Even now that I have moved away, I make a point of going in to get my eyebrows &/ face waxed. To this day, Stephanie is the most reliable technician I've ever been able to find! Also I just love her, she's just so sweet & no matter how much time has passed, recognizes me without fail. All of which to say, services have always been consistent over time. My Gel Mani started peeling right away. I'm very disappointed because the extra cost and was talked into the gel as I was originally going with regular polish to let my nails breathe. I had the pedi regular polish and my feet were done first. Left had lunch then froyo and drove to the park to walk, several hours lapsed with my feet in sandals but after all this my big toe stuck to my sock. I was shocked that this happened. I can only assume the polish was thick. I went back the next day for a fix and was told at the end to be careful! I was not negligent to begin with the first time as I waited at least 1.5 hours after to put socks & shoes. Still like the shop & the family who runs the business. read more

The man who did my pedicure asked me what I wanted and I got the #2. It was supposed to come with callous removal and a sugar scrub. He did not remove the dead skin, did not put sugar scrub on my feet, just one leg, and worst of all, he cut my cuticle. I've had a cuticle cut at salons before. It's usually only painful for like an hour. Well, it's the next day and even the shower water hitting my toe hurts very bad. I'm very concerned it is/will get infected. Also, the actual nail polish looks like I did it myself. I won't be coming back. I don't recommend it. They rush and make you feel rushed. Who pays almost $70 for crusty feet, ugly nail polish, basic nails and a cut toe? Never again. read more

Friendly workers and great manicures. They're also very clean: you get your own box of supplies so don't lose your box number! I got a gel mani on Wednesday that started chipping after two days. I gave them a call and they offered to fix it for free. John ended up giving me an all new manicure to fix all the nails. Week 23/52 in my endeavor to try one new (to me) local spot per week! My usual nail spot was too packed to get me in on the same day, so I decided to drive around the area til I found a salon that was available. I saw T&T Nails and popped in, and was pleasantly surprised to see they had availablity. The salon is cute and comparable to any other nail salon. I was taken back quickly, which was awesome because I happened to be on a time constraint - I only had an hour and a half which seemed to be more than enough time to get my nails filled (acrylic), especially since I don't ever really do designs, just solid color. The older woman that started on my nails stood up and said something to her coworker, and her coworker came and told me she'd be back soon. Okay, no problem. But then, 10 minutes pass.... then 15... then 20.... At this point, I mentioned I no longer wanted french tip and just wanted solid color just to save time. The younger woman tried to convince me she could have the design done with the remaining time, even though she was still working on another customer. When she got to me, I only had 1/2 hour left and barely any work done on my nails, so I knew it wasn't going to happen. I finally convinced her that I didn't want the french tip and just wanted an all over color. She had me pick one. After that, she only did ONE COAT of polish so you could still see through the nail... Very rushed job. Even with me on a constraint, I didn't ask her to hurry or anything, and they weren't busy, so I'm not sure if this is standard? I did like the color and shape of my nails, I just am not sure what's going on with the spotty service. Might return in a pinch in the future, but it's gotta be a TIGHT pinch. read more

Sloppy work, shellac doesn't last, and EXPENSIVE! I had been here once before and had a decent experience, so I visited again. When I arrived I told them which box number I had. They brought me the box with that number and it had someone else's name on it. Then there was some confusion between the employees for a while until eventually they brought out a new box. I've never been to a nail salon that had kits for each customer. Seems weird. I got a shellac manicure and shellac pedicure. While the woman who prepared my feet for polish did a good job of cutting my cuticles and all the nasty dead skin on my toes, she ended up cutting my toenails to uneven lengths/shapes/sizes. My left big toenail was round and tiny compared to my right big toenail, which was cut more like a square. The other woman who did the polish did a pretty sloppy job. She didn't paint the tip edge of my nails, so the polish chipped off one nail in 2 days. She also painted too many layers on a couple of my nails so they look really wavy where the paint globbed on. She also didn't paint straight lines down the sides of my nails, and left a ton of room above my cuticles, which I hate. It was $75 for a mani pedi with shellac on both. I know that's not too much more expensive than most places, if not on par, but for how bad the service was I won't be returning. read more

Came home from LA and needed to get my nails done cuz I ran out of time before I got here. Don't know why I've never been to this place before, but would 100% go back! The ladies here are all super sweet and friendly and I felt like the employees made an effort just to reach out and smile and say hello :) that's something you don't always get everywhere .. I was here last week, so easy to make appt and because its technically a new salon, everything is quick and clean. I had shellac manicure that cost $30, not bad. The lady who cut my nails were very nice, but she was so ambitious when she cut my cuticle that there are few bleeding spots in my finger. I can also tell she job is a bit sloppy, you can see it from my pics. They will assign you with a pedi-manicure set that only be used by you, which is really nice and clean! 5 days later, the color started to fade off and become gray-ish, i have to go to get it fixed in a different nail salon. read more

Came here with my niece for scheduled pedicures for the first time and will not ever come back. I paid for one of their "better" packages because I am in my third trimester and really wanted a good soak, scrub and massage that they claim it came with. They had barely begun to take off my old nail polish when a gal came in (without an appointment) for a manicure and pedicure. Instead of advising the lady that there would be a wait or see if she could come back they stopped doing my pedi and helped the other lady out instead. I would have been ok with this had they had someone else on staff that would have been able to complete my pedicure, but they did not. My water was getting cold, my nieces pedicure was almost done and they were already moving onto the other ladies mani. I had to say something to get my pedicure started and then when they began it was completely rushed. No exfoliant rubbed on my feet, a quick 1, 2, 3 scrub with the brush on each foot, no massage, no hot towels or anything as advertised. They told me that they weren't going to charge me for the shellac for the inconvenience, and then they did not. Oh but they offered me a $5 coupon for my next visit. No thank you!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrific. I had come here before and really liked the work and then the next 3 visits just got worse and worse until we reached today's disaster. I called to schedule an appointment to have one set of acrylics removed and a new set put on. I should have known it wasn't going to go well when she didn't ask for my name and I had to call back to give my name for my appointment. I showed up a few minutes early and there was one nail tech in the salon and no customers. I told her I was there for my appointment and told her what I needed done. It was clear from her facial expression she had no idea how to do it. She called another technician 4 times but she never answered so she began attempting to figure out what to do. She began the process of soaking them off but only waited 5 minutes before she attempted to pop them off which resulted in immense pain. The other technician arrived and took over. I waited for over an hour to have them soaked off during which time no one checked on me at all while they attended to other clients who had walked in. Once my nails were finally ready I showed the technician a picture of nails that had a cobweb on them and asked if she could replicate it. She said yes. I had French tip nails in the other nails and white nails for the cobweb. My French tip nails are all clouded and she was unable to replicate the cobweb so now I have a flower. All of this for $50. Will not ever be back. Update: I went to a different salon a few weeks after this occurred and they had to remove my nails and put on another new set because the nails had lifted on almost all of my fingernails. Horrible customer service! Needs more technicians! I was trying to get a mani and pedi for 3 of us and I kept asking will there be enough technicians to work in us- they lied snd said yes. Two other ladies walk in they sit them down , 30 min later the owner arrives to go work on one of them. Then my technicians leaves me to go work on the other lady Right in the middle of working in me . I'm upset and want to leave but this place charged me full price as if they finished my nails . I asked for a refund but the owner said no. Her reason I was getting serviced for 2 hrs do I should pay full price. Who the he'll gets serviced for 2 hrs and doesn't get completed. Haven't been here in over a year. Different owners now. Didn't think anything of it. However, I shouldn't gave gone here. Spent $70 on mani/pedi. One lady doing my mani and the other doing my pedi at the same time. My mani is sloppy, awful. Nail length vary, the thickness and coating lumpy and the design is crooked.
