One of the most friendliest and most helpful Dominos I have ever seen with amazing staffs in my honest opinion. Can't even say among the Dominos, but among the biggest restaurant chains I have seen, this Dominos is absolutely the best! Full marks for the quality, courteous service and staffs. Due to some issue with the Dominos app, my pizza didn't have the Mushroom toppings when I ordered for a Carside pickup. I went into the store and asked them. Without even thinking for a second the staff (I missed her name and didn't see her after) immediately apologized and made the Pizza all over again. Amazing dedication despite of an extremely busy weekend evening time. I interacted with 3 people till now in that store, and every one of them were absolutely fab! Y'all this experience yesterday was so weird. I suggest y'all save your time and money. I ordered a pizza yesterday at 8:09pm and never received it. I called twice asking where it was once at 9:25pm and 10:05pm and the girl on the other line told me it was in route while giggling and saying they had issues with the computers. I hadn't eaten all day so I was getting anxious that everywhere was going to close and the pizza would never come. That is exactly what happened. But that's not the weird part. The WEIRD part was the girl calling me at 1am on a Wednesday night laughing and saying "Hi, your delivery never came." Hungry and now wide awake I asked her to please send me a refund. All three times have been for delivery, and all three times the pizza has sat at "quality check" for over an hour in their store. I ordered a carry out pizza and went into the store when the app signaled they were ready. I walk in to two other customers waiting in silence staring at a staff of 5-6 men who all didn't even acknowledge us waiting. I said excuse me multiple times trying to get their attention, and even made eye contact with a worker at least 5 times without a response. They were more worried about organizing the 15+ orders they weren't giving their customers than actually talking to the ones right in front of them. Finally I got the attention of the delivery worker who was running in the door and asked her for my carry out order which she grabbed off the self right away- it had been ready the entire time I was in there. she then was the only worker in there to ask the other customers if we had got our orders/what we were waiting on and distributed our pizzas. He had an attitude with me over talking me to the point of saying I'll give you the money back since you don't want to buy pizza tonight. I got the wrong order 3 times when I ordered on line. The 3rd time I deliberately started the order from scratch to eliminate any chance of a mistake on my part. Nonetheless it came 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. When I called to report the mistake I was informed that I was wrong not them. This was reported to me by an arrogant employee before I even revealed who I was. I called corporate after the shop refused to acknowledge that their might be a problem with their system and indicated I just wanted a free pizza. I would never try and cheat someone for a $5.99 pizza. This is a franchise shop with very low yelp ratings. Young man called himself "KEITH" , said he was my delivery person was an absolute tyrant, unprofessional, bad tempered person I've ever encountered in my 60 years of life. Ordered my pizza at 7:30pm with the app. It was cooked timely but then sat at "quality check" for an hour. When I called the store to find out what was going on this is how the convo went: Me: I need to check the status of my order. Them: it's in line to be delivered. Me: according to the app it's been waiting to be delivered for an hour. Can you ensure it'll be warm when I get it? Them: all our pizzas sit under a heat lamp while they wait to be delivered. Me: so my pizza isn't fresh anymore? Them: *awkward silence* Me: can you tell me what number my pizza is in line to be delivered? Them: we'll get it with a driver right now. You should get it within 10-15 mins. You mean to tell me my pizzas been sitting there for an hour and you ~conveniently~ now have a driver available right as I call? No. More likely it was forgotten about. And no it wasn't warm when it arrived. Barely lukewarm and the crust was very chewy from sitting out too long. They didn't even apologize. Never again. Order pizza online, says it should be 45 minutes. Thought the online "pizza tracker" was broken because it still said my order was being "prepped" for quite a long time. But then after an hour and half the pizza finally goes into the oven. I try calling Domino's to tell them to cancel my order. I literally cannot get anyone there to answer the phone. Legit never think to order chain pizza as it usually makes me feel crappy. However, this Dominos was there when I was in a pinch. Not only was service speedier than expected BUT I didn't feel gross after eating or the next day. I asked the manager and he said that they go the extra mile to refresh ingredients and make the food as fresh as possible for the customers. Where do we start. Our order was placed and we waited over an hour for the pizza. I get one call that I missed because I was on the line with work. The delivery driver texts me and says that the pizza was delivered and that he left. We went outside and there was no fucking pizza on the doorstep. I called the location and spoke to the manager that snapped at me and told me "my delivery driver said he called and rang the doorbell." He did not ring the doorbell, I was sitting in my living room. I told the manager that and they responded with " well the pizza is no longer in my employees possession, and he said he delivered it to the right address." I said if he did, I wouldn't be calling you. Then the manager has the gall to tell me "well we need to know where the pizza is, so can you walk around and go find where he left it?" At that point I said no, it's their and their drivers problem. He said so what do you want me to do about it? And I said I want a full refund AND REFUND MY TIP THAT I LEFT. We didn't receive a refund for several days, and they kept the tip. Corporate will hear about this. Stay away from this location. I can't believe I was treated this rudely over some pizza. read more

One so wrong they tried three times and still couldnt get it right and just gave up altogether with a refund three hours later. Last night's attempt at an estimated 32 minute deliver meant an hour and 1/2 later we decided a frozen pizza was in order for our starving kids. Two hours later food showed up with no discount or apology oh and it wasn't exactly correct either but we called it "close enough" not to wait another two hours for them to "make it right". The drivers were stoned out losers and the people that worked on the inside didn't give a crap. I remember walking in for a shift and having a customer out raged and ready to walk out the door.
