I used to go to this Panera all the time as it is close to my church. I'm not in the Alpharetta area as much, but I had to pick up some bagels here so I ordered via mobile and stopped by. I feel like Panera has lost a lot of hype throughout the years as I've been seeing more and more stores closing down, but this one is still standing strong. Came around 7:45AM on a Thursday and the store was relatively empty. I asked for a 7:45AM pick-up, and all the bagels to be toasted and sliced. The order was ready as soon as I arrived and the person handing me my order was extremely friendly. Thanks to her help, I was able to get in and out of the store without any trouble in a very quick fashion. Even I don't frequent Panera as much anymore because I do feel like they've raised prices immensely over the years, but their Tuesday Bagel special is actually a pretty good deal, so I do definitely need to stop by when I get a chance. Panera was one of my favorites when I was in school so it does bring back good memories, and I hope to be able to stop by again soon!

I haven't been to Panera in a long time, but I decided to stop by and try their new flatbreads. They had advertised them on their storefront windows. I ordered the Pepperoni flatbread with a lemon drop cookie for dessert. The flatbread was actually pretty good. Being that it's Panera, you know the bread itself will taste hot and fresh. My only complaint is with the amount of toppings. They give a decent amount of pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni, but it would have been a great flatbread with a little more. In addition, the lemon drop cookie was amazing. If you like lemon flavored desserts, then you definitely have to try this cookie sometime. One additional comment: the person expediting the food, Paul, was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I'll be back to try some of their other menu items.

I had placed an order for a cold refresher drink through the Panera Bread mobile app while I was sitting in my car in the parking lot. Btw, there's lots of free parking available around this Panera Bread location that's at the end of a very long strip mall that makes up North Point Marketplace in Alpharetta. Minutes after placing my order, I was sent an email to go to the Rapid Pick Up area to pick up my purchase. Nope, nothing there. I asked an employee who was just standing at the order counter about my order. He looked confused and didn't say anything to me, but he walked away and consulted another employee who looked in the system for my order and found it. The second employee just handed me a cup and instructed me where the beverage dispensers were at the back of the store. That's it. No greeting or even a smile from either one of them. Hmmm, this wasn't quite how the process was supposed to be handled, but ... ok. I'm just glad that my Unlimited Sip Club subscription is currently free. The beverage area was very sticky - counter, floor, equipment, and I had to stop myself from putting my full drink cup down on the counter in order to put the lid on it. I decided to walk to a dining area table about 10 feet away before I put the lid on my cup, all the while my shoes, which were now sticky on the bottoms, made annoying noises that sounded like velcro being separated every time I took a step. The dining area was clean, but the men's restroom was atrocious. The restroom hadn't been cleaned in a while, and the floor was littered with paper towels. Mixed bag of good and bad here that all evened out to OK rating from me. Oh, I did like the outdoor patio area that had ample spacing between the tables and large umbrellas to shield customers from the sun.

Nice PB next to North Point Mall! Sure beats the offerings at the food court at the mall. Stopped in for my morning bagel. Used the kiosk to order a seasame bagel. Then the manager said it wasn't available, so upgraded me to asaigo bagel. Great. Staff is friendly here, and inside is nice for a PB. Fireplace too which makes it more cozy. Free wifi. But no morning paper here, which is shame as I like to go old school and read the paper. Not to mention my soduku puzzle. Also calorie count on all the items on the menu. Enjoy healthy fast food.

I am not a fan of oatmeal and especially steel cut oatmeal but Panera sent me a free breakfast and since I have had everything other than their oatmeal, I decided to give it a try. I chose the one with blueberries and granola and I added honey. The picture looked delicious so I was actually pretty excited. When I received my order, I was amazed at the amount that came in the cup. I was really impressed with the taste of the oatmeal with the blueberries and granola. I am glad that I had honey added. Once I got to the middle of the cup, I did feel like the oatmeal needed some butter or milk, but overall i really enjoyed the oatmeal.

Terrible quality of food, terrible portion, and the store looks like it hasnt been clean since it was opened. This is my last time at any Panera bread. 28 dollars for food for two people (sandwiches?!). Terrible.

This five stars is based on the cleaning of Sherri. Customer service is so lacking these days. One person came around and wiped down the tables half heartedly. But, then came Sherri. She cleaned the table, wiped down the seats and swept up anything under the table. She did a very thorough job. On my way out she was emptying the messy dish disposal area. She had everything separated and again was doing an efficient and thorough job. I had to take time to write a review and let her know that customers like me see this, care and appreciate her hard work. I did let her manager know as well, but still wanted to give her recognition here.

Half of a sandwich, full price

I went in this afternoon (4.12.21) about 5pm to pick up a to go order, which I do about once every two weeks.  I get home and open my chicken salad sandwich to find the bread is mostly lettuce and the chicken salad literally only is half the sandwich...this seriously is ridiculous...just tell me if you dont have chicken salad today, simple; instead, someone at this store made the conscious decision to fill each side of the sandwich halfway. I have had a few issues here with my to go orders not being as full as the sandwich in the store, next time I will just order on store and change it to ToGo at the last minute...

I was immediately greeted by friendly Chop Shop associate Victoria. I ordered a sandwich to go for my wife. She wanted the Grinder sandwich. This came with ham, turkey, salami, provolone, mayo, house greens, tomato, onion, banana pepper, oregano, and red wine vinaigrette on multigrain-sliced bread. She also wanted the strawberry ginger lemonade. She said the sandwich was a really good size (meaning that she could only eat half) and shared it with our daughter. They both said it was delicious and both rated it 9 out of 10 for the same reason. They would have liked the sandwich on a hoagie roll instead of the bread. They said nothing was wrong with the bread, except that they both felt the sandwich would have been better on a hoagie roll if that had been an option. I was here for a Yelp event. I ordered one of the Made For You bowls, the Hot Honey Chicken bowl + Hummus. It came with brown rice, house greens tossed in red wine vinaigrette, cucumber, tomato, banana pepper, red pepper hummus, hot honey sauce, Greek yogurt sauce, and house-baked tortilla chips sprinkled with Parmesan. I had the chips on the side because I wanted my bowl gluten-free. The bowl was delicious. I would definitely get it again. I also had the strawberry ginger lemonade, which is freshly made as needed, since I saw Victoria juicing ginger for another batch of lemonade while I was eating. All of the other Make It Original options sounded delicious, too. I plan on returning to try more of their bowls. Overall, this was a great experience, and we definitely recommend the original Chop Shop.

I finally got to attend this place and always wanted to try it since I moved to the Atlanta area…read more I've heard nothing but great things about it. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. It's a beautiful restaurant inside meaning it's good for a date, a night out with friends or family, or a great place to celebrate for a prom or graduation. It's more upscale than a traditional restaurant however I loved it! I came here with my business coach since I won a competition and the prize was to have lunch at the place of my choice. She ordered the soup of the day, which was like this cheddar soup that came with these two sauces, which one of the sauces was a jalapeño based sauce, which was spicy, but not too spicy to wear it wasn't edible. She did like her soup and she also ordered the lobster and smoked Gouda ravioli for her entrée. She had no complaints considering she bagged the food up to go and wanted to finish it right there, but she couldn't. Lol. I ordered the twin seared chicken, which is actually half a chicken pan seared. My chicken was so delicious! It was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection to where it was fall off the bone. Just how I like it! The rice and the green beans paired well with it. My rice was cooked well, meaning it was not mushy or hard. And my green beans were a great consistency as well. My little one had a chicken tender salad since she loves cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, pretty much anything that comes in a salad that's not the lettuce. Lol. I must say I was impressed by the size of the salad because it was huge for a child. It would be great as a size salad for an adult. The chicken tenders were an amazing size, bigger than what most restaurants would give especially for a child's plate. I was highly impressed by the size of the portions for the children because the price is pretty standard for a kids meal entrée in comparison to other restaurants that give less. Our service was awesome! I wouldn't expect anything less considering the ambience of the restaurant. Our server was attentive, and he even bagged up both of our meals for us. This place is a 10 out of 10 and yes, I will be frequenting this restaurant a lot more in the future, even if it's by myself to sit at the bar.

(Likely 4 smaller people would have been able to squeeze into that booth, but knowing we had 3 larger adults in our party of 5, I asked if we could move to a table.) Moving to the open table required a manager's override. Very thankfully, a waiter asked if we'd been helped, when he noticed us standing near the hostess stand, and explained that a manager needed to make the change to a table with chairs. (The hostess did not explain that to us.) The waitress at our table was polite to us and provided excellent service, but it was clear she was trying to rush us along. I ordered the almond encrusted trout, which was okay, but the mashed sweet potatoes were served cold. (Maybe it was wrong of me to assume they would be served warm, as I have had sweet potato salad at a Korean restaurant that was served cold, but seeing that my husband's mashed potatoes were steaming hot, it was another disappointment.). When we told them that we were there for my husband's birthday, they did comp us the cost of a dessert and put a lit candle in the desert for us. However, the overall experience and food were just okay, not great, as we had hoped.

After speaking with the staff, i believe Mashawi is more specifically palestinian. The concept of this place is what sets it apart. They make it easy for the new comer or the veteran by telling you that there is nothing to order, you just enjoy. Right out of the gate, the side dishes and salads are presented like you are at a wedding feast. It is family style so you have to be quick if you want first dibs on the babaganoush or the hummus, and especially the Falafel (best i have ever had). Don't worry if you are slow to the draw because they will refill all sides and salads. The hardest part abotu Mashawi is having self conctrol because what comes next is a parade of seasoned meats and proteins that only get better. Reccomend the Steak, Kifta, and shrimp and Salmon. I have only been for dinner and at the end of this glorious meat train, they will ask if you would like more! It's a great family experience, or a night out with other friends. If you are wanting to introduce this cuisine to rookies, this place is perfect because there is no pressure to choose the right item. There plenty of choices for everyone to find something to eat. My last piece of advice would be to wait to order the Mint Drink at the end as a paltte clenser. They tempt you with a taste at first, but waiting till the end is the perfect punctuation to a unique and unforgettable meal.

At $45.99 per adult, it is less expensive than Fogo de Chão, so I wouldn't expect the same level of meat quality. We tried quite a few of the meats, and while everything was fine, we found the quality, texture, and flavor fairly average. The portions brought to the table were also surprisingly small -- for example, two shrimp and a very small piece of salmon at a time. Since it is all-you-can-eat, you can ask for more, but overall the experience didn't feel particularly generous. The most unusual part of our experience was the mansaf. It is listed as part of the all-inclusive menu, and since none of us had ever tried it, we specifically asked for it. The gentleman serving us strongly discouraged us from ordering it, explaining that mansaf is very heavy and that usually Jordanian customers come specifically for it. Later, when we asked again, he told us that since we were already full, there was really no need to order it. He did say he would bring it if we really wanted it, but after being discouraged multiple times, it felt awkward to insist, so we ultimately didn't try it. We understand that mansaf comes as a large dish and that he may simply have been trying to prevent food waste, which is understandable. At the same time, since it is specifically listed as an included item, we were surprised to be so strongly discouraged from ordering it. We were genuinely interested in trying a traditional Jordanian dish, not simply ordering more food because it was included. Overall, the concept is interesting and the price is reasonable for an all-you-can-eat meal. It is also fair to keep the lower price point in mind when comparing it with places like Fogo. But between the average meat quality, small portions, and the awkward experience around ordering the mansaf, we probably won't return.

I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places).
