideas - import coffee beans from Europe - have two local bakers for their goodies - friendly - they really care about customers! - they don't add loads and loads of sugar into drinks, but let you enjoy a few simple flavors to enrich the coffee rather than cover it up!!!! - beautiful brewing technique - excellent service - homemade syrups - they want to invest in entrepreneurship in the area with a variety of partnership ideas The list could go on! My simple cappuccino was the best I've had since being in Italy!

I used to say I miss European coffee, but not anymore since Dolce Caffè opened! The shop is small but charming, with a few indoor seats that fill up quickly. The service was friendly, and they were happy to answer our questions. I tried the seasonal Harvest Iced Latte and was pleasantly surprised--it was really good! I'm excited to come back and try more flavors.

It's a cozy space with great lattes. Their bakery items looked great, small selection, service was quick and polite. Will be back!

Service was nice! Ordered the winter bloom (ube) latte and campfire mocha. Liked the addition of the marshmallows but flavor was lacking in both even after mixing it up well it was like La Croix coffee--just a hint. Expected a bit more for $18 but they did fill it to the brim

New in Olathe. Right blend of coffee and pastries to kick the day. My personal favorites the Apple Cider Donuts and that Pumpkin Cream Latte. Very cute spot with all the right vibes.

Just dropped in as am on a roll in visiting as many coffee shops as I can while in town visiting Olathe from Virginia Beach VA. I was in for a delightful surprise. Didn't have customers so had a nice chat with Lucca who is part owner of the cafe with his wife. They've been in business for 4 weeks now but I get a sense that this cafe will do really well. Why? Because they pride themselves in the Viennese coffee that they import to really have the locals have a treat with European coffee. I got small cup of hot pistachio latte and the coffee indeed makes all the difference. Highly recommend this place as I've been to 8 others and this one definitely is on my #1 spot for coffee shops in the Olathe/Overland Park/Lenexa area! Their pastries look really scrumptious but I will come back on my last day in Kansas.

Olathe's old Tastee Treat is now a small coffee shop run by a couple from Slovenia. Modern, minimalist vibes and limited seating inside; the bar is your best bet. Feels like stepping into a European dive in an urban city center rather than the KS 'burbs. I enjoyed the cortado and friendly service, but they are often overwhelmed and need more help to keep things running smoothly. Happy to have another local spot in Olathe!

I don't live in this area but had driven by and decided to try it out. It use to be a Tasty Freeze which was a wreck in the past, the owners did a great job redoing the space. It's minimalist in decor and tasteful. It is very clean and the owners were friendly. I loved the fact that they had a good amount of gluten free pastries. I tried a GF muffin and an iced latte. I did feel like the prices were a bit high I thought for a 12 ounce latte and the smaller muffin though. And the music playing was a club sounding mix which was a bit out of place to relax.

Love this new little coffee spot. They did some great job with the remodel. Had the golden harvest which was absolutely caramel apple coffee concoction and it was delicious! The coffee cake was also good and not too sweet.

I didn't get to go until they were a few hours in but they had a pretty good selection left. It's a small shop next door to a Honeybaked Ham in a shopping center on Black Bob. Pretty easy to get to. Has several tables inside if you wanted to sit in but we just grabbed several cupcakes, a Dubai Brownie, and a slice of Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake. While they were already sold out in a couple of my first choices (Triple Chocolate and Cosmic) they had some others I was eyeing. Lemon Blueberry, Strawberries and Cream, S'mores, and Chocolate Peanut Butter. Yummy. I think my faves were Chocolate Peanut Butter (how can you go wrong?!) and Lemon Blueberry. I haven't tasted the brownie yet but since brownie is one of my fave desserts, I imagine I'll like it. We were waited on almost immediately and they were super nice. They have a rewards program too which I get could be dangerous! lol They had quite a few different flavors of cookies as well and I noticed they had several gluten free options which is great for those who must avoid it! This is my first visit but I think they change out their flavors pretty often so I'm looking forward to trying some more!

Service was kind and patient as we picked out what we wanted - a butterscotch blondie bar for me, and a lemon curd hand pie for him. Both were so darn good! Not only do they serve a variety of delicious baked goods, but their store also carries with other local products. I love the shop local mentality! We went in for lunch, but you need to know that **there's only one hot menu item served per day on a rotating schedule.** so as we would say to our kids... Also, they have a very robust pastry case - some savory and some sweet. Not to mention their extensive grocery options! Spices, baking mixes, frozen foods, Brazilian condiments, cosmetics, even a small produce section and loads of cases of Guaraná!! (the classic Brazilian soda, a cross between apple and ginger ale IMO.) Just for context, our main dish was $15 and the delicious hamburger was $7. Check Geo's out! Since I do not live in Kansas City, my boyfriend drove about 3 hours the day before so I could attend the interview. In addition, I had to miss a day of work at my university job, which caused me to lose a day's worth of pay. However, when I arrived at the location, the owner simply did not show up for the interview. He also did not respond to my messages or even had the consideration to apologize for what happened. I was extremely upset and disappointed with the situation, especially because of the time spent traveling, the money spent on gas, and the loss of my workday. As of today, May 14th, I still have not received any response or even a simple apology. If this is how a potential employee is treated before even being hired, it says a lot about how this business values people.
