My daughter lives literally an 1/8 of a mile away, my granddaughter likes their pizza. I visit from Pittsburgh often. This past Sat, July 5th my granddaughter wanted pizza, I wasn't in the mood so ordered a steak hoagie, cheese and mushrooms. This is my local Marco's Pizza in Roswell. I've been a customer for years. One nice thing about this location is that they have a small dining room with tables and chairs. As a result, you can eat your pizza at the restaurant if you would like. The pizza is typically good. They put a decent amount of pepperoni, Italian sausage, cheese and sausage on their pizzas. Today I ordered the XL Big Cheese. It's an extra large pizza with many different types of cheese. It's a very flavorful pizza. They offer a survey on their receipt. If you complete their survey, they reward you with a free order of cheesy bread. They also give our frequent purchaser cards. You can earn a free pizza by purchasing 10 pizzas. My only complaint is that this location no longer offers as many deals as they used to. They used to offer a large pizza with three toppings for a great price. They no longer offer this promotion. When I asked someone in the store, they said that their corporate headquarters complained abut them using too many coupons, so they reduce their number of specials. read more

Quoted me 35 minutes and ordered 5 pies for a bunch of kids. 75 minutes later and 5 minutes on hold with the store trying to find out where the driver was...only for them to tell me it was "out for delivery", we received our warm, not hot pizza. I paid a delivery fee and 20% tip for these folks to take over 2x the quoted delivery time. We order pizza from this location on a consistent basis. I ordered a carry out order and went to get it. The lady at the register had a mask on but her nose was exposed. There was another female employee working at prep table where the hot pizzas are cut and placed into boxes. She had no mask on. Another male employee working at the prep area where pizzas were prepared prior to going into the oven had his mask around his neck, not covering his face and mouth. The pizza is usually great. That's not the issue. It's the lack of consideration for the health and safety of their customers that bothers me. I know we are all exhausted. I know we all have different political opinions. Putting the health of customers at risk isn't a political statement. There are other choices for pizza. I will be making one of those going forward. read more

This location hasn't been open for very long. The inside looks new, the bathroom (there seems to be a single unisex bathroom in the building, as I saw the employees using it) was exceedingly clean, the chairs as hard as concrete. The atmosphere seems designed to be a pizza take-out and delivery outlet...the tables and chairs are just there for your convenience (or inconvenience, if your rear-end isn't sufficiently padded). You have to go order at the register at the counter, drinks are self-serve (Pepsi products (blargh!)), and I think that you are supposed to clear/clean off your own table, although we didn't do that...the one trash can was overflowing, so we left everything as it was. The employees were nice, although they likely haven't had much serving experience. I'd detail the salient points about that, but just trust me. If you visit, you'll see what I'm talking about. The pizza comes in two crust varieties, original and thin-n-crispy. Our pizzas had the original, simply because we weren't asked which we'd prefer and the default seems to be original. The sauce is pretty good, the toppings of seemingly good quality and there were plenty of them. There were pieces of snausauge the size of golf balls (almost). This is pretty good pizza, for pizza baked in a conveyor belt oven. The same pizza from a deck oven would be much better. I almost went with three stars, due to the lack of service, full trash can, and uncomfortable chairs. But the employees are friendly and I'm certain that they'll improve. The trash can was probably full because it was close to closing time. The chairs would be improved by throwing a shovel-full of gravel onto the seats, but most folks persevere through such minutiae. I'll stick with four stars on the strength of the pizza...and that four stars is relative to other chain-drive oven pizza. I don't think that I've ever given five stars for any conveyor belt-oven pizza. It's just an inferior method of baking a pizza. Stop by or have one delivered. Judge for yourself. This is the second time I have had problem with that location. First was problem was when I ordered a few pizza's and subs for delivery the food never came, I called and they said they didn't even start to cook it due to short staff. I asked if I they could make it and I would go an pick it up. Long story short too for ever to get food and they did deliver it. Second problem which was yesterday, we found hair in the cheesy bread and when we called the store they didn't care. They have lost my business for good. Not only was I not greeted, but completely ignored at the counter while the three workers carried on with their conversation. I don't even know why I stayed. I ordered a pizza on Tuesday night and received multiple calls from the driver and the "'Manager" letting me know they couldn't find my address. I have been a long term customer of this location and never once had an issue. After receiving multiple calls that they couldn't find my address and the "manager" being very disrespectful, I call back to cancel my order because of the way the manager was treating us due to them not being able to find my house. When asking for the cancellation of my order I asked if there was anything they could send me via email or a receipt that showed it was cancelled. The "manager" said "it's been done lady take my word". I informed him that I was weary of taking his word due to the disrespect on the previous call when he couldn't find my address and would like a emailed or printed document that he could send me. As someone that works in customer service if there was no receipt he could print a simple "I am unable to print or email anything to you but i can leave notes in the system or for the manager tomorrow who is able to process this". Instead of leading with the respect i gave him, he said "it's been done. Have a nice evening." And hung the phone. Since I live in close vicinity I stopped in to see if he was able to give me a printed receipt that showed a refund since there was nothing he could email me. It was prevalent before I even said anything that he knew i was as walking due to his laughter and smirk on his face. He also had how mask below his chin which was how i was able to see his smirk. He said " I didn't hang up on you lady. Oh you know what I actually did. I did hang up on you because the conversation was over" as a woman, I am glad that I had a male with me because of his hostility. I asked him for his managers information and he proceeded to tell me that there was no one above him and there was no need to call corporate since he gave me his word. My father was with me and he proceeded to disrespect my father when he all he asked for was to make sure the refund went through since we never received our pizza. He told my father "what relation does she have to you. She is being insubordinate to me." Not sure if he knew the definition of insubordinate but it was clear he didn't. My father asked for the receipt that would have came on the box of the delivered pizza for reference. He said that he would give us a blank receipt with the word cancelled on there. Again as someone that works in customer service, this is not how you handle the situation. He proceeded to tell us there was no reason for us to stop in and that we were wasting our time and to to call the cops if we had a problem with how he was treating us. After asked for the corporate information multiple times and him refusing to pass it along he then informed me that "he was going to call his sister to come up there and beat my ass" for doing my part as a customer that orders from this place all the time asking for a receipt that shows my order had been cancelled. After being threatened, I called the cops. While we were waiting for the cops, he proceeds to be disrespectful and then started taunting us saying they could've just given the pizza to us for free. He said "i know you are hungry but all you had to do was come up here and do a pickup order. I could've given you the pizza for free" "you want to call the cops on 2 black males knowing that isn't a good look" "she's trippin over 28 dollars" The cops spoke with us both and let me know this was not the first complaint on this establishment. And from reading the reviews I am sure it won't be the last. While i read reviews, it looks like this is a common problem on Tuesday night with the "manager" on duty. Proceed with caution as you might not know how long the pizza might take to get delivered, the condition it might come in, or what he might say to you if you call the store to discuss the service. Before leaving he said my refund would already be showing in my account and it still isn't showing up which again makes me feel like there was no refund that was processed. All in all, a very comfortable, nice place to dine. Ok-- I love the thin and crispy crust and the sausage is REAL Italian sweet sausage. I tried my first Marco's pizza at my job that my management provided during one of the busiest day and I thought it was delicious. The crunch of the pizza crust was perfect and also soft inside. There was more than enough toppings and not too much sauce which is how I like it. I found this location here in Roswell in a sweet location that I can take my little ones to. When you first walk in, they greet you with a welcome. Which is my favorite, I don't know many places that do that. There was a gentleman that was quick to serve us and had very good customer service. They also come around to check on how everything is going. We love their pizzas and also their Philly cheese steak sandwich. We always order a good amount and my kids and I would always finish them all. I definitely recommend it. read more
