I would have pool people show up and clean it for a month and then just disappear with no warning because they realized what a tremendous amount of work it was to keep it looking good. Since Rick has been taken care of it, it has NEVER looked this good. It's amazing. It's like a different pool. I didn't even realize it could look like this. Rick is knowledgeable and if I didn't know better, I'd think he was a magician . If you want your pool to look like they do on TV or at the resorts, this is the company to go with. Rick is reliable, reasonably priced and has been able to do what, literally, no one else has been able to.

I came across this Puripool Reverse Osmosis pool water recycling process that turns existing pool water to better than what tap water offers. I called all operators offering the Puripool service and PoolSmart had a reasonable price tag and the earliest availability despite being outside their normal service area. Rick was very responsive at the get go during my evaluation phase, up until after I gave him my business and he completed the job. My pool water is now as good as new and I will recycle my pool water again between 3 to 5 years when it's due in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Rick and PoolSmart for this type of service.

Three separate times I had to ask whose pool is this, as I received pictures from a pool not mine. Told the owner and he switched them out for someone who literally just put my pool vacuum in the pool and walked out, like he was done. Lastly if you don't pay regardless of your concerns and lack of service they will send you to collections, and not honor their work!

The pool service by this company for over a year. The pool had not been maintained correctly and I…read morehad equipment issues that they failed to report. A few things that caused me to terminate service with the fact that the pool kept running low on water, other then telling me to fill it they never mentioned the fact that I had multiple leaks from that equipment so as much as I would fill the pool, the following week, it would be low again. It wasn't until I pointed out water near the equipment and asked them where it was coming from that they then mentioned I have a crack in the filter. I also had to ask them why my spa kept draining and again it wasn't until I asked the question three weeks in a row that they said all the valves might be bad. On top of the valves, needing to be replace, I had leaks in the piping as well, which they failed to mention. I had the water tested a day after they had come to clean the pool and the pool was low on chemicals and pH was off. Lastly, I just had my filter replaced by another company and the inside of the filter was extremely dirty to include the bottom of the filter which we paid for them to clean March of this year so a month later the filter shouldn't look like that and the bottom was filed with dirt. Also, if they clean the filter in March, that was another opportunity for them to mention that the filter casing was cracked but again that was not part of their report. I hired somebody to replace my equipment, and I found another pool service who initially had to add quite a bit of chemicals to get everything working the way its supposed to. I would not recommend this company.
