Luckily, they offered me an end cut. It was the most tender prime rib I've ever tasted--melt-in-your-mouth, soft, full of flavor and absolutely amazing. The clam chowder was just as spectacular. It was rich, creamy, and loaded with large clams and thick bacon instead of being padded out with cheap potato filler. I left full and highly impressed.
