I was in the plaza shopping nearby and decided to pop into this DT for a few basics that I usually reserve for a good DT trip including snacks and Tupperware. The store is good sized, and unlike many other locations, the aisles were easily navigable and didn't have tons of stock boxes lining the floor. They have all your standard DT items plus a few new "more than a dollar" items. Service was friendly, but per usual there was only one cashier so the line backed up quick and wait to checkout was a bit much. Overall, solid Dollar Tree location that serves its purpose. When in the immediate area and the need arises, no issues with swinging by.

Meaning they all have different merchandise from store to store. I also love how they put their holiday decor out about a month before anyone else. As of this weekend(10/07/23) all of the Christmas merchandise is out gearing us up for a great holiday season. You can find really good name-brand merchandise if you know how to look for it at a fraction of the original cost. A good example is in the makeup section if you look for unmarked Ziploc bags. Those are usually high-end'ish name-brand products. I have the entire Flower lipstick line at $1.25 a pop as just one of the finds I've gotten recently. As far as the store itself, it's spacious but packed full of items, and is one of the cleaner Dollar Trees. I rarely see rolltainers in the aisle or at the end caps of the aisles. The employees are fast and usually happy to help, sometimes the checkout is too busy and they cannot help. Which tends to be a bit stressful for both them and the customer, but overall, no complaints. There is also plenty of close parking with no issues getting in and out of the parking lot.

While the interior of the store is clean, it needs some love conditionally. I popped in and scooped up a few things with no issues. The Tupperware and snacks I was after were well stocked and easy to find. Service is okay. There never seems to be enough folks available for the registers as the line backs up easily. Overall, standard Dollar Tree location. When I am in the complex and need something, no issues with popping in.

My most recent trip came while waiting for my pup to get groomed nearby, so I wandered around and actually picked up a few things including kitchen utensils and socks. Did I need either? Nope. The store is worn and could use some love conditionally, but it is kept clean. Service is hit and miss. Rarely anyone on the sales floor, so most of my interactions have been at the register. They'll advertise a product like Lay's Potato Chips for example at 2 medium sized bags for $6.00, but when you go to the counter to pay for them they charge you $7.30. This happens a lot where the price on the yellow sticker below the product on their shelves doesn't match up with the one programmed in the cash register. Just think of all the money Dollar General rakes in at all of their locations across America. Do they do it on purpose (the ol' bait & switch scheme), I don't know. But it is illegal, so watch the register when you're checking out and speak up if they overcharge you. They'll fix it for you at the register, but it keeps happening so it must be an internal problem. Whoever programs the prices into the computer is doing something wrong and that's not fair to the customer. You're not getting what you pay for and that's not right.

In searching for DG stores I found out that they had a few test like stores called Popshelf. We were excited to shop the store! Very clean, bright, neat and stylish. I found a brand name planter that is normally $48 in the store for $15. I got hair products, snacks, school supplies and more. The store is bright and clean. Every item was quality and contemporary. Meaning, they carried current trend products and great popular brands. The highlight was checking out at the register. It's all self checkout. You scan and bag your products yourself. So cool. If I ever came back to Nashville, I would stop in to shop.
