If you ask me , that is way too pricy , I'm from Astoria and usually a full set extensions with gel powder would cost me $52. I normally don't mind paying a certain price for good quality nails, but this salon stated that a full set with gel powder will be $75 and I'm glad I didn't pay for it. As you can see in my picture my top coat already started peeling (same day) . Initially the nail lady applied a top coat and had me dry it in-front of a fan. When I get my nails done all the time they apply a top gel coat and have me cure it under UV. The lady told me if I wanted a top gel coat it will be extra ... she didn't charge me for it at the end but it must have been poor quality top coat because it already started peeling. I only give 2 stars because the staff was nice and the color looks great. Overall they were unsure about their prices and felt like I paid way too much for nails

Also excellent customer service, was even offered a water or tea/coffee. She is not one to leave reviews, but she asked me to do on her behalf because it was so well deserved.

Her and her staff are above and beyond, extremely professional and have a relaxed vibe. After a year of going from black to blonde to blue to brown to blonde again and finally back to a dark brown, my hair has had it rough! I lost a couple inches in the front and inquired about extensions here, Ann suggested SoCap so I came in that very same day. Once she was done installing and Kiki shaping my hair I had a fun long bob! I loved the look so much that I figured I might as well try to do my entire head.... Fast forward two months: I was lucky enough to be gifted a full head of great lengths hair extensions and due to my work schedule it was a bit rough to fit time in to be able to get them installed. The day they arrived I had to be at work at 3 pm, the extensions arrived at the salon at 12:30 so before I got in I prewashed my hair with a cleansing shampoo and no conditioner, hair ready to go- Ann and her GL Technician worked so quickly on my hair and I was out the door in no time with long full Rapunzel like locks! Kiki gave me some great layers in the front and I cant say enough great things about this place. They are reasonably priced, super friendly and all around one of the best salons I have been to in Queens. I like that the salon isn't so daunting like Patricia's...I called them once for an estimate on extensions told them exactly what I wanted and they refused to give me a quote unless I came into the salon. Since then I had been doing my own extensions using clip on, tape and wefted methods. I really cannot say any more great things about this salon. I think they really have a great thing going!

I really liked Carmen's service - I felt she was quite attentive and cut off my cuticles, massaged my hands and did a good job on my nails. It's my fault but I didn't let my nails dry for more than 10 minutes and the color got smudged. Other than that, my nails were filed nice and round and definitely looked professional. Currently on day 2 and nothing has chipped yet. Colours on my nails usually last 2 weeks so we'll see how long this lasts.

I told the lady that I had a CP reservation and she said next time you make a reservation, call first and that she doesn't check her email. I thought it was odd because I didn't have to do it the first time. My pedi was pleasant. The technician was prompt and attentive in getting out all the cuticles and imperfections. Stephanie, who is the owner, explained the different types of services they provide. She even showed me how her own were done. I was surprised she had hair extensions! I opted to do it the way she had hers done. Luckily, I had brought my clip on hair pieces to show them. They were good quality pieces so they used them for my extensions. The process took about 2 hours and the price was reasonable. Hugo (the hairdresser assigned to me) did such a fantastic job. I was a little uncomfortable holding my head down for so long, but it's part of the process, right? They do offer you something to drink while you are sitting there. I did wish I had a straw because it was hard to drink with my head bent forward. Afterward it took Hugo another 20 minutes to style my hair. That ended up costing me additional which I was not expecting as I was told that he was just doing finishing touches. Because of the additional expense, I didn't have enough for tip. It was a bit awkward for me. I really wish I had somewhere to go that night because I looked really great!!!! I will be coming back to see Stephanie and Hugo for hair maintenance. Next time I will be clear about exactly what I'm paying for so I won't feel embarrassed not having enough to give gratuity. Pay in cash. You will save more. Make sure you have something to read and/or your phone is fully charged because you will be sitting there for awhile.
