My order pick-up was 6:45pm. When I came in, I gave them my name and they said it would be ready in 5 - 10 minutes. It's 7:24pm right now and I still don't have my order. Placed our order at 7:30p and was quoted 58 minutes. Over 90 minutes later and still no delivery. UPDATE: Total delivery time was 120 minutes, and 1 of the 4 pizza's was smashed against one side of the box. Not the service we're used to seeing from this location. read more

The absolute WORST pizza place to order from. The last couple of times I have ordered from here they have taken 2 + hours to show up with my delivery, and that's even if they show up. After 100 min or so I try to call the store, only to wait 15-20 min for Mike or Tom to answer. When questioned about the eta of my pizza, they say, "Oh, we have no delivery drivers tonight". Really, do you think you might want to let your customers know that before they wait and see if someone shows up?!? And they NEVER have drivers?! One time Mike said, "There will be 2 pizzas credited to your account next time you order". That never happened. When I called tonight AGAIN the store manager TOM said he could do not do anything for me. Placed my order at 6:33, called the store at 7:56, and Tome picked the phone up 17 minutes later. Note: this review is more for customer service rather than the food itself. We ordered pizza online along with some of their stuffed cheesy bread. Went to pick up, and food was hot and ready. Once we opened the boxes, we discovered our cheesy bread wasn't stuffed at all and was quite doughy/inedible. I called the store (at this point it was close to closing time), and manager apologized and offered to replace the cheesy bread right then and there. Because it was already late and no one in the family felt like going out, he said he would put a credit on our account. And he did just that! Not only for the stuffed cheesy bread, but also for a free pizza for the hassle. Ordered almost two months later, and our account was still notated with his note. Gotta love technology when hampered by humans. The web site says 30-40 minutes. Called the store after an hour and ten minutes. Got the "my driver is out on delivery, you're next". I asked if they did anything for the customer when they miss the delivery window - they said "you're next, we are short staffed". I really wanted to like this location because they are so close to home however that is not the case. A while ago I ordered a pizza and it was delivered incorrectly. They sent me an email with enough points for a free medium pizza. I would have rather had the refund to be honest. Tonight I decided to try them again and redeem the points for the free pizza. Ordering online was easy however they claim 18-20 minutes and it was almost a hour and a half. Pizza was cold and sandwich was done incorrectly. Don't waste your time. Horrific!!!! Been a customer at this location for 15 yrs. Ordered 7 pizza's on 09/13/2020 on occasion of my sons birthday and one of them ended up having a metal screw on it. Yes, you read it right !!!. Reported this to the location manager immediately with a picture. The response I got, 1) trying to contact the owner. 2) Send the picture of the dented pizza without the screw. 3) The screw does not belong to that location'. You could still see the cheese stuck on it. There was absolutely, NO APOLOGY from the manager or from the owner whatsoever. This pizza was about to be consumed by kids over at my place. I was a restaurant owner myself in Atlanta Midtown until recently and I can tell this is the shittiest way to handle a very delicate situation as such in the food business. Domino's Pizza - Screwed up!!!! got a unexpected topping on the pizza from Dominos. - Pizza Near Me - Alpharetta, Georgia

After years of happy experiences with this store, I have been disappointed lately in this store's service. Several recent deliveries have arrived late, cold and stiff. I understand that things happen- so I've just not made a fuss. But today - I placed an online order for carryout. 5 pizzas (at $5.99 each and a big soda). Because of the coupon I used my total was some $35ish, which I prepaid via PayPal. I arrived early to pick up the order and was standing there ready when the order was 'complete'. She handed me 3 pizzas and said to have a nice day. I replied that, "I ordered 5 pizzas. and I've paid for 5 pizzas. Are my other 2 here?" Well - In the end - they messed up one of the pizza orders by making it with the incorrect crust-type and they, had to quickly create the two they simply had omitted originally from my (pail-in-full) order. When things like this happen, I believe the store should make every effort to make it right. My 3 pizzas that were cooked earlier were now sitting in the vehicle 'cooling' while I waited the the last two to be made. Holding my two late, but final, pizzas I asked her how she was going to make this right? Maybe a coupon for free pizzas next time? Maybe a refund? I fully anticipated to be compensated for their mistake. Even though she did apologize, she honestly seemed surprised that I was even asking. She finally did offer to credit me with one free pizza next time. But - the reality is: Dominoes messed up 3/5th of my total order. One pizza was made incorrectly, and two more not made at all until after my arrival. The delay in their cook time made my late to take my son to baseball tryouts. I even suggested that she just go ahead and have the last two pizzas delivered to my home since I needed to go. But that was apparently not an option either. The woman that I interacted with never raised her voice and she used polite language. But - she did NOT 'make my order right' and, even though she had the authority to (I asked), and she had no intention of having Dominoes comp the cost of this incorrect order. Even only having the 3 they made incorrectly comped would've been totally adequate!! I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of Dominoes pizza over the years. With teenage boys in the house, I order it no less than once a week now. My good customer history, the fact that dominoes made the mistake that led to my inaccurate order, and my request for this order to be comped, was plenty of reason to reimburse me. But I was refused. Her reasoning was: I did receive my 5 pizzas in the end. And that she was not obligated to finish my order within the time window promised for the online order and that the credit for the single crust-problem pizza would be all she was going to offer. It's unfortunate for all of us. I will no longer be using dominoes for our pizza orders. Peace, Love and Pizza is more expensive, but their service is significantly better and we will favor them from now on. read more

absolutely awful. ordered online and then went to pick it up, the doors were locked and we were knocking and finally someone showed up. mind you it was way before closing time so there was no reason for the doors to be locked. anyways, we got the pizza and parmesan bites. they were disgusting, pizza had barely any cheese and the crust was incredibly thin. it felt like literal cardboard and the parmesan bread was super oily and had no flavor. seriously disappointed. read more

My complaint is on hygiene. It is as though the employees think the plastic gloves are to protect their hands. I have seen an employee give change and then handle the dough. One employee I watched took a call on his cell phone outside and then came back inside and started handling food. So gross. Someone please train your employees on this. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Pizza wasn't thoroughly cooked. Called to complained to this store and the manager dropped the call on me, not willing to accept there was a problem with the pizza. Drove there to show him the pizza and get a replacement, only for him (and his store persons) spend another 5 minutes handling the pizza (touching all the slices) and trying to convince me it's thoroughly cooked. Why then do you advertise the pizza delivery insurance? Two people took a bite of the same pizza and agreed it was undercooked with little or no tomato paste taste. Taking my business elsewhere. We are in a small are around sandy plains and 92, I understand we are "technically" in a "dead zone" where there is not a dominos store whose delivery area we are in. We are in unincorporated Cobb county, not 50 miles out in the sticks. We are only 5 minutes outside delivery area and still they refused, manager even told me "sorry, you're not in our area, I can't help you. Would you like to place a Cary out order?". Really? I've been in F&B service industry for more than 20 years..... this is crazy! Do you know how many people come into my restaurant and want to order off the menu? I always do my best to accommodate, it's the industry we're in. Luckily the store in Woodstock isn't so foolish, they acknowledged the dead zone but said they'd be happy to serve us! Ordered 2 pizzas online told it would take 57 minutes after 1 hour and 45 minutes called and was told it would be another 2 hours asked how long it would be if I picked up was told an hour. I would recommend not using this location next time I will use third party delivery service and by from a local independent pizza restaurants chains do not seem to cut it any longer read more

They cannot get your order right and when I called after the 2nd mess up the manager said she couldn't give a refund but she could leave a credit for the next visit. Well we called last night and the manager on duty said he couldn't help us because the previous manager didn't leave a not about our credit. The guy didn't come with my order until 40 minutes later. I feel like I shouldn't have paid because one he took way too long for the delivery and he wasn't friendly at all. WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER. In the past, every delivery driver has come to our front door. Since COVID most just knock and leave the pizza on our front porch. For WHATEVER reason, this delivery driver chose to enter my garage and knock on the door and stand there. We have 4 dogs ( 2 mini Australian Shepards (1 is a 13 week 8 lb puppy), a wheaton terrier and a labradoodle). My daughter did not realize it was a pizza delivery because they knocked on the garage door...she thought it was my son's friend. The dogs started barking, and the two mini aussie's slipped past my daughter (the other Aussie is a solid 25lb). The delivery driver told my daughter to FU$K OFF and threw the pizza across the hood of my car and sent the lava cakes to the ground. Then the driver kicked my 8lb puppy. Needless to say this was very upsetting. We did contact the manager who was apologetic (but we could also hear the delivery driver in the background of the call cussing about the dogs). Come on folks...I know that they are many Domino's customers to this particular location, as I found out on Halloween night when they had hundreds of orders that evening. You guys are like Trump voters...you eat Domino's pizza all the time, but you are not going to admit it by writing a Yelp review? Come on. Well I am and I'm a proud Dominohead...going back to my freshman college year at UVA (many years ago) where I discovered the magical ability to call someone on the phone and then they delivered the pizza to you 30 minutes later...awesome! Post UVA I gave up Domino's for a while until I regained my taste for it again (I ate so much of it during college). I've been a customer to this location and they do a great job - the pizza is very good, consistent. And surprisingly they have the best Gluten Free pizza in town (right behind is Alessios GF pizza). We have tried all the GF pizza in Roswell/North Fulton so we know. Other family members like the regular crust - it's all good! Recently this location had a bit of a snafu on Halloween night when they got flooded with orders and were way behind on deliveries. The Manager called me a few days later and offered me 3 free pizzas. They already took $20 off the order on Halloween night. This was a very fair offer and great customer service by the Manager. Very impressed. We are long time customers and will continue to be! read more
