I talked to one of the managers there and they said they've had a shortage of dairy products and eggs. So on the way home, I stopped at this grocery outlet and sure enough they had a few boxes of them. Everybody was nice at the store, though a little warmer at the one in Truckee lol. Still everybody was helpful. I usually shop at Smith's, and my wife always comes here. I will Shop here more often.

I will be reviewing the 3 or 4 stores that are in my circle of shopping. The North Valleys store has to be the example for others to follow. This store is always cleaner, and really well stocked, with a friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot is tight, really tight especially during snow and deliveries. If you find yourself with questions on what they carry, where it is, or how do people like items, then this is the store for you. My hat is off to this store because they exceed the customer service typically found in this chain. We really hope your store stays open for all your staff and regulars.

Anyway, they had plenty to choose from with prices starting around $100 going upwards of $800. She chose the cheaper one. The service was slow and was a good lesson in being patient. However the staff should be more on top of helping. There were three employees that appeared to be just hanging out even after I asked for help. Once we got home the camera will turn on but won't take pictures. We will have to go back in and see why it isn't working. Hopefully this time around the service will be a bit more attentive and quicker.
