When I finally looked up, she asked if I had a question about the Pokémon cards. I didn't. She asked me again, while she should have been tending to her customers, and again I replied that I did not. I'm not sure what she was implying, but the way she addressed me was unprofessional and offensive. I found it particularly odd because I shop here every week and she has never been someone who seemed concerned about whether customers had questions or needed assistance. When I got to her register, I asked why she felt inclined to yell at me from three registers away. Rather than simply explaining herself, she became extremely combative. She then questioned why I was taking photos of the Pokémon cards. I don't believe I owe her an explanation for taking a photo of merchandise. I was simply sending the photos to my son so he could tell me which packs he wanted, since I know nothing about Pokémon cards. Again, not her business. Then, as her final parting shot, she wouldn't even hand me my receipt. She put it in the basket. I told her that was petty behavior. The entire interaction was unnecessary and completely unprofessional. I hope Aldi will address how this employee treats customers because this experience was unacceptable.

Some items that I buy at round rock were not available at this store, but I bought other items in place of them. They have a bakery that's quite impressive. Their meat department is also top-of-the-line. They make their own tortillas and bread. They have a nice deli. (I bought lunch!) They have plants outside. They have flowers and toys and make up! They have just about everything you would need. You can cash checks there. The prices are good and their produce, and groceries are well taken care of. You can buy some organic products here, or non-organic. Their employees are very kind and helpful. I like this store. My previous review was only the pharmacy. I don't care for their pharmacy. The service I've gotten there has been less than adequate and they only sell generic prescriptions. I prefer name brand.

She looked over at us (parked in front of the tire bay), smirked and walked with the gentleman to his vehicle. While waiting, another vehicle pulls up and she looks at us and blatantly ignored us. She started assisting the new driver. I got out of my vehicle, walked past her, into the building. I spoke with Garrett and requested the manager. He came quickly. I explained my situation and concerns. He assured me that I would be taken care of and immediately. He found my tires and got us started. (Carlos, the manager) He even took our groceries out to the car. He made sure that we were getting better customer service. While speaking to the manager, Carlos, Lindsay walked to my vehicle and addressed my family. She stated that it was a 2-3 hour wait and someone else was in front of us. Family stated that we will go elsewhere. She said: suit yourself and left. She told her manager that we would have to wait. There is a walk-in in front of us. The audacity. Again, if I didn't NEED my tires today, we would've left. So grateful for Mr. Carlos! That's why I gave them a 4.

The curbside and delivery services have both improved dramatically since 2019. So far, my order is always ready early, and the fruits and veggies are in good condition. As for shopping in-store, they often forget to ask if I have coupons, and they rarely put my cold items in my insulated bag. But otherwise, the staff is efficient and friendly.
