Nice shop! We went for a cup of coffee while in town. My friend asked just a simple question, "what's in the Yemeni". Maybe the question was too much. A lady came from behind the barista taking her order and told her "spices and coffee what do you want". No need to be rude. We had never been there and my friend just likes to engage. The cashier was nice. Anyhow. The coffee was okay, I've had better Arabic coffee in DFW. Very unpleasant experience.

I would give this place 3.5 stars. While I was impressed by the beautiful coffee shop and its unique design, the drinks were just "okay." The place is beautifully designed, with unique décor and a spacious, clean interior. It was packed on a Sunday morning. I ordered the iced tiramisu latte. It tasted watery and didn't have much coffee flavor. I was also surprised they charged an extra $1 just for having it iced. My friend ordered the ube matcha and said all she could taste was the ube. The matcha flavor was barely noticeable. The atmosphere is definitely the highlight of this place, but the drinks didn't live up to the experience. I'm not sure I'd come back.

Certain places you know that you will vibe with the moment you open the door. Turath is one of those places for me. Before the otherworldly Baklava Latte touched my lips, I knew that Turath would become my place: My little slice of coffee shop heaven. The decor at Turath instantly hooks you, the nooks filled with treasures and Moroccan-inspired lanterns hanging from the ceiling glowing gently. Whether I'm enjoying my two favorite drinks, the rose scented Baklava Latte or the dreamy date flavored Turath Latte, I also always manage to meet an interesting stranger at Turath. It is a special place that attracts an unexpected crowd. Don't let the strip mall location fool you, this place has it all going on- and it's one of my new favorite places to be.

Amazing. Lovely service and absolutely delicious coffee. The banana latte was to die for. Flavorful, smooth, easy to drink.

Turath Coffee is a beautiful new coffee shop off College and 69. The inside is so clean and wonderfully decorated. It is very spacious, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is clear to read, though a lot of the offerings are new to most I assume. I had never had anything like it so I ordered a Knafeh Latte based on a previous positive review. It might just be the smoothest drink I've ever tasted. The cold foam on top was a perfect mixture of coffee and sweet. The pistachio toppings were a nice touch on top, and the drink itself was perfect. I am also a big fan of matchas so I will have to come back and try more. This place is very close to me and kept popping up for me to try, but honestly I was very intimidated by the menu when I looked online. I want to say that the barista was very friendly and helpful. She didn't judge me when I didn't know how to pronounce my drink, and she answered any questions I asked. If you are worried about trying a new type of coffee spot, just know that you are in good hands here!

Another beautiful (new) Arabic coffee place in Overland Park area. Ambiance is great, well designed with cute tables. Menu has different varieties of tea, coffee, lattes and refresher drinks. They also do have some delicious pastries and cakes. We ordered Iced Pistachio lattes. They have two different flavors. We ended up trying both of em. Knaffe latte (Pistachio latte, vanilla cream with Knaffe topping) & Iced Baklava latte (Pistachio latte, rose water with actual rose as topping) I really enjoyed Knaffe latte. Looking forward to trying their other drinks especially Adeni chai in my future visits. Girl at the ordering counter gave some good ideas and suggestions too if you're not sure of what to order and this is your first time at the Arabian coffee place.

First timer who was truly impressed with the not only the aesthetic of this Arabic coffee shop. The name which means Heritage drives home the feel, coffee drinks and some of the food offerings. It reminded of cafe I'd seen in some of Middle Eastern countries I've been too. Warm neutral colors, "sultan tent draping & Filigree Lanterns on the ceiling, a lounge corner with a rug, couch and chairs. There was regional wooden art and bookshelves home to vases, dallahs, books, and other staple household items. Now the menu had different cafe options and I honestly wasn't sure what to try because I didn't know how some of the flavors might taste so I left it upto the barista. She described the signature drink Turath Later so I landed on that. The date and spices were definitely unique rich, caramel like sweetness was a hit! I'd definitely get it again.

Yum!!! The turath latte is so good, both as hot and iced. The cheese manakeesh was so good too. The inside is pretty cute! There's a good amount of seating but it can get crowded and a little loud. Popular place! Would definitely come back to try the other drinks!

So... I hate to be the only person to give a lower score... I ordered a fig matcha and I'm unsure if the fig is just VERY light, or if they forgot the fig. Because there was no hint of fig, nor was there any sweetness. They did have some bakery items that looked so good, and I didn't see them when I got the drink. I'll have to come back. Plenty of seating, loved the decor. Tried the cardamom latte as well, and that was amazing!

This place is great! From the relaxing and vibey atmosphere to the delicious taste of the coffee, this coffee shop is incredible. There is tons of seating on the inside including some couches with softer cushions, to regular chairs mostly. The menu offers lattes, matcha's, teas, etc. I thought the latte options were unique and diverse. I ordered the Knafeh latte which had pistachio, knafeh, and a foam on top. The staff was super friendly and were working so quickly to get orders out! Usually when coffee places are busy, it can sometimes take 10-15 min to get your order. But my coffee was out within 2-3 minutes with lots of other people in line! I have nothing bad to say about this place! I will be back.

Turath Coffee is beautiful and their Arabic coffee menu feels very true to their roots. I ordered the Turath latte (Turath's Special Date & Spice Blend topped with Cold Foam). It's served with whole milk as the standard, but they also offer almond, oat, and coconut milk alternatives. I ordered it with almond milk and it was absolutely delicious. I also tried their cheese Manakeesh (Flatbread Topped with Halloumi Cheese), and it was delightful. The cafe has about 16-20 tables seating two to four people. Ample and easy parking lot.

Good decoration... good vibes... quality drinks... nicely done... a little crowded and expensive but tasty... I will go back there again. With amount of orders that they have good service. Friendly people at the counter too. I have not tried.

    First time here! Yum!

So cute!!! Definitely a hidden gem in a strip mall. Beautoful music playing, super clean, the workers were friendly and fast! I had the iced strawberry matcha latte with oat milk, it was PERFECT. Definitely will be back!

Yes, $9. That's on the expensive side for a latte, so I went in with pretty high expectations. Everything about the experience was quick and efficient. The line moved fast, my drink came out quickly, and I was in and out with no issues. The shop itself seemed like a great place to sit down and get some work done or catch up with a friend. Since it was such a nice day, I decided to sit outside. My first sip immediately stood out because of the texture. It was probably the smoothest coffee I've ever had; silky, creamy, and almost pillowy on the tongue. Unfortunately, that's where most of my praise ends. The coffee itself tasted fine, but nothing about the flavor stood out, especially considering the price. I ordered a vanilla latte, but I couldn't taste any vanilla at all and got virtually no sweetness from the drink. Overall, it's not bad coffee by any means, and the texture was genuinely impressive. But for nearly $9, I expected a lot more flavor. I don't regret trying it, but I wouldn't come back at that price point.

It's shaded because it's on the backside. I ended up getting an iced Blue Moon Latte, Full Moon sweetness and hot moon matcha to go. Both with oat milk. Their signature sweet cream and oak coffee was good. Since I asked for light ice, it was definitely more milk so the flavor was light, just a hint. My mom liked her matcha just fine.

I enjoyed how they had some comfortable seating options tucked away in hidden corners to combat this. The portions are good sizes that match the quality of the items. The toast came on this very thick, in-house bread that was the star of the show. I wish there was a little more lemon or salt with the avocado, but it was still good none the less. My friend got a jam toast, which we both preferred over the avocado. As the the coffee, I about died it was so good. Don't judge Coca Cola and espresso until you have tried it! This is a drink that hasn't really made its way to the Midwest, so I was ecstatic when I looked on the season menu and saw that Dogtor's Orders featured cherry coke, espresso and cherry cold foam. It came out as pretty as it tasted, and I'm already thinking of my next one. When you stop by, definitely glance at the seasonal coffee board propped in front of the checkout. Those will be your best options and they don't last forever, so try it while you can. Only reason I didn't elevate this review to a five star is because the prices here are a little steep and can add up even more with modifications.

I had the Banana Cabana which was my first banana coffee drink ever during this time where they seem to be popping up everywhere. My immediate reaction was that the banana flavoring is not for me. It was still drinkable though, with the perfect amount of sweetness. I don't fault them at all, it was an experimental choice on my part. Next time I will just stick with adding my own flavors to an iced latte. Plenty of seating and despite being crowded, there was a relatively low noise level.
