This is apparently a really good groomer, but it seems they are already at capacity with clients…read moreand do not need any new customers. At least that is how I interpret their failure to respond to any of my inquiries. If they are no longer booking clients or responding to their website inquiries, then they should simply put a notice on their website saying, "No longer accepting new clients, for now. Thank you for your interest."

The best dog groomer in town! This mobile groomer will come to you to save you the hassle of a trip…read moreand the grooming session is worth every penny. My 6 month old yorkipoo got his first grooming with Diane. Diane was attentive, calm, very good with my puppy and did an excellent job. Also, I appreciate her asking me what style of cut I wanted. I asked for a trim so his hair doesn't look like he got buzz cut. She seems to be very good with dogs. My pup left happy & even cuter then when he arrived. He received so many compliments so I'll definitely bring him back for another grooming. Little Bear Grooming will be my puppy's main go-to groomer. Can't wait to bring him back for another cut! Workstation/Facility: Clean, spacious, sturdy table & tub Products: pet friendly products and all the proper tools for trimming nails, cleaning ears, teeth cleaning Customer Service & Groomer: attentive, friendly, and considerate of the owner's and dog's feelings, easy to schedule an appointment, convenient Haircut/Style: cute round face trimming, I like how she trimmed and shaped his leg fur, rounded out his paws, he smelled so good and felt so soft

I'm really heartbroken writing this…read more Daisy, my 14-year-old dog, came in for grooming and was returned looking clean... but clearly not herself. She didn't wag her tail, didn't come to me like she usually does, and was unusually quiet. Something felt off. That night she stayed calm at home, but the next morning, after just five minutes outside, she refused to walk. I noticed her paw was swollen and inflamed. The vet said it looked like trauma or possibly a burn around the nail bed, consistent with grooming-related injury. The salon later sent a photo of Daisy after the grooming, but it doesn't show her paws at all. That felt strange. When I called to share what happened and ask for accountability, the owner was cold, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility or even acknowledge the concern. I'm not here to point fingers, but I do want to share my experience. Daisy is healing now, but this was and still is a painful and stressful experience for both of us. We have a new appointment at the vet.

We have been regular goers to Pawbillion, but after this last time we will not be going anymore…read more To start, the staff are lovely and kind to both us and our dog. However, multiple times now the grooming service has taken 5+ hours. The last time, we dropped our pup off at 12:40PM for a 1:00PM appointment for him not to be done until 6:00PM when Pawbillion closes. Not only did our pup take 5 hours to be groomed, but the result was poor. His head barely looked like it got worked on and his paws look like horse hooves with how they cut in between the paw pads. It is unfortunate because we have liked going and found the staff to be great to both customers and dogs. Seeing 10+ dogs leave the groomer before ours even got worked on means that our dog was sitting in a pen for at least three hours before he was attended to. And yes, we were sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours thinking our pup would be done around the 4PM timeframe (3+ hours, a more common time for a grooming) so we saw exactly how many other dogs got groomed before hours while ours just sat in a pen... If you book a customer for a 1PM appointment, then don't overbook which makes dogs just sit there. Very disappointing.

The gentleman had on a newsboy cap and the woman had reddish hair (forgive me for not having better details, I was so sad. But the sentiment remains the same.) There are businesses you visit, and then there are places that become part of your family's story. All The Best falls firmly into the latter category. Since moving to Ballard, our dog was a regular visitor. He'd shamelessly help himself to treats from the bins, tail wagging with pure delight at his "successful" heist-- the cashiers were always so gracious. And on top of that, the store regularly hosts wonderful community events (like the wading pool they set up during farmers market days.) But it was on our dog's final day that the staff last Wednesday morning truly showed us the greatest kindness. We brought him in one last time, and they let him steal treats to his heart's content. Without being asked, they prepared a goodie bag filled with food and treats he might enjoy, and they gave me forget-me-not seeds. In a moment when I was completely broken, they showed such genuine compassion and understanding. Those treats kept Teddy calm and happy in his last moments, and I will never forget the incredible kindness of their gesture. If you're looking for a pet store where your furry family members will be truly welcomed and cherished, where the staff genuinely cares about your pet's happiness, and where you'll be treated like family, this is your place. Thank you to the team for being such beautiful souls. You've made me a customer for life.

My dog has been dealing with constipation and yellow liquid poop for 4 days for what can pass through. I am considering taking her to the vet today. They really should talk to the vendor they are receiving these from as they are obviously selling pig ears with a lot of fat or grease that is causing constipation.

We weren't bringing him in for a dog event, and seen that they are pro-groomers (which I agree with!) We weren't a huge fan of the grooming, just because we specifically wanted his legs to be stubby and to not cut down too much. We do wish they didn't shave the feet so far up. Usually it's not too high up and the fur from the legs cover it up a little. For us, we make sure to well groom our dog to avoid any shaving and make it easier for the groomer and make sure to grown his fur on his legs and face out especially due to how we like it groomed. The ears weren't what we described as well, but we cut it more ourselves. There were some spots with shorter hair then the rest and some long hairs sticking out which I fixed at home. It wasn't a fit for us, but appreciate the job that was done because Jax does look clean. I do groom at home so I'll fix up his ears. We did say we're open to "creativeness" so that's fair, but we meant it in a different way hahahah! We give our groomers grace because we know how hard it is, but I also love to be honest about it :) He also came home with a bow which is so cute! Price: $103! And the most expensive we did spend for a grooming for him. We still tipped because she did great, just not the style we wanted. Parking was great and easy to get to, and they have many services. I do want to go back to this place maybe one day but we'll have to see :)
