When I told her (with the same attitude she gave me) that I wasn't asked for ID when buying the tree, she shot back with, "It's always been our policy." Clearly, this isn't true--it's inconsistent and fake. If that's the policy, why wasn't it enforced earlier? The whole experience was aggravating and made worse by the cashier's poor attitude and lack of understanding of customer service. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this store to anyone. Not only is the service subpar, but outdated policies--or poorly trained staff--make for a frustrating shopping experience. It's probably time to reevaluate both your policies and your employees.

I've been noticing this store for a few weeks now as we drive by it and have been wanting to stop. Since Angie's on South Lee closed down, we've been looking for a nice place to fill its spot. This place is more like the old Cherokee Liquidators that use to be on Spring Place Rd when I was a kid. Lots of little gadgets, camping gear, BB guns, cell phone stuff and used shoes. Their prices are fare and we even got some better deals at the register. The staff was friendly and had a smile. Even the other customers were friendly during this visit.
