I used to visit the location on Shallowford until it closed, so this was my first visit to the Jets Pizza in Roswell on Alpharetta Highway. While I don't eat Jets Pizza frequently, I always enjoy Jet's famous 8 Corner pizza. Their delicious Detroit-Style pizza with 8 crispy, cheesy to the edge corner slices always tastes hot, fresh, and flavorful. I ordered using the app and the pizza was ready when I arrived. The interior is small and perfect for carryout. My only complaint about Jets Pizza, and this would be true of most other pizza places, is that they charge the same amount for the meat toppings as they do the veggies. For example, I ordered sausage and pepperoni, which cost around three dollars each. I also ordered black olives, which cost the same three dollars. there were very few black olives on each square slice of pizza. All I can say is Wow! I ordered through a 3rd party and there were mistakes made. I called the restaurant and the level of service was top notch. They insisted on replacing my entire order (totally unnecessary but super appreciated). Not only that but they delivered to my address even though it was outside of their area. They got here immediately and the delivery guy even refused my tip. He kept saying it was their fault and didn't want it. I insisted bc it wasn't his fault either. So I guess all good things come to an end. I ordered from this location multiple times and the pizza was so good I got two coworkers to start coming here as well but I got an 8 corner from them Friday to share with coworkers after bragging about how delicious this pizza was only to be embarrassed by the dried out and seemingly unfresh meat on the pizza that sent us all to the bathroom! I won't be ordering from here anytime again soon. One coworker said I should've gone to Dominos but I don't eat there due to lack of freshness now it seems Jets is in the same category. read more

We happened upon Jet's while at a volleyball tournament. What a pleasant find. It is quaint pizza place with a welcoming vibe. The gentleman explaining the menu was extremely helpful. We dined in with our boys, and as we were packing up to leave when we had finished, the man working asked if he could send us off with a treat for the road, and gave us a whole pizza cookie to take home! PIZZA HUT WHO??? Listen if you even THINK Pizza hut is good, you'll think twice after having JETS. Ok so I've been eating Jets for two years. And I've been hooked every since. This pizza is the Best pizza ever! Way better than Pizza hut! On top of that it doesn't matter what time of the day i either pick up my pizza or get delivery the customer service is always amazing! I don't know what kind of Happy juice the employees at this location drink but I need some ! I love Jets pizza. They have several items I enjoy. The pizza is one of my favorites when I think of fast delivery or pick up places. If you enjoy spicy food then be sure to try their cajun crust. If you are like me, I order it double cajun crust. This is also an option for online ordering. They have a ranch dressing sauce or ranch dressing for dippping. I love its creaminess, tang, and just the right amount of saltiness. I get extra every single time and save it for dipping my crust or veggies in. They also make a pretty solid Greek salad here. If you get a large one I can eat off it for two days. They also have a few other salad options but I've never had them. The onions are potent! I'm not a huge fan of the thin crust at this location. For some reason it didn't taste like there other crust options. Not in a minor way but really different. Overall this place has a lot of options at a good price. I highly recommend it read more

I hate giving a five star review for something this reasonably priced. Stuck in a 80s plaza next to a gas station and oil change place, you won't expect the top quality pizza they consistently make. We've had the Detroit style and thin crust pizzas. Both were delicious but i do recommend the Detroit style the most. The toppings are fresh and the cheese is real. No one wears a mask or gloves when handling food, despite pandemic. Cooks will take money/payment without washing hands before going back to making food, which is just basic restaurant hygiene. Really wanted to say something and now I wish I had. We ordered on line and picked up our food, came home and found long dark hair baked in the bread. The customer service was super friendly and my overall experience was about as good as the pizza itself. Now for pizza quality: As a former NYer, I'm picky about my pizza. I didn't try their thin crust so if your looking for reviews of that one keep browsing. The Detroit style a great deep dish style pizza. Almost like a Sicilian & square cut which is fun. They have options of crust toppings and you can choose one for free. I got the Turbo Crust and it was bomb. Must-have if you like garlic. The cheese was great quality and the sauce/ dough ratio was perfect even though the dough is thick. The sauce is flavorful although I cant place my tastebuds on what about it besides tangy tomato stood out. Not the best I've had but it is I also not in the dislike category at all- I'd give it a neutral/good rating. I like the quality of their pepperoni- its the larger thin kind that gets crispy- not those dumb, tiny curved ones that end up holding all the grease. The pizza itself is soooooo good!! We ordered the veggie with 1/2 bacon. I ordered it online and picked it up. It was ready when I got there and piping hot! The crust is just so crunchy and delicious. I refuse to order delivery as they have a $6 delivery fee!! Plus, the pizza is pretty expensive. ($2.00 per topping is atrocious!) That's why I took away a star. I won't eat there often because of the prices, but will indulge once in awhile for the deliciousness. read more

Coming from New England I grew up with that thick crust style pizza that is always cooked a little crispy. I never would have tried this place but when we moved into our new house paint 1.5 years ago we got a coupon from hers for a free pizza. Well, one night I was starved and saw the coupon and the rest is pizza history. We always order the large square pizza well done. They've figured out how to make the crust super crispy and delicious even though it's a pan crust. I would say, the pizza sauce could be a little bit more flavorful. This order was supposed to not have bacon. For whatever reason, that did not go through online. I called the store and let them know, as a Muslim, I cannot eat this and asked if they could remake this or refund it. If I had to take the pizza back to prove I did not eat it then I wouldn't have a problem doing that. The manager told me no and that it is my fault the order was wrong and that jets pizza doesn't make enough money to remake or refund anything and that I just need to eat the pizza.
