I greeted her politely and said "Hi, how are you?" but was met with a blunt "Bag?" instead, and when I said "Have a nice day" at the end of the transaction, there was no response and also while she was scanning items she just kept looking up at me - it was the most awkward thing... like she was mad at my existence idk I understand everyone can have rough days, and I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble..... However, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially because multiple customers were being polite and friendly toward her.... and she was just "Bag?" "Bag?" to everyone. Another customer and I even commented on the interaction afterward because it stood out to both of us in the parking lot that she was rude. I just wanted to share the feedback because basic friendliness and acknowledgment toward customers go a long way, even on stressful days.
