There is one girl who can do nails really well. You can bring in a photo and she can replicate is pretty on point. I feel horrible I never got her name. They can do almost anything you see online. Chrome, cat eye etc. I came in twice without an appointment and got someone else and left super unhappy. Haven't been back because I can't guarantee I'll see the lady I want and she's always busy. Also I don't like being upsold. Please just do what I ask and not make me feel cheap for not wanting to add extra services or special polish. This is a newish owner in the last two years. read more

I walked in and normally salons smell of strong polish or acrylic but it smelled so lovely like lemons, couldn't even tell I was in a nail salon. I came for a french tip pedicure with a fill of acrylic on my big toes and Anna did SO AMAZING. She is so kind and asked how thin I wanted the line. While I was visiting my friend in Seattle, my nails were broken and I needed a manicure ASAP! so my best friend recommended me to a new salon which opened near her house for convenience and to be honest, this is the first salon that made me satisfied with both my service and nail standards because I'm a very picky person lol. I have been to Seattle frequently (bc my best friend lives here) and have been experimenting with a few nail salons but no one has satisfied me. C&T Nails / Dolce lost a loyal customer(s) today. I scheduled my appointment for a fill today, went to my appointment time only to be told I'm not on their appointment list. Now this is the 2nd/3rd time this has happened here... I show the lady at the front desk the number I called along with the time I called to assure her I made an the appointment today. She quickly calls the number (I'm assuming to the person I spoke to earlier when I booked) To only tell me she has to do a full set instead and looks at her 2 other coworkers like "oops." They didn't help in anyway either. I would've appreciated at least a "wait ten more mins and we will get you right in!" The receptionist then asks if I can come in a different day and doesn't apologize for the mishap. I understand people make mistakes but to not accommodate your long time customer or make something work in place of the mistake, isn't right. I will gladly drive the extra 10 mins to the next nail salon to be treated right and get respectable service. read more

I came in to get my nails shortened because they were a bit too long. The nail tech who had helped me two days prior rushed over, in the middle of helping another customer. She filed my nails down quickly without checking to make sure they were even. I had to ask her to clean underneath my nails! Then she ends up burning the tips of my fingers and cutting the skin underneath one fingernail. I flinched and told her it hurt but she didn't say a word. She was just rushing to get me out of there. So unprofessional and rude! Also, I was there for almost 3 hours with a friend and only saw them sanitize the chairs, not the nail equipment. I've gone to this nail salon a total of four times now. The first three times I was served right away, but was always served near the back even though there were chairs open near the front windows. Once they conversed with me, they opened up and we're trusting and friendly. The fourth time I had an appointment and the salon was full. Nice salon and great location for people in the back part of Federal Way/Browns point. Good color selection for shellac and regular (I don't do dip but they had lots of that too). I wish my pedicure had been the best one, but I didn't specify so it was the basic which was still really good. The only negative was a small kid running around the whole time I was there which was distracting from my mini relaxation time, but that is totally not the salons fault, and they can't really snap at their customer for that behavior. My gel mani only lasted about 8 days, but considering the amount of hand washing and the 4 months of abuse with no manicure we've all dealt with, it's mostly on me. My tech also cleaned up my shredded skin near my nail beds from dermatillomania due to crippling anxiety, and didn't totally shame me for it which I REALLY appreciate. read more

I took my neice here for manis&pedis for her birthday and she was so happy. She really enjoyed the spa pedi and we so relaxed she looked like she was going to fall asleep. The owner was very attentive to us and let us change colors with out any hassel. I always feel bad about changing my mind with the color after it goes on but she made me feel fine about it. Its a small place but she has music videos going that helped pass the time for me. its was only $45 each as well which I thought was a deal for all we got in the spa pedi which included hot rocks. read more
