I came in for a fill and a holiday look and when I've came before I paid $65 for a fill but when the lady finished up I asked how and she said $80.. my mouth almost dropped on the ground. The salon is remodeled and beautiful. It is spacious and has massage chairs to enjoy as you have your pedicure. There is a huge selection of polishes to choose from. A "spa pedicure" is a true luxury and reasonably priced. Grab a latte at the Starbucks a few doors down and then go to Eden Nails to truly relax. I'm new to the area and this salon is the best one I've been to that is close to where I am and I don't have to go far to get to. The salon is very clean and very pretty and the girls there seem very nice. It's a little expensive but for me it's convenient so it's fine. But if you're going out of your way just know there prices are a bit high. I paid $40 for a fill with shellac polish. My old place was around $20-25 but from what I've seen $30-40 is about average here in Federal Way. The girl who worked on my nails was very sweet and took her time and made sure my nails were the shape I wanted. One of my biggest problems with other places I've been to around here is they don't really seem to care about if you're happy with your shape or length they kind of just do what they want once they start, this place wasn't like that. She was also really happy about the color I chose which just made my day and she didn't apply too thick of a layer of the gel polish which I REALLY appreciate. I think they do the best full set tip design anywhere, but they will start to lift from the cuticle in 2 weeks, which means cheap powder. The manicures are entirely too expensive ($20) and very basic, the pedicures are only good from one person, Lang. If it's anyone else (I have had everyone at least twice) and they are lazy and the quality of the pedicure is below average. Lang does the best job and shapes your toenails so you don't get ingrown nails. They are, very expensive to say the least. read more

This place is fantastic. I started going there when they first opened maybe 5 or so years ago. Nice atmosphere and decor, always VERY clean and professional. Costs a little more than your average hole in the wall, but that's because they're better than your average hole in the wall. They do a great job. I've gotten pedicures, manicures, and acrylics here and all were outstanding and lasted a long time. Connie and Hau are both great and very sweet - for awhile it seemed they were the only ones with strong English. I moved away for a year, and when I came back to town to visit my parents, I stopped in and they remembered my name! Additionally, the other ladies remembered me and started speaking to me in their now-fantastic English. I had a very proud moment, I will admit. I got a French Manicure here the day before my wedding. I felt like she rushed through my manicure and it definitely showed 3 hours later when the polish chipped off! I just couldn't believe it. Didn't have time to go back and complain since it was evening time and I had to still finish up a few things for the big day. During the wedding day picture taking, I had to hide some of my nails because as the day went on, more and more polish chipped off. Horrible! Never going back again! read more

I started going to Eden about 13 yrs ago, they were on the pricier side, but it was well worth it, I got a very nice polish but also a great pedicure experience. Over time, the quality went down as the prices went up. However, I thought I'd give it another go. Today I called ahead, they could take me, so I ran in for a pedicure. I paid $30 plus tip for literally 15 minutes. (I understand I didn't have to tip) I have paid less for an hour with massage, salt scrub, massage, stones, paraffin, etc.. 15 minutes should just be a polish change...She rushed through the 'spa' part and I left with wet nail polish, no offer to let them dry. I'm disappointed! The remodel is beautiful, but the service was nil. Many other patrons came in and were told "10 minutes" for 3 pedis and 1 mani, there were no other technicians available, so she rushed my service. There was a woman there getting a pedi who was there well before me and still getting her pedi when I left. :( I, unfortunately, will not go back due to this and past experiences. read more

Shellac nail polish - NO manicure $25.0000!!!!!! Took shellac off toes and painted shellac 35.00!!!! NO pedicure - $60.00 total without tip. I questioned the pricing....was told $50.00 for a shellac pedicure. Outrageous pricing - glad I didn't get the FULL pedicure and manicure or it would have been nearly $100! If I want to spend that kind of money, I will do so at a higher end salon. They have increased pricing, service quality is not there, and I will not be back. read more

Hi. this place is expensive. and very bad. I was going there for conveience but stopped when a new place opened up down the road. however, because I had an event to attend to I decided to go back one last time. full facial wax, manicure and pedi. The very elderly lady did the wax. I don't have much facial hair but thought might as well get the full treatment for $10 more. anyway, she burned my skin! she put the wax underneath my eyes! who does that! there is no hair on anyones undereye area and that is the most sensitive anyway. My eye skin was bleeding and there are now 2 visable scars that Im hoping will go away. its been 6 days now and the bleeding just stopped yesterday. The skin on my face is also burned. I just spoke to one of the girls today and was told that the old lady is just very particular. I said nobody should put wax underneath any eye! She must have never done a facial wax. The girl actualy laughed and said ok Ill mention to my manager. she did not even take down my name or number! no offer of a free anything! That appointment cost me$97 and a burned face. The girl tried to blame it on tanning or something. I said I'm African American, I don't tan. And once again, no body puts wax underneath an eye no matter what race someone is. And their pedicure was $35 and no massage and no foot wax and no nothing. just soaked and painted my nails and the other girl had to come over and fix the polish that the new girl did not put on right!. Beware of high prices and crappy inexperience people and mediocre service and they don't take credit cards! who doesn't take credit cards! They have been in business for years. Its crazy. read more
