I went to the register to start my return. The cashier that was there was not able to do the return so she got another employee to do it. This lady was the most unfriendly, and rudest person ever. She barely wanted to speak and she acted like I was bothering her because I did a return. If you don't like people then don't work in customer service. That experience still won't deter me from returning to that store. I have encountered some really nice employees there. This is my 1st time having an experience like this at this store. There was no indication it was $1.75 on the shelf either. The clerk and the manager would not change honor the package price. If this happened at Walmart, they would honor the stated price. The $0.50 added charge is not much, but it's a 40% increase from the package price. Dollar Tree increased everything 25% to $1.25 and the tariffs ended. So I don't understand why they keep increasing their prices.

Staff are always nice but there has never been more than 2 registers open at a time and most of the time it's just one. They have a huge selection of books....all kinds including children's books. I buy for my kids here all the time. It's just hard to find if you are looking for something specific. They keep up with items from the current season which is nice. Some prices are better than other stores bur some are not. If you sign up to be a member you get emails about current items, discounts on your order and invitations to special events. You don't want to see pictures....it's not pretty but is worth the trip if you have time to look around.

I was looking for something particular, that I couldn't find. But I still think they're worth a visit if you're a regular thrift or I would definitely head that way. They did have several unusual items, so even with the small inventory, sometimes a thrift store can have some very unusual and unique items that are hard to find elsewhere. If you are a collector of Crystal, you hit the jackpot. I used my Zophi app to analyze some items, and I was looking at an eight dollar Crystal vase that was worth $120. Now this one had a chip in it, which was why it was only eight dollars still this store is a gold mine of treasures if you have an app that you can scan and have analyze the worth of these items. I have seen many collectors items in that store and that store is loaded with excitingly high-end donations This store is unique in that they actually have attended fitting rooms, where you're handed a buzzer when a fitting room opens and you can have your turn. That's how popular this thrift shop is. They have an amazing selection of clothing where you can find some designer labels, hats, bags, antiques, vinyl records, lots and lots of beautiful framed pictures for extremely good prices, they even have bridal wear. Their jewelry counter is so much fun where you can find vintage earrings for two or three dollars up to five dollars, gorgeous statement, necklaces, bracelets, and rings, it's hard to walk away from that jewelry counter with nothing. Behind the jewelry counter is a gated section where you're really high-end items are located. You do have to have permission to go through the gate, but it's worth it to see some of the absolute die for items. They have checkout counters with efficient volunteers, who are friendly, and they have bagging or boxes whatever you need. You can join and earn points for your purchases. Plenty of parking, very easy to get to location, and bonus they're right next to the Restore where you can check in for some super nice furniture at great prices and some other items if you're looking for furniture. But let's stick to Dorcas, don't miss it. They must have thousands of books, hard back two dollars, paperback one dollar, with a few exceptions. Another reason you can stay in there for hours. Tons of stuff for kids, young and old A crafting corner. And again the prices are very very reasonable and you don't have to ask because there's a sign on each section that tells you how much whatever in that section Costs. A bit disconcerting, almost like a black Friday experience! Right when you walk in you see shoes and then a discounted clothing rack. There are so many racks of clothing! They also had a nice selection of books, artwork, and housewares. All of the employees (volunteers?) were very nice and welcoming and helpful. Truly one of the friendliest thrift stores I have been to. The only things I didn't like were how busy it was but it is awesome so I guess it's only fair that so many people love it. The other thing is that some items were ridiculously priced...I didn't see an overwhelming amount of this but enough that I thought to mention. Overall a fun place to shop!

There are also a few identical clothes, but the reception lady only accepts one of the same suspenders, and another skirt is brand new. The brand has not been torn off and put it at the bottom. But the lady at the front desk didn't even look at them carefully, so she randomly chose two pieces and gave me a dollars. And they told me you can take all of them back with you or leave it. The way talk (reaction and attitude ) are such rude.

I am glad I did, as Cat Angels Thrift Store is the perfect local thrift spot. I am forever looking for lowkey, under the radar-type thrift shops, and this one fits the bill. The space is quite small and well-organized. There are racks of clothing along the walls and a shoe cubby. I really appreciate how neat everything was, and how the clothing was reliably sorted by size. It made the browsing experience really enjoyable. There were lots of unique pieces and good materials. I ended up snagging a pair of Sam Edelman boots for under $20, and they were in great condition. There is a stamp card available as well! You get a stamp for each shopping trip over $20. Once you fill the card, you get $$ off your next purchase (I forget the amount off the top of my head). I am glad that money goes towards a no-kill cat shelter, and will definitely shop/donate here going forward.
