I walked in here on sunday aroung 6 pm. There were lots of customers and only had 2 cashiers. I was in line with the cashier Lupe. She talked more then she actually took care of customers. Its a dollar store you wanna shop and get out not be in line for litelly 12 minutes listening to a girl talk about her favorite movie. Customers inline like myself were getting annoyed by all her yaping away. Grret your customer and thats it we're not in here for a personal conversation. I've been to a lot of dollar trees and this is the best one it's very organized manager is so nice he is always helping out he works through the store he doesn't just sit on his death sometimes yes you have to wait in line a little bit but once he sees that he brings people up he even goes up his selfie he is a good manager the store is very organized and everybody there is nice I go there often so it's not like I walk in once they see it's good no I go there all the time I see it's good people walk in one time they have a complaint maybe you should go more often and be more positive read more

Jeff the manager is so funny every time i come in he always brings a laugh on my face he is very friendly, also my cashier catherynne was very nice and attended to my every need, she was also careful with packing my stuff. Terrible management!! Ricky has no tact in dealing with customers. I was exchanging merchandise with a RECEIPT & he made a big deal because the merchandise I was returning was marked down and the process took longer than usual and he had a line. My receipt was recent too. Anyhow, Ricky needs some serious lessons in customer service training, can't believe he's the manager! read more

Store location is generally always clean with kind staff and management. I prefer this location over other local Dollar trees.

I will not be shopping at Dollar Tree any time soon! It seems they are over worked and under staff, that they put making money first and customer service last! My daughter went in there to purchase valentine stuff on the 8th of Feb 2014, she lost a valuable and sentimental ring,which was given to her by a good friend as a friendship ring. She noticed it missing and quickly remembered where it may have fallen off . We went to the Dollar Tree in Chino Ca on Central Ave. spoke with the Manager Rick and he stated he found it and put it under the counter? He looked and said it was not there? I asked why he did not put it in a safe or away knowing a customer lost it, he replied "We were to busy to do that"? To Busy, to put something that sentimental away,that has no dollar figure on it but more of a sentimental value? He said he would see who closed and get back to us. I returned a there on the 11th of Feb 2014 and asked if he may have found what happened to it. He stated NO the store is to busy to stop what they are doing to check and from what he can tell it is gone? What??? He said check back after Valentines and he will look at the camera and see what happened. So I called after Valentines on the 18th of Feb 2014, and he said " as far as he could see on the video it is gone" I was upset and said "i do not believe he used the proper protocol" he said sorry you feel that way. I let him know I want something more to be done or i will see what options I can take? Once I stated that he said he can have a tec out to view the video? Today I got a call the 24th and he said they saw a guy take it? Really that is it? I am so unhappy , I can not see how a customer can reach over the counter and get a ring and nobody sees him? Further more where is the concern for the person who had lost it? My OPINION : DOLLAR TREE IS NOT WORTHY, THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT YOU MAY LOSE THERE , IT SEEMS NOT TO BE THIER CONCERN! I've always like dollar tree stores for artsy projects and what not, can't beat the prices. Only reason why I'm giving this particular one 2 stars is BC of its employees. We asked yesterday 2 employees for sun block and they kept saying they ran out. They were too busy talking to each other and gossiping, luckily when we got to the cashier Sax Xie asked if we found everything we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction to the sun block which was right at the entrance (instead of being with their seasonal/merchandize or health and beauty) we bought all they had for sun block and she was helpful enough to suggest going online to order more and free delivery to the store. read more

I always come to this dollar tree because I live in the area and I think it's more organized than others I been to. Unfortunately lately that I've been coming here my customer experience has changed. To start off the cashier Cat with a heart and smiley on her tag is very rude and seems entitled to talk to customers as if she had a higher position when in reality she's just a cashier. And she would also make comments that she didn't know how to do certain things on the register continuously calling to another cashier named cj. She rolled her eyes because there was something that she couldn't do and needed to call the manager. Once Jeffrey the current manager came he was also rude and overall I was disappointed in both of their customer service and how they both handled my situation. This hasn't been the first time I seen Cat act this way I even avoid going into her like because frankly I don't like the way she talks to customers and she lacks customer service. The same thing with the manager I seen him yell at his cashiers and/or roll his eyes as well. I am a regular customer here but most likely won't be coming here anymore. read more

This store is bigger than your average dollar tree. There is alot of space in the aisles & everything is spread out in multiple aisles instead of crammed into one aisle like other stores. I found everything I needed & more at this store! I wish I lived closer because this would definitely be my go-to Dollar Tree store! read more

This has got to be the biggest Dollar Tree ever. Double the sizes of the ones around Hayward and Dublin, ca. As far as dollar stores goes this is a 5 star. It was very clean, well lit, lots or stocked shelves, and organzed and friendly casheirs. read more

Most dollar trees are the same but the lady working here shined! Went there last night around 7:30pm for a last minute errand, which I didn't find so I bought jelly beans for my som & nephew. Went to check out, there must have been a line of 5 ppl ahead of me and the young lady that happened to be on the only register open near the door, managed to greet every single person that walked in, kept her cool while checking everyone out (the line was not getting smaller) and kept a Smile on the entire time. I didn't catch her name but what a great attitude! Even with the grumpy customers! As for the dollar tree you really need to hire more staff or have the manager be aware of the surroundings to help staff when busy. Still love this place for little things. read more

It's a bigger dollar tree. They have had some stuff I couldn't find at others, BUT they still don't have what I've been looking for. I watch hauls on YouTube and most people have these certain items that I want, but they don't carry them at this store. At least not yet. I've been shopping around local dollar trees and have checked out about 5 and this one is the only one to have a few things I was on the hunt for. I just visited this week and last, this week things were very clean and VERY organized, so thank you to the management and workers for doing that, it's very pleasing to the eye. Yes not everything is perfect, but what do you expect, it's usually the shoppers making a mess not the employees. So far I've had no long wait or bad customer service here, but I've been coming a bit late. I will be making the trip to this location until I can find a better one that has items I'm still looking for. read more

I absolutely love this Dollar Tree! I was looking for some baby shower stuff for a co worker's baby shower. They had everything. Everything is really neat and organized. I had a cashier by the name of Ryan and another person that helped me by the name of Jojo. They were super friendly and nice. This is my favorite place to grab something artsy that I need. read more

Worst experience. The manger STEPHEN really disrespected me. I was paying and realized i did not have my card but i thought ok, thankfully i had $100 my husband gave me for groceries. As i gave him the money he started analyzing it and said he could not accept my money because it "just didn't feel right" he quickly moved all the stuff I was going to purchase away from me as if i was going to steal it. I said why don't you check the money towards the light and check for the face on the bill, he said "you can still make fake money and add the face on there." The fact that they don't have a marker to check currency really blows my mind. I had my 5 year old son. I took him to get toys so he can play with since we don't go out much these days, he was excited it was his first time out and this happened. The fact that he thought i was trying to pay with fake money while I had my son really pissed me off. We work hard for our money to not be able to pay with it. Never going back to this dollar tree. I like Dollar Tree; just not THIS location. The cashier was rude. I was in line with 4 items and no one behind me. The cashier was ringing up the person in front of me. Came my turn she smiles at me and said, "She can help you on number 6". How rude is that!! She can't even ring me up first before leaving for break I guess.....and the other person was at lane 4 not 6. She's so stupid. From this bad experience I will never go back to this location. this is the BIGGEST dollar tree i have been to...grab a cart cuz u'll need it!! It's the size of a small supermarket with of course a great selection...they sell a variety of products and some known brands along with lesser known brands....def worth checking out for those that love to bargain hunt read more

If I could give this store a 0 or a negative I would. I went there twice to try to find these dollar pillow pets that they were selling in the morning they ran out and told me they would be putting more in the afternoon. When I showed up in the afternoon they didn't have anymore but I saw an employee purchasing 30-50 pillow pets I asked the cashier why she was allowed to do that she said that because she was a Manager. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and he was very very rude and said that they had no policy on how many an employee can save or purchase I think items especially something like that should be made available to customers before any employee no matter what status they hold at the store I will not be shopping at that Dollar Tree anymore read more

Worst experience at a Dollar tree! Restrooms are disgusting, no one cleans them, poop everywhere, no toilet paper, spider in the corner! Then when I get up to the register... Worst customer service... she opened up a new lane, the customers in front of me didn't want to go so I went... I'm unloading and the rep behind the register called the next people in line... I told her they did not want to come the customers told the cashier they didn't want to come over... so she called them over 1 more time and I'm ready to go so we literally had to wait for them to go across the store so she can help them...when I'm right in front of the cashier Maritza ready to go... You don't answer the phone when someone's knocking at your door.... you help the person right in front of you.... Then she started back talking for no reason I'm not disrespecting her.... I ask for the manager and he's even worse help... He doesn't apologize or say anything he just stands there and helps her figure out the register...... First of all, the cashier maritza, should not be on the register if she doesn't know how to use it.... secondly, she has no customer service... so get her out of there... let her continue stocking the shelves as she was... I asked for the corporate # because the manager was no help and the cashier Maritza is still running her mouth.... so annoying and Horrible customer service... do not go here... run down & dirty look... bad service all around. read more
