I came across this Puripool Reverse Osmosis pool water recycling process that turns existing pool water to better than what tap water offers. I called all operators offering the Puripool service and PoolSmart had a reasonable price tag and the earliest availability despite being outside their normal service area. Rick was very responsive at the get go during my evaluation phase, up until after I gave him my business and he completed the job. My pool water is now as good as new and I will recycle my pool water again between 3 to 5 years when it's due in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Rick and PoolSmart for this type of service.

The others either overcharged or didn't seem to know what they were doing, he stood out immediately for his professionalism and integrity. Even though we're a bit out of the way and our pool requires more attention than most, he never complained and has consistently gone above and beyond. Our pool has never looked better. We chose him because of his responsiveness & great communication. We are going into our 2nd month with the pool and we are thankful we went with Saddleback. The prior pool guy actually charged more and was using the wrong chemicals to maintain the pool. The prior pool guy actually broke the pool heater because of this and it was only 5 years old. Thank God we did not keep him. We have run into several other hiccups along the way (noticed in the first weeks of moving in) and Craig's team usually comes the same day to assess the issues.

Lastly if you don't pay regardless of your concerns and lack of service they will send you to collections, and not honor their work!

A few things that caused me to terminate service with the fact that the pool kept running low on water, other then telling me to fill it they never mentioned the fact that I had multiple leaks from that equipment so as much as I would fill the pool, the following week, it would be low again. It wasn't until I pointed out water near the equipment and asked them where it was coming from that they then mentioned I have a crack in the filter. I also had to ask them why my spa kept draining and again it wasn't until I asked the question three weeks in a row that they said all the valves might be bad. On top of the valves, needing to be replace, I had leaks in the piping as well, which they failed to mention. I had the water tested a day after they had come to clean the pool and the pool was low on chemicals and pH was off. Lastly, I just had my filter replaced by another company and the inside of the filter was extremely dirty to include the bottom of the filter which we paid for them to clean March of this year so a month later the filter shouldn't look like that and the bottom was filed with dirt. Also, if they clean the filter in March, that was another opportunity for them to mention that the filter casing was cracked but again that was not part of their report. I hired somebody to replace my equipment, and I found another pool service who initially had to add quite a bit of chemicals to get everything working the way its supposed to. I would not recommend this company.

He did his best to troubleshoot over the phone, but once I hit a road block, I just asked him to come out to fix it. He was prompt with scheduling, and got me in the same week. He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. He tried the cheaper fix before going into the big fix and luckily for me, it worked! I was very pleased with his prompt service, professionalism, and extensive knowledge and experience in his field. The cost was still low due to his diligence, and now I have my Jacuzzi back!

A basic sanding and wood filler (used elsewhere on the same project) would have prevented it. When we sent photos, Ricky agreed it wasn't up to his standards and promised to replace the doors after "a busy patch." That was half a year ago. Since then: no responses to calls, texts, or emails. We chose him over a Restoration Hardware or Rejuvenation vanity because we wanted to support a local craftsman who would stand behind their work. That trust was misplaced. He lets me know of any choices that I have if there is a decision to be made. He notices of something is off or needs adjusted. He has been keeping our pool sparkling and we are super happy with his service. He also is very educated on what the treatments are and why they are needed. He's very friendly and polite. I try to keep our dogs inside, but sometimes they get out to greet him and they really like him. He is kind, efficient, and always looking out for us. I'm very happy with their service and think they are very reasonable in price.
