Office says they're supposed to arrive today. Already missed production. Will cost us a ton of time and over $500 additional because we have to reschedule another production with co-packer, which is two hours away. Very frustrating.

We were very explicit on what we wanted, our cushions were not of a caliber for Plunket Furniture and were very soft in the seat. After talking to Keith he showed us a couple of examples of their work, and then the work shop, (well maintained) at that time we were engulfed. Then the fabrics, OOHHH that a selection, fortunately we found a stain resistant fabric within minutes and in the color we liked. Fortunately what a quick find. I also wanted the chairs tightened (they were getting sloppy after 15 years). We made the deal and asked if they could be done before Christmas and the timeframe was befitting. Now the Outcome......Freaking.....Awesome. The seats were perfect, exactly what the Mrs. was looking for. The chairs were solid like brand new and completed well before the Christmas holiday. Love This Place......We'll be back, we have a few more family heirlooms we want to try out.

Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

MITHU made my experience very uncomfortable after he told me that if I kept "arguing" with him, I simply told him that I knew that I needed it, he would refuse a valid government issued ID as it was not the hard copy - to which he knows that anyone in possession of a temporary ID is currently awaiting their hard copy to come in the mail. I did tell MITHU that I'd be reporting him for making such a simple transaction a difficult experience for me. The lack of professionalism is at an all time high inexcusable as it is prejudice. Temporary ID or not, as long as it is valid and not expired, it is generally accepted everywhere else. I hope that in composing this review, something snaps for MITHU and it registers that unless someone is deliberately causing harm and/or creating a disruption, it is not OK to bend the rules just because he has a very fragile ego. There's a solution for that... therapy. After all, business is business. I will not step foot into nor will spend another dime in that poorly ran excuse of an establishment.
