The restaurant is never clean, the tables always appear to have some sort of substance on them and don't even get me started on the bathroom floor. They get three stars because they all get three stars. The only difference between this one and the other locations is the staff. Lucky for them, they are friendly and fast. But they are all friendly and fast. I will say that this location is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN...and that is a variable that is not always the case. I will say that the staff accommodate subtleties in my requests...lots of mayo...lots of peppers...less oil, cut on the bias (cut at a diagonal instead of straight across the sandwich).....which I just said to mess with them. And a couple other dudes got upset because either Jimmie or John was drunk peeing in the dorm showers, which just sucked and so they had to move out and start a sandwich shop because, "Dude, the college thing was just totally bogus". i will say that the culture of this particular location is staffed by young, but highly professionally acting staff who have very little or none of the "Dude factor" and that is a good difference.
