We worked with Felicia, who is absolutely wonderful! She explained all the different units we asked for pricing on (3)... which she provided and gave us all the details on specials as well. We went and looked at the different units and she was just great to converse with. We actually had a lot of fun with her just picking out a unit. Sign up was quick, she provided all the details and information up front, nothing hidden. We really appreciated Felicia and her help.

I came to this property to rent a U-Haul. When I walked into the office I was greeted by 2 of the…read morenicest people. A husband and wife couple named Jamie and Joe. They both had a smile on their faces and looked genuinely happy to be there. The parking lot was clean and beautiful landscaping surrounded the property. The office was clean looked organized. We were discussing my move and I had mentioned that I was in transition between homes and at that time Jamie offered storage services and talked about the specials they were offering at the time. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to afford extra bills but said I would consider it for the future. Jamie offered to show me the property and I honestly was surprised at how clean it is and how nice it smelled. I expected to walk in and it smell musty dusty but it didn't. She showed me the gates and a few different unit sizes. She warned me when the door opened an alarm would go off so I wasn't startled. I love that feature and how it works. Joe was genuinely one of the sweetest guys I've met when it comes to Uhaul. He takes pride in the trucks and mine was very clean, they looked organized and parked where it was easy for me to pull the truck out without the fear or hitting someone because I have to back out blindly. If I ever need storage, I will absolutely go back to this property. If I ever need a U-Haul again, I will go back to this property. This whole experience was wonderful. Thank you both for your kindness in the midst of my moving stress.​

When I was shopping locations I put in an inquiry about a 10x10 unit, however we decided to go with the Berg location instead of this one. The next day after placing the reservation online, I recieved a call from this location as a follow up to the online form I filled out. I informed him that we had decided to go with another location and that they could cancel my request on a unit. The gentleman understood and said he would do so. One month later, after I have moved into my unit on Berg, we see double billing come through for a second unit. We thought it might have been a one time mistake, but it happened several more times. A few months ago, I called this office to ask why I was being charged for a unit that I canceled a reservation for, at a location I had never set foot on, and never picked up keys or anything. The employee explained that there was nothing he could do and that I was welcome to call back when his manager was present. This is just another junk business in Las Vegas weaponizing incompetence and playing dumb to pirate my bank account. I hope they know good lawyers.
