Ive been at this dental for years, after covid i came back and theres a whole other team. I strongly dislike this new team,, its unprofessional. I had gotten xrays for wisdom extractions and they were gonna remove 2,, tell me why they numbed my mouth BEFORE reviewing the xrays and they noticed that those 2 teeth were hitting the nerve so they WERENT ABLE TO REMOVE! Stay away from this place. I was told I needed six root canals, which sounded excessive, so I got a second opinion. The other dentist said I only needed one. I went ahead with that one procedure, but even then, the experience was awful they were rough and unprofessional. It feels like they're just trying to milk your insurance for as much as they can. On top of that, the girls at front desk are rude and completely clueless they don't seem to know what's going on and are no help at all I will never come back. read more

I had an appointment just for a dental cleaning and they made me wait almost 2 hours for nothing !!! I ask a lady if they were going to help me and 10 min after A girl came to do the cleaning, which literally took less than 5 minutes. They convinced me to spend almost $3000 on a new root canal and crown in 2017 so it would look nice and all I've had are problems with the tooth. I will never go back there and I started seeing a new excellent dentist at a different office. Last night the crown finally came off after a year and half and the dentist said that I need to get the tooth pulled, and get an implant which will cost $500-$1900. Lifetime smile should have made the right decision to remove it in the first place and all they did was try and make a sale for their business. I feel like their lack of knowledge cost me too much money and they have no warranty to make up for any of the problems that I've suffered. read more

This place is weird, they told me I needed several root canals...although I just went in for a routine visit and cleaning. I told them I had no pain and did not understand how they could come up with literally 6 root canals then they said that they could "just bill" my "Medi-cal" I do not have medi-cal I have private insurance and I am not sure why I even came to this place. I got a second opinion because I was really worried how I could need SIX root canals and have zero pain. I also noticed that a lot of people were coming out of that place seemed to be having root canals. I go to a private dentist now and I am happy I found her. She told me that I did not need any root canals and that I need to report her for Medi-cal fraud but I seriously do not have time for all that. I was recommended this place by a relative. The dentist was distracted while she was doing my fillings. She was working on my teeth when a tech called her to go see something on tv and she ran out the room. This happen a total of 3 times. Then when her tech came in to help she started talking bad about my teeth in Spanish to the tech. She realized I knew Spanish and started talking to me all sweet. They told me I had multiple cavities and needed a deep teeth cleaning but I got a second opinion at another dentist and they told me I had no cavities. Never again will I settle for half A' job. If I could give them zero stars i would. Typical dentist that does un necessary work for profit. Almost garunteeed you will be told you need a deep cleaning to continue any work that you need. Why is that? Because Dr. Holland doesn't feel she is making enough money off of the insurance you have, so you have to pay out of pocket 500$ for a bogus deep cleaning. She will refuse to do any work that is needed, until you fork over 500$. She wont even do a regular cleaning untill you pay for a deep cleaning. I had a filling that had fallen out, and she refused to fill it until I paid for a deep cleaning. Stating that they couldn't fill it in because my gums were dirty... And because I was desperate to get the hole filled (and they knew it) i paid the 500$ for a deep cleaning. Now for the deep cleaning I made the mistake of believing her and did it. It was done very quickly and poorly. Deep cleaning you can read take a 45-60 minutes per quadrant. Not 45 minutes for the entire mouth. So if you're thinking about coming here I strongly suggest you reconsider. read more

Please Don't go to this dental office. I have a hard time picking the stars for this review cause there was no option for ZERO stars. The regular cleaning for them is just to polish your teeth. None of my teeth got cleaned. All they want was to get me into some sort of "deep cleaning" so they can make more money. I declined it and asked for regular cleaning. Polish was just what I got. Took less than 2 minutes. What kind of service was that? I also had some filling done at this place but it started hurting after 2 months. I had to go to a different doctor to fix it. 6 month later I went to the doctor that fixed my filling for a regular cleaning and they worked 45 minutes on my teeth. I didn't have to pay extra money for it!! This lifetime smile place was TERRIBLE. Don't waste your insurance on this place. They were eating cake and singing happy birthday outside while let me wait for 45 minutes. My numbing drug was all wearing out while waiting. And they were outside laughing. Gees. Visited this office for emergency dental work. Was extremely nervous due to Covid 19 and wasn't sure if businesses were taking the necessary precautions, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff members took necessary precautions and ensured their patients were well taken care of. The space was clean and workers were all very polite. Dentist worked really gently and was very personable. The assistant there (I believe her name was Cynthia) is very polite and welcoming. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Scheduled an appointment for my daughters extractions...specifically noted the extractions since we were referred to them by Dr. Lili Orthodontics. Showed up at 5:00 pm waited for 45 minutes just so they could take x-rays and tell us her extractions were not scheduled and were unable to do the extractions since the staff has to leave by 6:00pm (even though they made the mistake). When asked "if I wished to speak to the scheduling agent" I said "yes". A few minutes later the manager returns and tells me "no one remembers who took your appointment" lol. I understand accidents happen...but if you made the mistake and dont own up to them you should go out of your way to try and accommodate even if that means staying past 6:00pm. read more

When you fired your office manager for failure to properly bill and then I get harassed and receive a bill for my daughters cleaning that was done back in February of this year, not cool!! I have the impression that Dr Holland wants your money only. She did a deep cleaning and told me I had some cavities, needed to replace some old feelings (not properly done before) and remove my wisdom teeth. I was 9 months pregnant when she did the first feeling. After that My tooth I felt that the feeling was really high and deformed my tooth and also (and the worse) was extremely sensitive and even with room temperature water my tooth would badly hurt. I had my baby and went back to her (not mentioning that when I got there they made a mistake with my appointment and the doctor wasn't even there and I was paying a babysitter in this mean time. The front receptionist said they had new ppl and they made a mistake and the only thing she could do was reschedule my appointment. Ok.) When I went back the doctor said that the work she had done on my tooth was perfect and the only option available now would be the root canal. She also prescribed me antibiotics knowing that I was breastfeeding. I then went to 2 more dentists to ask for a second opinion. They both dentist had the same opinion that she should have done a Adjustment and that could possibly help with the pain before doing a straight root canal. The third doctor that I went fixed the "perfect feeling" done Dr Holland did by doing this adjustment for free (the adjustment consist in polish the high feeling making it in the same level as the other teeth) and finished all the other things and mentioned that I don't have to extract my wisdom teeth and the pain and I DO NOT NEED A ROOT CANAL. I am painless now and glad I didn't pay more the 1,000 dollars for a root canal that could be fix by simply polishing. She might be nice but just be careful with her work. read more

I've taken my kids to this dental office for years sadly I realized this after my own research that the work they have done on my children has been a fraud and all to charge my insurance and put some money in their pockets. I've read a few bad reviews on here and I can say I relate. I have experienced pretty much the same thing, reception and techs have been wonderful but the main dentist (owner) has been rude and disrespectful the last few times I was there, she made me feel bad because of the amount of teeth that my son had to get extracted or crowned, none of it was necessary as they were all baby teeth. They performed and extraction on myself and left a piece of tooth behind so I had to come back to get it removed but didn't do a great job after all... I'm very disappointed with my lack of knowledge and the fact that I could've hired a better dentist for my children. Look for a better dentist and save your teeth... read more

I'll start off by saying I HATE THE DENTIST. I had been putting it off long enough, I started looking around at dentist in my network. I stumbled on this office on Yelp. I called them around 2:30 on Tuesday and spoke to Andrea, I was trying to make an appointment for me and my boyfriend for Thursday, right away she was able to squeeze us in and gather all our info. Within like 10 or less we were booked. In about 30 min or so she called to confirm our appt and to let us know our insurance was verified and we were set to come in Thursday at 1:30. Today we walked in around 1:20, had no trouble finding the place. Parking was a bit of a wait but nothing horrible. We walked in and the place is super clean and both girls at the front greeted us right away and took our info. Zuri got us started on our paperwork right away. After finishing that up there was hardly any wait for Xrays and our initial exam. EVERYONE was super friendly and made me feel wayyyyy more calm about being there. Dr. Holland is super helpful and detailed in explaining everything. We went over the work I need done, and then she seen my boyfriend. I kid you not, by like 230 maybe even sooner we were on our way out the door. They scheduled our next appointment, and went over our coverage. I can't say I'm EXCITED to go back, But they definitely made me feel more prepared for this. I came home and gave my mom a card to call them for a consultation, and will be bringing my daughter in also. I'll update at the end of the month after my appointment!!! We came here for my toddler's first dental visit. I found out about this place through a health fair at work where the representative assured me that they have a specialist for children so I set up an appointment. Well the day of the appointment comes and we arrive on time (they only have one or two days a month when the child specialist is actually there). I guess because we arrived on time, we were rewarded with playing in the play room for almost an hour. Right when we were getting ready to leave they informed us that we could go into the exam room so we decided to stick it out. Of course the toddler is getting antsy at this point. Little did we know we'd be in that room for about another 30 minutes before someone would come in to see us. Again we were getting ready to just leave when in comes the dentist and the assistant- both wearing full on medical garb (hat, mask, scrubs, gloves) looking like the government agents getting ready to dissect E.T. They don't come in smiling, showing their faces, trying to establish a rapport with me or my son. They basically freaked both of us out. So of course my son is now nervous and before they say anything to my son, they inform me that they want to sedate and restrain him. I have seven younger siblings and none of us have ever gone to a dentist where we needed to be restrained and sedated just to look in our mouths so we said "no". The now disturbed dentists proceeds to look in my son's mouth for about 20 seconds and informs us that he needs two cavities filled and two root canals. ( I went to another dentist after and was informed he had one cavity which needed to be filled). These guys may be ok for adults, I have no idea. But please do not bring your children here. read more
