I wanted to grab a tea so I decided to pop in. She introduced me to Barry's Tea. She said if I like strong tea, Barry's is the way to go. As an avid tea drinker, I've never heard of the brand, but I gave it a go. I'll drink it once it cools a bit. I really appreciate the suggestion, and now that I've had a sip...WOW! I like it. It's the little things that make or break businesses, and you can tell this place has been here for some time. I'll be back.

I do have to note the scone was one of the best scones ever. I really struggled to not buy a ton of scones to go (which is a pleasant option) The staff was delightfully friendly-though visiting the area they made us feel like regulars. I would frequent for Sunday breakfast if we were local to the area!

A disgustingly IGNORANT and UNEDUCATED woman, COMPLETELY DEVOID of ANY customer service skills…read moreworks in that place!!! God have mercy!!!!! First, I told her that I was trying to reach them for three days to place an order to pick up at the end of the work week. Not one soul answered the phone. And she was smart enough not to apologize but to tell me that if she's busy, she's just not gonna answer the phone. But for three whole days though???????? But it gets better! I dared to ask her for recommendations and prices on the various items. And as I endured her rotten attitude that was swarming with maggots and decided -- against my better judgment -- to place the order anyway (ONLY because my staff wanted Jamaican food badly), I overheard her belching complaints to her coworker how she had to help me decide on items and pricing!! (Clearly, the peon forgot to put me on hold.‍). But isn't that what a professional does when selling something? Isn't that what a professional does if he/she wants to have repeat customers? For the life of me, I cannot understand why people go into business yet are absolutely clueless about how to conduct business. Needless to say, I hung up the phone. For they were not worthy of one copper penny of the $400.00 that I had to spend. I told her that I was ordering for my staff but her stupidity outweighed her ignorance. For had she been courteous and professional, she could've had continued large orders indefinitely. But unfortunately, common sense isn't common. NEVER again would I purchase there or recommend them to anyone dead or alive!!!
