Store was pretty unorganized with the shelves in disarray. I imagine it's attributed to being understaffed like most establishments. The ones who were there were friendly enough. I went to the Squire Road Dollar Tree last night, with my friends, and almost all the shelves were empty, there weren't many products on Dollar Tree shelves, and the selection of items was limited, I found out from a customer, that a cashier that Dollar Tree is raising their prices, I had only $5.00, so I had to put a few items back, I only bought two items, Dollar Tree should start renaming all their stores Dollar Tree Plus and Dollar Tree didn't bother going on social media or contacting the news to let customers know that Dollar Tree is raising their prices, for now on I have to work harder to budget my money, then I am going to shop somewhere else when I need items, the reason why I like going to Dollar Tree because all Dollar Tree stores had reasonable prices only a $1.00 for items then all items were a $1.25 and now Dollar Tree is raising their prices to $5.00 or more for items and I don't think it's right that Dollar Tree keeps their customers in the dark by not telling anyone there going to be changes to the prices. read more

I've been in a few Dollar Tree locations to pick up cleaning supplies and plastic baggies etc. It is usually the standard in and out with a few cheapo items. Not really sure what happened on this trip, but the shelves were almost empty. Did I arrive after the elderly transport bus?? I left without sandwich baggies, without gallon zip locks, no deodorant, no dishwashing soap. I did however purchase a card and a couple dish rags so at least it wasn't a wasted trip. I would still advise everyone to purchase their cleaning products, tin foils, baggies etc. here as they are all only $1.00 all day every day. I give them 2 Stars and will update it to 3 maybe 4 if I can purchase the products I go for next time. read more

It's definitely not the most organized store I've seen. It has a huge potential because it's so big. But there was nothing on the shelves for a week straight. I don't bother going to the food section because of the amount of half eaten food items that sit on the shelves. I get it... people do that everywhere. But something about moldy coffee on a shelf makes me cringe. There was a ton of staff standing in the front laughing. I walked around for an hour or so and this continued. I don't care if you have fun at work. In fact, I recommend it. But when you don't have carts in the store, empty boxes are everywhere, and there's eaten food (old and new) on the shelves, I question the managers managerial skills. I asked about the status of a certain cleaning product and was stared at. I probably won't come back to this location. read more

Like this $$ tree alot, they often have tons of good finds... Dont love that I have to fight with all the old Revere ladies that are willing to cut me with a razor they carry over it.... Went here for balloons for my sons bday & they were all blown up & ready for me when I got there... You can stock your whole house with cleaning supplies from here for under $20... Cant get myself to try the food from here, but other people have & they say its good... Id rather pass... Other than that a constant on my errand list... so i went in last sunday before it was open the shelves were empty. the manager and just gossiping. they looked sloppy so didn't the store, it was a hot mess. they moved all items to different locations in the store and then you asked where they were was advised go look around, you need boss under cover to dollar tree on squire road. these employees are inappropriate they were swearing along with the manager. i've called 5 days straight to see if they stocked empty shelf what i need. never a answer left message no call back is this a store or a playground. manager is rude along with staff. they got training all right from a rude manager like your bothering her. they looked like they rolled out of a dumpster. i am disabled and need to book a lyft which is costly but no answer on phone to see if product is in or stocked. you need to send someone there to watch there interaction and how no products on floor yet. read more

Arguably the best dollar tree in this area! Shelves are stocked, organized, and clean. The store is huge, so they had ALMOST everything I was looking for. I asked an employee for help finding organizers and she was knowledgeable and friendly. This store must have had a makeover recently because the other reviews seem to be inaccurate. read more

This afternoon we stopped in at this Dollar Tree to grab a trash barrel as well as some Valentine's Day decorations. When we walked into the store it was a bit intense because of the amount of items, but it was overall well organized for being a Dollar Tree. The biggest issue we had here was the fact that the staff was a bit underwhelming but we weren't expecting an all star crew. Overall, not a terrible store but be prepared to duke it out in the aisles since they are a bit tight and packed. read more

They don't enforce the mask policy. It's sickening how many people are in the store coughing and not wearing mask and instead of telling them to leave. They say well they don't listen so they instead allow them to continue to shop. If you want to leave with covid come here. People are coughing all over the glass cups. read more

This is my favorite dollar tree. It has so much stuff but the last time I went I couldn't speak to the cashier because she spoke no English at all. I've been to a number of different Dollar Trees and they all have different sizes and layouts.. and cleanliness. This place is kind of hidden in the rear off of squire road and from the outside it looks pretty big. Once inside, I noticed how unclean it was. The place was a mess and kind of dark. So this may sound odd, but sometimes I find myself grocery shopping at this Dollar Tree. There are definitely some great buys to be had, like those frozen Bertolli dinners in the bag, Jamaican Beef patties, Pepperridge Farm stuffing mix. Those are only some of the items I fancy and there is a whole freezer/refridgerator section in the back of the store. Since everything is a dollar you can stock your freezer and your pantry. This is by far my favorite location because it has more of a 5 &10 store feeling than a crappy dollar store and it always seems clean and organized. While it may be out of the way it is always fun to make a trip out here to stop at the Revere Flea Market and the Dollar Tree. Lots of great seasonal items to for decorating, huge stationary and school supply section too. Plus the employees have always been extremely friendly at the check out with polite conversation. read more

The most dirty disgusting store I have been in...the employees look just as dirty and disgusting as the store..I remember a few years ago it was raining in the store while there were buckets to catch the falling water that was coming thru the ceiling ..My first thought was wow the electricity is on the water is running through the ceiling coming down in buckets and this store is open today..Very poorly run store..One certain employee has a very loud mouth who is rude to people..very loud and demeaning..But I guess the saying you get what you pay for is true. This dollar stor location is across the street from where I work. Every once in a while I will need light bulbs or laundry detergent and will say to myself why don't I save a dollar or two and pick it up at the dollar store. Bad idea. I always come out of the store with 20 dollars of ultra low end food items and numerous useless items that I pick up because hey they're only a dollar. I really like Dollar Tree. I have been to 4 different ones and I find this location to be my favorite. Lucky me because it is the one closest to my house :-). I like that everything there is a dollar or sometimes even less. I hate being in a dollar store and so many things are $5 or even $10. They have a large food section which is good for spices, frozen foods, and snacks. I also love buying my cosmetics and hair supplies here. Like the store , biggest in the area . BUT TODAY .. The cashier made me hate the store . Embarrassed me infront of customers and discouraged me from couponing . The cashier Flora was very rude , nasty , and disrespectful. I had boughten two things to the counter and I had coupons for both . Off the bat , she was already tossing the things around and gave me an attitude. The first one was $2/2 Right Guard product but she said that they don't use more than a $1 value .. And I said okay . So my second item was Playtex tampons . The coupons states that I can buy " 1 playtex gentle glide OR playtex sport 14 count or more " and she wa aruguing with me that I had to buy more than a 14 count and then another cashier came and ganged up on me .. I had the option of buying EITHER OR. But I got upset and left . Called cooperate , waiting for a call back and TRYING to call the store but " it's busy " read more

I liked this location very much because it was well organized and stocked but when I got to the register I had the worst time in retail history. I knew the coupon policy because I had been several Dollar Trees at different locations, but cashier Joanne (as it says on the receipt) gave me a time that I will never forget. She said I was only able to use 2 coupons and that it can't reach over a total of $2.00 off the transaction. It wasn't about the coupons that upset me, it was that after I left she talked about me to the customer behind me. Saying "It's only a dollar, why's she being a cheapskate". Honestly I would think a dollar would mean something to her since she works at a Dollar store and it should mean a lot to the customers shopping there. She had a very snobby attitude and I honestly won't be coming back here for a long while. I wish I gave her a piece of my mind, but I had my son with me and didn't want to create a scene. read more
