It's HARD to find a great dentist!!! Especially for kids. My kids loved this dentist and I will be bringing them back. The x-rays, cleaning, and suggested aftercare was all great! I had 2 crowns side by side. Not fun but Dr Cuong and staff make it as pleasant as possible. Just raise your hand if you need a break. They make the crowns in house, so it takes 2 - 3 hrs for the whole procedure. While they made the crowns I went home. Office staff is great. Lisa is up front with insurance and costs. read more

OMG I absolutely love this place. First time visit and it was such an amazing experience. Let's get into it! I was seen by ANISHA the hygienist and she was very thorough in explaining every step. She gave me tips on flossing amongst other things. While performing the cleaning she told me I would get a subtle massage (it was such an amazing experience) never had I ever had that done! Perfect high Vibrating Soul! Now the person who takes the X-rays for Dr Cuong can use some tips on being more personable and keeping you in the loop of how their techniques work. Dr. Coung was super thorough on explaining the issues on my molars and teeth. I appreciate his kindness, patience and friendliness. He was able to show me pictures on the screen with the detail of the problem areas. I have never had a dentist actually show me on a screen. He explained to me what needed to be done without pushing any additional items as some other dentist do. I am excited to have found this place! He also explained why they no longer use silver fillings. ( I love knowing the Why!!) Based on my experience with Anisha and Dr Coung I recommend this place to anyone looking for great, friendly, clean and local dentistry! I've had past experiences other places that try and tell you that you need work done when you actually don't, but this dentist will try everything to not get work done unless you need it. This is probably the best dentist office that I have been to since moving to CA. It was easy to get an appointment and everything is well run and efficient. I've been there twice and my appointment has always been on time. A majority of their paperwork is electronic, which is nice. The dentist (his name escapes me right now. It's been a long week) is very kind and knowledgeable. There isn't any pressure to do extra procedures (whitening, etc). Would highly recommend. read more

Finally...I found a dentist to REMOVE the dental implant that was somewhat, incorrectly "implanted" back in 2017. The day I had the procedure, when I woke-up in the middle of it. I remember having to ask the Dr. to please stop drilling, it is "too much". As I walked out of the office, the pain was nothing compared to what was to come over the next SIX YEARS! Finally, after 5, 6, 7, or more consultants with different Dr. From different areas of dentistry as well as the medical field, I found Dr. Krivitsky and Madison Kaplan. Turns out I have periodontal disease. It was a shocker since I had been seeing a dental hygienist in this office every. 3-4 months. Or I would see her EVERYTIME I would see Dr. Cardona! Too make sure the teeth were clean for the dr. Visit. Although, most of the staff was always very nice. the office person they call "Liza" on some days and "Lisa" on some days " because Liza is too hard to remember. According to the receptionist, at the time. She is the most unprofessional, overpaid of all. She was making fun of me one time when I was attempting to write a check. See, LIza, would always give me the "chill" pill before she would discuss anything, including payments! One time I got home and realized I had written a check for over $12,000 with no memory at all. The only trace was the four or five checks I had to VOID, because I could hardly write, or spell correctly at this point. Another time, I opened my eyes during a procedure and saw her mimicking me as I was falling asleep and taking nonsense! She thought she was being funny for the dental assistant watching. After that incident, Liza, now going by "Lisa" had the audacity to yell at me for asking her to print out my payment history! Ahhh, and I kept going back. I kept going back because I wanted to be loyal to Dr. Cardona. I believed what she said. I thought she must know better, she is the dentist. They must know what they are doing to and for me...especially the hygienist. I would be completely open and honest about what was happening to my teeth and gums! And now, I have this huge road to recovery ahead. At least 10 MORE months and who knows how much MORE money.... Do your research, please. And do not pay cash upon each visit, they will treat you even worse, especially that Liza, Lisa, manager person. Sorry, Dr. Cardona, this is most painful for me. read more

Dentist Cuong Nguyễun just couldn't get anything right. He torched me and permanently places ill fitting crowns that had to be removed and damaging my tooth which already had a root canal.
