This is the first time I've dined here since they had closed for remodeling. The concept has changed slightly, because previously you would walk down the line and tell them what you wanted on the pizza as they were making your pie. Now you order at the register and the person making your pie is at the end behind a plexiglass wall. The pizzas are reasonably priced. There are a handful of signature pies, and you can always build your own. The 10" pizza with sauce, cheese and two toppings costs $9.99. The crust tastes a little like freshly baked bread. Yum... The dining area has a number of tables, chairs and booths. There are two TVs on the wall around the corner and on the way towards the restrooms. It would be nice to have the volume turned up when a football game is playing. They do have a rewards program that enables you to earn free pies. There is plenty of parking in the shopping plaza, it can get crowded on the weekend. --Ambience-- High end pizza joint that is minimal and clean. Great vibe of a retro pizza place for on the go customizable pizza --Service/Staff-- The staff was friendly in helping me pick out a pizza and showing me the different choices. --Food/Products-- Grab the 10" inch supreme. No complaints. You can't go wrong with pizza. I'll probably try their sandwiches that is pizza loaded on my next visit. --Capacity-- The corner area for the private event could hold 60 plus people. There was also an outside area ,but it was covered with pollen and I didn't want to sit outside, which could accommodate around 20 plus people --Overall-- Great chain pizza joint that allows you to customize your own personal pizza. I had a very important party I was planning and I was very excited to go get my Your Pie pizza for the party. I got there at 11:05 am and there was not a single staff member in sight!Doors were locked! Chairs were up! No customers! The oven was not even on! I am in complete disbelief of the disorganization of this establishment. I'm not sure if it was a holiday or a special event, but I am extremely disappointed in Your Pie Roswell, Georgia. Customer service is an integral part of whether I choose to go back somewhere or recommend it to others. Unfortunately, it was significantly lacking here and it was my first time visiting a Your Pie. I will not be visiting here nor any other Your Pie location based on my experience. Parking: There is ample free parking in the private lot. It's in a shopping center / strip mall, so there is no shortage of spots. Food: Your Pie is similar to Mod Pizza or Blaze Pizza in the since that it's a build your own pizza. Kind of like a Subway of pizzas. The pizza itself was good, nothing phenomenal but I finished it. I got the 10" personal pizza with white dough. They also have wheat, gluten-free, and one other option I'm forgetting. I put Marina sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, green bell peppers, and onions on my pizza. They also have salad and gelato, but I didn't order either. Drinks: They have a fountain drink machine. I only got a cup of water. Service: Initially when I first walked in, the service started off great. We were greeted by a staff member and that person took my friend's order. A different staff member took my order and I was not impressed at all by the demeanor. If "I want to be anywhere but here" was a person, it'd be this staff member. Upon checkout and sitting down to wait for our pizzas, we noticed other tables had been given numbers for their orders. I went back up to ask about it and was told I didn't really need one but here since I wanted one. Vibe: I feel this spot has so much potential but if this is the service people can expect when coming in, the vibe just goes straight out the window. This place does customizable pizzas, pastas, salads and paninis with tons of great options. They have an outdoor patio for those avoiding eating inside. The staff were all wearing marks and hand sanitizer was available for all. I created my own 10" pizza with wheat dough, pepperoni, bacon, banana peppers, and mushrooms. Sooooo yummy! It's ready in less than 10 minutes. My husband picked one of their special pizzas, the hot honey pepperoni pizza. He loved it with the extra sweetness of honey. They also offer Gelato for dessert and a scoop comes with the kids meal. We tried the butterfinger Gelato and it was good but I wish there was more pieces of butterfinger. read more

What's happening here! The workers just stand around. The windows are dirty! The floors need sweeping! The tables need to be wiped down! The area behind the counter with all the vegetables & toppings looks EMPTY & horrible! Sometimes they wear gloves to make your pizza. If we see this we ask to put gloves on. The soda area is questionable... sometimes the soda is flat. I don't ask anymore to fix because it has happened more than once. Conversations on the other side of counter should be keep quiet, customers don't need to know about payroll issues. read more

Was excited for the reopening of this location on 3/28/25 because my son and I came here all the time. It was our little pizza spot around the corner from our house. We visited for the first time today and yes the inside looks nice but looks like corners were cut in the food area. We always ordered the personal pizza meal so we did the same today. Although I'm a fan of thin crust pizza this was by far the tiniest thinnest pizza I've ever seen. I ordered mine w pepperoni and mushroom- there were exactly 4 pepperoni and 4 mushroom. The pizza had no crust whatsoever. When the young man brought it out to us I couldn't control my expression- clearly I was surprised or unpleased but of course the kid just put the trays down and said enjoy. He's a child so to be realistic not expecting any type of customer service from a teenager. I look back over the menu like clearly I ordered the wrong thing.... But no, this was it. I know food costs are up and restaurants are having to cut corners but this was a bit much especially after a reopening. Also, yelp shows this place as permanently closed but it is very much open.... Just not sure for how long if this is their new normal. Needless to say, this is no longer our little pizza spot around the corner- will switch to Allessio's or Johnny's. read more

Food was great as usual as we go there often. Sarah, one of the managers however, needs to consider career paths. We walked in as a family of 4, at 7:40, when they close at 9 and she mouthed "just leave." We sat down and there were NO napkins on the table, no seasonings, and my son asked for Parmesan and said "that's tomorrow's job. We got our pizzas and they were great, but I went and asked for ranches and they were out. I asked it's only 7:40, how are you out and she slapped her legs and stormed into the back. I said something to the guy working that she was EXTREMELY RUDE. She came out from the back with ranches and I confronted her and told her she needed to do better and if this was her business she wouldn't want her employees treating customers like the way she treated us. She has a terrible attitude and needs to find another non hospitality line of work where she doesn't interact with people whatsoever. Always one of my favorite spots. I especially love this roswell ga location. The staff is friendly and don't get an attitude of you ask for something extra. We used to love this place, would go at least once a week. The past two times, it has been mediocre at best. They put on as little toppings as possible. I had a salad and the lettuce was old and frozen, ask for feta and I got about 5 little pieces of it. And, instead of a bowl, it was served in a to go container. And, they are so so so slow!! We've been eating at this Your Pie for over a decade and generally LOVE the food, but tonight, we were failed-- big time. We ordered a gluten free pizza, a salad, and gelato, and the restaurant set it up to be delivered by Uber. When we received someone else's very gluteny pizza, the restaurant said we could sort it out through Uber, which is impossible, as I didn't use my Uber account-- the restaurant did, because they apparently don't deliver personally. Now we've waited 1.5 hours for a pizza, inedible salad (rotten spinach and no dressing), and gluteny gelato (full of cookie bits, not mentioned on the website) that we can't eat due to a gluten allergy, and there's no way to get reimbursed. The Uber driver even said she double checked with them that it was the correct pizza. I'm out $45 for food we can't eat, and there is no remediation through Your Pie's ordering system or the Uber Direct ordering system. If you eat here, pick it up and check it carefully, or at least order through your Uber Eats or Grubhub account because this is robbery. Beyond disappointed. And very, very hungry. read more

I ordered 2 pies and a side of sticks inside the restaurant to-go, sat down in eye view of the counter and waited...for about 40 mins before I went back up asking why my food was taking so long. They had made it and stuffed it in the heat locker never bothering to call my name. I know it might seem like a good cost-effective strategy to hire high schoolers, but high schoolers are dumb. They need an adult manager present. They get 1 star bc the pizza is decent, but let's be real - I can get a pizza anywhere. And I'll go somewhere else next time with competent staff. read more

Your Pie is located in a super busy shopping plaza but the parking situation is surprisingly manageable being that it's located a few doors down from Marlow's Tavern, Orange Theory, and Pike Nursery. I've been here a bunch of times and the staff is consistently courteous and respectful. They appear to be high school and college aged, so it's great to see that level of customer service in folks so young. They always give my son leftover dough to play with while we wait and it keeps him occupied. My son LOVES this place and he's a super picky eater. This is a great place for families, as they have a flat fee for their individual pizzas where you can pick your crust and add an unlimited number of toppings - and they have something for everyone. Customers have a choice of white, wheat and gluten free crust (small up-charge). I appreciate being able to get wheat crust. It's healthier and still tastes great. I sneak it in for my son and he's none the wiser. On the flip side, they have a great kids meal for $5.99 which allows for unlimited toppings, a drink and gelato. Oh yes, you read that right. My son think it's the biggest treat. As a bonus, they offer beer and wine. Their list is decent enough. I will definitely return. read more

This pizza restaurant is down the street from where I work! I really like this place because you can customize your pizza and can also customize your salad. I would say this place is extremely clean and has some of the best staff there are. I would recommend this place for anyone; families, friends, date night. They have a small selection of beers. There's TVs and lots of tables and booths. I come here for lunch as it is near my job, depending on the mood I'll usually get a single pie with pepperoni, onions, spinach and garlic also I get mine cooked a little longer for an extra crispy bite. If I get a chopped salad I'll usually customize their Greek by taking off the black olives and adding broccoli and croutons, it comes with its banana pepper, onions and feta cheese. I just love how they chop the salads fresh, it makes life so much easier. This place is great if you love topping on your pizza and salad because there is not an up charge per toppings. As you'll see in most my review I talk about the staff and this place by far has a crew! I wish I could remember my favorite persons name but he's this tall guy that is always just sooo nice to everyone. read more

Was in the Roswell area so stopped in really just to compare service with what I have received at the new Woodstock location. There was no comparison. Hands down Roswell location was really on top of everything and the teens working there were much more in tune with customer service vs. just talking to each other. The pasta tasted better I think based on the way they mixed it up. They did not use the 'to go' container to mix, rather used a stainless steel bowl to first mix, then poured into the container. Great job everyone!! I have no problem driving back to this location when wanting to grab a pizza or pasta. read more

This is our third or fourth time to eat here. Such a simple concept with such good food. I had a pair and Gorgonzola pizza the first time. It was great! My wife had the barbecue chicken pizza and raved about it. I tried it on this visit. It was great too. Much higher quality than the prices would indicate. This place will be a regular for us. I understand good help is hard to find these days, but incompetent help is going to run your business into the ground. We ordered 2 10" pies. Only alteration on 1 was no meat. Both pies came out barely cooked. The cheese wasn't melted all the way. I was asked 3 times if I wanted ALL the toppings my pie came with and answered YES all 3 times. It came out missing 3 toppings (I ordered the hot honey pepperoni. It was missing the feta, honey, and basil). None of the staff appeared to know what they were doing and there appeared to be no supervisor. Several people were lined up to get gelato and they weren't even acknowledged for 10 minutes. We will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you like undercooked pizza. I do have to say despite the disappointing food at least the place was clean. read more

On the wonderful day that is pi(e) day, they offered up $3.14 pizza and $3.14 draft beer. They've got great local selections and I respect 'em a lot for it -- Creature Comforts, Second Self, Monday Night, and Jekyll were all on draft today. I enjoyed myself some Southern Juice from the latter. They were quick and speedy, even with the line all the way to the door. My order was the Southern Heat (buffalo sauce, mozz, chicken, red onions, jalapeños). It is not gourmet, not fancy, not anything you can't get anywhere else, but it's fast, easy, fairly inexpensive and a great idea for something to do with the kids. Step inside, because you're about to make YOUR PIE. I walked up to the counter - I was greeted immediately (although they were not busy at all.) I told the girl it was my first time, so I was reading all the info all over the place. She asked if she could give me the spiel. ::cue the video that will someday be made and inserted here::.. Basically, there's a menu with four steps, if you will. First you pick your dough - plain or wheat? (Those are the standards but apparently they have kid sized and gluten free as well.) I asked her opinion and she swore to me wheat was worth a try. Next, you choose your sauce from a list of 8 choices. I looked these up on their menu FOR YOU: Standard marinara, ranchy marinara, sundried tomato, "hot," garlic olive oil, basil pesto and BBQ. I went with regular old marinara since this is my first time, but garlic olive oil and basil pesto are a-callin' my name! Next you choose your cheese. There are like 9 typical, pizza-ish choices here, including "vegan cheese" for which I pity tha' foo'. I went with "fresh mozzarella" which is the round "buffalo mozzarella" kind. I don't know how they milk a buffalo, but I appreciate it.. ;) Lastly, you pick your toppings. There are two clear lists to choose from... one is the free list of veggies and stuff.. the other is mostly meats and fancy thangs. I chose pineapple (free) and ham (not free). This is the closest to Hawaii I ever get. I get a cup for water, because that's good for me.. (OH OH OH but there's beer, too.. including locals like Red Hare) ..and I pay $8.50 for my personal Hawaiian pizza. I wait about 10 minutes (or maybe 6 minutes) and the pie is brought out to me, sliced into six. The verdict? It's tasty, seems fresh, I had forgotten I was eating wheat bread (bravo, employee!) and my toppings all work well together, but it really could have been cooked a little longer. Things didn't really stick together well. Maybe it's because of my fresh mozzarella chunks (rather than shredded cheese to evenly glue my pizza toppings.) There also may have been a little too much sauce, so things were sliding off. I totally didn't get any silverware for this thing. Regardless, this was pretty tasty. I finished the whole thing. While I ate on the patio, I saw a handful of people pick up their to-go orders. Another handful sat inside. Not a ton of business, but steady, it looks like. Again, nothing fancy or life-altering, but a cool concept and probably perfect for the kids. I can totally see your little leaguer's team piled in there screaming about toppings. One pie might be enough for your two kids to share. Especially if they're going to sucker you into buying them gelato on the way out, too. Enjoy your pie!
