There was hair in my cheese sticks. It is not that hard you tie up your hair when cooking food , and my pizza came cold.

Always friendly and great wings. Store #1023 is one of my favorite places for wing. The wings are always meaty and cooked to perfection.

Delivery was fine. Our "Meats" pizza had pepperoni and sausage only. No Canadian bacon, bacon, or ground beef. Pepperoni pizza was okay.

I am sooooo bummed about this. I promised our daycare pizza for lunch at noon. I call the daycare at 1 pm and pizza hasn't arrived yet. I called papa John's and they say their systems are down. No phone call, no heads up in advance and no estimate on when it would get delivered. I can't convey how disappointed I am. 20 people were left without lunch because of Papa John's lack of planning and failure to communicate. Will not be ordering ever again. read more

One of the best pizza places in the south definitely coming back here. Don't even have to explain it.

To get it out of the way, the food is good/great, but there are some catches. 3/4 pizzas are most likely not going to be cut into equal pieces with 2 large slices and 6 one biters. The service is good for the fact that I only have to call them once and they wont mess it up or ask anything on the order. The stores tend to be nice no matter what because its simple, and the boxes and stuff the food comes in are usually upbeat and somewhat nice. read more

Please think twice before ordering from here. Last weekend I ordered Pizza online at 7:30 for delivery and the system said it will be delivered in 60 to 70 minutes. I called at 9:15 PM to check since the system was still showing 'preparing' and the manager said it will be at-least 45 more minutes before delivery. With kids hungry at home, I decided to drive there, leaving my dinner at Lapeer restaurant in downtown Alpharetta to go to this location on Rucker road only to be told that the driver has left with the Pizza for delivery. Papa johns is my go to cheap pizza chain out of the main three. I tried the jalapeno popper rolls, the new stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, the cinnamon pull aparts and a papadilla (cheeseburger to be exact). I was surprised by the amount of sauces papa johns also offers. The spicy garlic and cheese are my favorites, but the ranch is also decent. I was surprised by the quality of the papadilla. For the price, I would definitely get as a nice quick lunch. Good all around for a late night feast with some friends. Better pizza out there of course, but hets the job done. read more

Three on-line orders, three delivery inaccuracies. 1/5/2020: driver failed to deliver the 2-liter sierra mist. 3/27/2020: failed to deliver the ordered Parmesan cheese and special seasoning packets. 3/29/2020: delivered pizza-flavored dipping sauce instead of the ordered cheese-flavored dipping sauce, also delivered crushed red pepper packet instead of the ordered special seasoning packet. Too many pizza competitors to chose from to not get what we pay for. read more

File this one under not many places deliver to me, so I am reviewing the chain I order from most often. I will say that this particular location is lightning fast. I have ordered from them countless times, and there have only ever been a couple of minor errors, and we order a lot of pizzas that are half-this-and-half-something-else. On the few occasions they have made any mistake, they've sent me coupons for a free pizza. Also, and I'm bad for taking advantage, they don't make me surrender said coupon, meaning I then used it more than once. (Guilty face.) Personally, I like the Chicken Spinach Alfredo Deluxe, a pizza you can eat half of and still only come in about 1000 calories. I've also had many of their other pizzas, including promotional and seasonal types, and they've always been fair to good. I've been trying to eat healthier lately, so I've been ignoring the tubs of yummy garlic grease that come with every pizza, but of course that's quite yummy. You also can get some great offers ordering online, especially Mon-Wed. Even after using whatever deal they have, they often offer discounted breadsticks while you're doing it, so I do recommend trying that. Overall, I'm sure this is much like all of the other Papa Johns you've ordered from, and they'll meet your expectations every time. I have been to the actual location a few times, since it is handily right next to a grocery store. The location is clean and the employees always courteous and professional, as you'd expect from a location in this neighborhood. They got my order wrong by including onions on my pizza (which I'm allergic to and refer to as "vile weeds") A replacement pizza was offered without an apology, and, in fact, a slight allegation (were they all over the pizza? ) Surprised they didn't ask if I could just wipe off the onions. I know mistakes happen, but the attitude was subpar to say the least. An apology, and offer to negate the charge would be my expectation. Am I out of my mind? read more

Horrible experience- delivery took over 2 hours. Pizzas of course were cold when they finally arrived. No one answered phone at location when we tried to get status of the order. Finally had someone answer phone and all they did was say that reheating directions are on the box. Will not be trying this place again. read more

I have ordered dozens of pizzas from this location over 12 years. I had a coupon to use this time that had no restrictions on it. The manager said sorry this Coupon is for carry out only - which was not stipulated anywhere on the coupon. Avoid this Papa John's at all costs. I ordered a $12 pizza with a buy one get one free opportunity when I got there they charge me five additional dollars. When I asked them why they said the person at the counter made a mistake. I said that it was not my mistake I was offered this price and then charge five more dollars when I got here. He said that was my problem and I had to pay for the mistake if I wanted the pizza. I had driven 3 1/2 Miles to get to the location and ate the five dollars. When I asked for a manager he gave me the number of the store and said you can try to call him but he's never here. I am pretty much a weekly customer at this place, but I am likely going to switch to another brand after my experience this past Friday. My wife ordered an XLarge cheese pizza and 30 chicken poppers for my 3 kids. The bill came out to $46 which seemed high to me. I asked for a receipt and started to drive away, but it wasn't itemized so I went back to the store. I also quickly punched the order into the app and the total came out to $37. I showed this to the manager. He stated it was due to online discounts which again seemed off to me and wasn't even shown in the app. He told me to order online next time. I insisted on an itemized receipt. They charged us $8.50 for barbecue cups (they did give us 10). I am sure we asked for a bunch because my kids love their sauce, but unfortunately they never told us we would be charged what almost amounts to another pizza for the little dipping cups. I also had to pry to figure this out which just doesn't seem right. I asked for reduction in the bill, but was told the price is the price and that is Papa John's policy. Not a good experience at all after years of going there. Very disappointed. read more

Recently placed an order for delivery and hit a call an hour later saying they had the order for pickup and not delivery. Obviously, there issue and stated they would have to make it all over again and it would be 30-45 minutes. My guess, a lie, as why would they have to make it all over again. Papa Johns used to be my favorite. Not anymore after tonight. We ordered ham and pineapple. There was an average of about 2 tiny bits of pineapple, and a couple of tiny slivers of ham per slice. You couldn't even taste it. In fact, you had to really look closely to even see the toppings. It was basically just a glorified cheese pizza. Its too bad, like I said Papa John's used to be really good. It seems like they would rather short change the customer to save a buck than deliver a quality product. This was the worst location i have ever been to! I ordered online for pick up. The wait time was 25-35 minutes. I got there after about 15 minutes. I waited and waited and waited some more! People that came in after me were some how bumped in front of my order and left before my pizza was even put into the oven. After waiting over 55 minutes!!! I took my pizza and drove home. I opened it when i got home only to find that it was a cheese pizza when the label on the box clearly said pepperoni! I have always had to wait longer than normal at this location but tonight was the last straw. I will never go back to this store! To make things even worse i called to tell them. I asked to speak with a manager. A girl picked up the phone, the same voice working the register when i was inside the store. While i was there i heard her tell someone that she only worked there for 3 months. So either she was not the manager or the business is poorly ran. read more
