Late review... First time Silvercar user in Phoenix. This has got to be the easiest and quickest I've gotten a rental. From Sky Harbor, a quick shuttle ride to the Silvercar lot. Someone comes out and greets you, gets you set up. Pull up the app, scan the bar code and off you go. May have taken 10 minutes tops from the shuttle to on the road in an A4. Best experience I've had at a rental agency. All paperwork completed on the app beforehand saves so much time. Definitely not the last time I'll be using Silvercar, either in Phoenix or other cities with availability. read more

I rarely write reviews, but I think this Silvercar location deserves it. Our original reservation was supposed to start a few days after our arrival at PHX, but due to complications with our ride. We decided to ask the Silvercar concierge if they had availability for a Q5 at that time. The reply was very prompt and they had a Q5 at that time. We headed to the Blue Sky Shuttle from terminal 4 which takes you to the Silvercar parking location. We had to scan the code on the Audi and it unlocked by itself. No lines, no counters! The staff were all very nice and courteous, they helped us with our luggage and off we went! The car was a clean and new Q5 with all the bells and whistles. It is an excellent car to take for road trips. The return was again no hassle and great. All in all it was a great experience costing less than what we would've paid for a fully loaded luxury car at another company. If I come to Phoenix again or another city that has Silvercar, I'll definitely use them! read more

We rented here because my sister drives an Audi and wanted something familiar to drive. The guys here are friendly but not necessarily understanding higher end service of a luxury brand. We had to take a shuttle to the rental car area then take a bit of a creepy path to meet our driver to go to the rental office. When we returned the car we had to wait for a Lyft driver back because there was only one guy on the lot and he had to pick up someone else. Not bad but not white glove service. read more

This is a pretty great car service. It was about the same price for a brand new Audi A4 as it would have been for the lowest car at Enterprise. Plus you get 20% off your first time. You sign all the paperwork and give your information online or on the app. They pick you up at the rental car center and bring you back to their headquarters (which is a few minutes away). Picking up the car is a breeze. The guys are super nice and helpful. They confirm your ID and credit card, and you unlock the car with your app. When you bring the car back they drive you to the airport. They said if not possible they will provide an Uber. You don't have to fill the car back up either. They cars are brand new and clean. We will definitely be using this car service again and hopefully they are all as easy and pleasant as the one in Phoenix! read more

Probably the best car rental service I've ever had; certainly the most seamless. Silvercar rents Audis, and only in silver (duh!). Previously they only offered A4s, but they've also added Q5s to their fleet, as the demand for SUVs is high. If you're itching to drive a convertible, then Silvercar wouldn't be a good fit as they don't currently offer them. We drive an Audi at home, so it was nice to drive a "familiar" car. And it was a 2018 all-wheel drive, with leather seats and a sunroof; no hoopties here. The process is easy: download the app, fill in your info. Follow the instructions to rent your car, and boom! Done. Once you've entered your info (no more than you'd need for your standard car rental), you never have to do it again, which saves you time later since you don't have to go over it again with an agent. They don't try to further upsell you on insurance (you pre-select what you'd like to carry), wifi, GPS, etc. because it's all included (as is SiriusXm radio, and Bluetooth pairing). They also offer fair toll tracking, and the fuel plan is great too--tank refuel is at market price, plus $5. I feel like they charge a reasonable premium for what they offer, though admittedly everyone values things like this differently. We saved a ton with a great promo offer as first-time renters, but, as we discovered, we'll continue to save; Audi owners who belong to My Audi get Audi Preferred Benefits, one of which is BOGO for rental days (up to 2 free days). We were picked up at the airport (in an Audi) and taken to the location to retrieve our car. When we returned it, they ordered an Uber to take us back to the airport (if they're too busy to take you themselves); no waiting for a crowded car rental bus. Silvercar is a great alternative to the typical horrible airport car rental experience. A breath of fresh air. We'll certainly use them again at any airport of which they offer availability (currently they're at 13 airports). read more

5 stars all the way! Booking was easy to do online. I was able to request a forward facing car seat and booster for my kiddos at no extra charge and was confirmed immediately after booking my brand new Audi A4 sedan. Once I landed, I let Silvercar know via app that I had arrived and got a text and call shortly after letting me know that my car was on its way to meet me. After confirming my insurance, drivers license and credit card with the rep, I unlocked the car with my app (so neat!), installed the car seats, got connected to the in-car wifi and was on my way. With two kids in tow it is so so appealing to not have to wait in a line, not having to sign here sign there and deal with rude counter employees, and having the car some to me and not have to search the huge lot for it is such a plus!! Even without kids, I would rent Silvercar again just for this ease. And fortunately, the rate is really not that much more than other rental agencies AND you get a brand newish and clean luxury car and the ease of getting your butt into it right away. Due to liability reasons, they will not install your car seats for you. Not to worry, I was able to install both myself without any issues via LATCH system and it was super easy. On our last day, we returned the car to their rental location. The GPS was already programmed with their location as "home" so not having to fumble around with google maps or waze was another plus. So neat! No cons whatsoever!! I will gladly rent them again and have referred them to many friends, especially the ones with kids. read more

Modern, slick, and you always know what you're getting. I got an A4 Quattro which looked, felt and smelled brand new. They typically do a great first-time deal (it's like $50 off your first rental). I ended up paying $160 for a two day rental, and a full tank of gas (that they ended up pumping for market price plus a $5 fee). The entire check in process is sleek. Simply pull up their app and text them once you get onto the shuttle bus(this is flying in to PHX). Within seconds, you'll get a confirmation that a Silver Audi is on the way to pick you up. Their app is quite impressive as it gives you a detailed walk-through on what you need to do. As soon as I arrived to the rental car location, a silver Audi was parked and waiting to pick me up. Amazing service! From the moment I reserved the vehicle online to the moment I dropped the car off I had nothing but 5 star service!! Website was easy to use, as well as the app (I used the Iphone app). When I reserved the car on the Silvercar website I was given their summer web deal, but once I downloaded their app I was given an even better deal, as first time renter. I brought this up to the guys at the lot and they were able to grant me the better deal with no hassle. Vehicle- The Audi A4 handles like a dream and has every feature you could ask for, and more! Meh- I rented from Silvercar before in Denver and had a substandard pickup experience. But I'd read that the Denver airport was the least successful location for Silvercar pickups due to airport restrictions. So, I thought Phoenix would be better. It was worse. I used the app when we landed to let them know where we were. Directions for where to go to meet the car led to some self doubt about the location and it took a while for the driver to show up. By the time he did, there were the 2 of us, a guy with skis (or something ski sized) and another couple. All with luggage. The Audi guy game in the A4. We were lucky enough to be there first, but I can only imagine how long it took for ski guy to get picked up. And then upon return - which I had texted to let them know what time we'd be there, we arrived at the same time as another return. There was noone there. We waited for a while and then the other people noticed someone sitting in one of the Audis and got their attention - that was the person working. Return itself was smooth enough and then he called an Uber for us. If I had been renting from Avis/Hertz/Enterprise, this would have been about what I'd expect, but Silvercar represents itself as the rental company that takes the hassle out of renting. That wasn't my experience. And I don't know car models, but I'm pretty sure the car I got in Denver was a 2018 model while the Phoenix one was 2017. It felt a little worn. It was very easy to rent a car from Silvercar. I received a discount for a first time renter. The process to rent the car was very easy. The car we rented was a Audi A4. It was very clean inside and out. We loved the navigation system the car had. It was very easy to use and was very accurate with directions. I consider it a must have from now on. It was much easier than trying to use my phone. They meet you at the airport. They go over the car with you. You use the app to do all the renting, insurance, and everything else. They had you the key and away you go. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was the drop off of the car. We had to wait for someone to return the car. They do not have someone at the office all the time. Once we were able to return the car they dropped us off at the airport. We traveled to Phoenix last week and used Silvercar for the first time. WOW! So much better than any other car rental in the past. With carryon luggage only, we followed instructions on the Silvercar app and walked straight out of the airport and into a Bluesky shuttle. We also received texts from Silvercar inquiring about our progress. After a very short shuttle ride, we pulled into a parking lot where our A4 awaited us in the shade. Big challenges with respect to car inventory given Covid, and when a problem was encountered that may have caused the cancellation of my reservation, the manager worked tirelessly for hours to find an alternate solution to ensure that my reservation could be filled. It doesn't sound remarkable in pre-Covid times, But it was quite clear that it was a heavy lift to find a car given inventories currently carried. (I checked all other car rental services and there was not a car to be found for rental.) More importantly the manager was wonderful... Really pleased with my experience. I had never heard of this rental car agency but relied on the Yelpers and I'm In glad I did. It's a different process from other rental places. You book it online or through their app and then after taking the shuttle from the airport you scan the sticker on the windshield and it opens the car and your keys are inside the car...really cool. My flight to Phoenix was delayed by 4 hours (thanks United) and I didn't land until 15 minutes before they closed. I had texted Silvercar and the guy stuck around and met me at the airport. Talk about service. All of their cars are silver Audi A4s which is a fun little car. Anyway, I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. read more

The best rental car experience, period. Everything was so seamless and smooth, from the time I arrived at the rental car facility where I was picked up, to being dropped back off at the terminal at the end of the rental period. I was literally in and out (after arriving at Silvercar) in less than 5 mins. No long winded stories about how something might happen and I should purchase insurance and this and that.. blah blah blah. It was simply scan the QR code on the windshield of the Audi A4, check the 3 boxes indicating: decline insurance coverage, no physical damage to the car, and agree to terms and conditions. And you're off. Easy as that. The app was so easy to navigate and use; it also had very clear instructions on what to do when arriving at the airport. The car was an absolute joy to drive around. It made for the perfect vehicle to take on a roadtrip up to Sedona - very comfortable and plenty of power. The navigation was also very useful (although there is a slight learning curve). I've rented many, many cars in my time, and this is probably the only time where I came out happier at the end of my rental than before. The employees were friendly and helpful, and I really liked how everything is handled. Not recommended for business & personal users as their app only permits one credit card. I've owned several Audi's for the last 10 years so it's nice to be able to rent a familiar car. Initially it seemed that the fleet was better equipped, but the 2017 I rented recently seemed very basic - almost as if they had mislabel a VW. I love Silvercar. It is so much faster, easier, cleaner, and generally better than an average car rental. And the cars? So fun to drive. Edwin picked me up from the rental car area and was a pure delight. Eric was so wonderful checking us back in - even loading our bags into the Uber! It's a tiny bit more expensive than a regular car rental but it makes up for it in spades with convenience and customer service. Love the concept and rent from them all the time but this location is awful. Today when I returned my car, I did so at the same time as 2 other returns. This caused major delays that led me to stand around for 20 minutes waiting for my Lyft. The only person helping was a young lady who prior to me getting there was washing a car. Inside the office were two other employees who despite several returns coming in at the same time, never got up out of their chairs or left their office. They were not working, they were just sitting there talking to each other. This place needs better management. As much as I love the idea and love driving the Audi's, the poor service is pushing me back to the traditional rental cars. read more

First time we tried this Company - WOW what a surprise. Downloaded ad the AP, made a reservation and then our flight was delayed - we texted the agent and he brought our car to the parking garage at the airport. The AP opened the door when we arrived at 2am and he even had water waiting for us. New beautiful car and super easy to drop it off on the way back. I stumbled across silvercar when I was looking for rental for the pro bowl. All the other rental car companies were charging outlandish prices for an economy car. I saw that silvercar were renting Audi A4 for an almost unbelievable price. So took a chance and reserved a car not expecting much at $59 a day for such a premium car. But oh my was I in for a suprise. OUTSTANDING service. I didn't have to fill out any paperwork. Everything was done through their app. When we made it to the rental center Eric was waiting on us.
