Had to pay for the repair there, because towing it back to Mesa would be too expensive. Upon notifying the dealership to see what could be done about it. All I got was I'm sorry we would have been chaeper on the repair. Not taking any financial responsibility at all. I didn't expect the total repair to be paid & even stated so. But taking some ownership of what you sale would have been nice. The lack of professionalism & not standing behind what they sale is a total red flag. STAY AWAY. Bad place to buy a car.

In the middle of everything I was dealing with a rental car extension issue that was causing me enormous stress on top of an already heartbreaking situation. Keenan O'Rourke and Jeremy Strebel went completely above and beyond for me. They were compassionate, patient, and kind and they moved mountains to resolve my situation quickly so I could get back to my father's side where I needed to be. They did not just do their jobs. They showed genuine human kindness to a daughter who was running on empty and fighting for her dad. In a world where customer service can feel transactional and cold these two young men reminded me that there are still people out there who truly care. They might work with you once or twice if there is no work available for a rideshare or gig apps, but it comes at a cost of them, holding it over your head. I would recommend UCars for the same price; they have nice cars, charge the same, and fix any issues the first time you bring it in. I have never had a business text me to ask me this stuff and it's really kind of creepy if you ask me. The text below that is shared was sent AFTER the car was turned in. I was told they would take care of me. Last week I was hit by another vehicle. I filed my claims with uber and hertz. I was told by both uber and hertz to return the vehicle to the location where I would be given a replacement vehicle so I could continue driving. When I arrived at the location I was told they will not give me another car despite a not at fault accident and 15 weeks of extending my rental and paying for the CDW and both Uber and Hertz claims departments telling me they would replace it. Besides this the employees are extremely rude, never answer the phone and offer no solutions for people. They are happy to just take your money every week and then screw you over when something happens. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS STORE!!!
