I waited about 45-50 minutes for my order, only to find out my sandwiches had accidentally been given to an older gentleman who had only ordered pickles. He apparently heard me say my name and ended up taking my sandwiches. Mistakes happen, and I'm not mad at anyone personally, but after waiting that long, it was definitely disappointing. My main issue isn't even the mistake itself. It's the amount of time lost. Time is money, but more importantly, time is a resource we can never get back. I basically lost close to an hour because the pickup process wasn't organized enough to make sure the right order went to the right person. I'll absolutely be back because the food is that good. My boyfriend and I were making our way south after visiting Ojai and it was the perfect spot :) The coffee shop itself is not super large inside but there is a beautiful patio with shade to get some work done. The interior is so pleasing to the eye because everything feels thoughtfully chosen, including the blush pink, sage green, and butter yellow appliances. There is a small glass room where they bake their pastries! Their menu has a great variety of items- fizzy options, pour overs, matcha drinks, and lots of flavored, specialty lattes to choose from. I ordered the palm court (pandan) latte, and my boyfriend ordered the pineapple spro-jito and a cortado. The palm court (in my opinion) is a 10/10. It is sweet but the pandan cold foam top tasted like a not-overly sweet ice cream that melted into the espresso flavor smoothly. The pineapple spro-jito has an insane, deliciously light pineapple foam that suits the fizzy espresso. It was sweeter than I anticipated, so I actually ended up drinking more of it than my boyfriend did. I can't really speak on the cortado because I didn't taste it but I love being able to immerse myself in a curated coffee experience! The drinks are expensive but they are a great treat and often come with fun toppings.
